Chapter 5: Witches are real!

"We can't do that" Dinah declined to tell the Witch who we were, but I was already win over by her skills, a witch she looked like, she even use incarnation, something I never expected to actually see with my own eyes, but then again I just fought possess humans, So should I be surprised, stull her powers even seem to beat one of a Hero or is it a special type of Moxie to use such Magical format. What type of Moxie is that? I question myself I intervene between the two bickering females "We're Heroes from the Hero clan, I'm Anu and this is Dinah" I told her, then hearing so Dinah got mad at me "Why the hell would you do that!" she argued, I shrug her off "Because Dinah she saved our life, and she took down those possess souls like they were nothing, she should be praised, we were about to die" I looked at the Witch "Who are you really?"

"Isn't it obvious I'm a witch" She explained, froze of the revelation, Dinah said "There's no such thing" but Merlyn would only giggled "How Fairy Tail am I?"

"So what you just used was magic" I asked still curious of the witch, "Yes...But we should be going" She explain "Where?" Dinah protest "Not here" Merlyn answer.

Dinah didn't want to go but, I held her hand and pulled her as we left with Merlyn.

Musk Mansion

Ena sat around the table along side her family, having a serious meeting among them all, Lou the eldest brother of them all sat quietly while they all chatted among themselves.

"That would cause chaos among the masses father" Ena argued as she was going against there plan to ban all low class citizens from the major cities.

"I have no problem these lesser class only bring down the value to the great cities like San Tokyo" Senju argued he was the menace of our already meance fill family, always want to be on top, he was the only one not directed from the Head Musk family line, he was the nephew of the head of the family, that was Eli he sat at he head of the table, his fingers together under his wide chin he listen to the youngling argued before shifting his focus to Linda his eldest daughter "What do you think?" He asked calmly.

Linda remain silent for a moment "I think it would be smart if we let them stay, to be truthful there the reasons the one percent still the one percent, they've put in the work something the rich doesn't want to do, if isn't for them we wouldn't have a economy, so banning them will only cause Chaos"

Eli smiled at his daughter "Very well, the lower citizens are safe for now, we can have this meeting once more not today because I have matters to attend" He spoke nonchalantly with a cold stare at his family, his words were like bullets, Strong and healthy ready to pierce through anything.

Merlyn HQ

We sat with Merlyn in her mini lounge like Head quarters, it had a massive U shaped couch with beautiful strip lights around the edges of the room shining with changing colours. It had a refrigerator and on the walls laid weapons of swords, knives even guns, it had few more rooms but that area was the fastest we go, sitting infront of thefourty two inch television.

"So magic is real afterall" Dinah spoke, Merlyn smiled "Yes although it's a rare art to grasp, lost in history" Merlyn explain "You see before one can cast magic they'll have have mana cells within there body, the more mana cells you have the more likely you could become a elite mage"

Merlyn realise I was very silent as she looked over at me "Your quiet" I then replied "I need to know can someone be able to use both moxie and Magic?"

This shock the girls "Anu come on that's impossible !" Dinah states "I've never seen someone capable of doing that" Merlyn told me, she then add "Although I've heard of that achievement before, it's a myth tho, in the magical world" Anu then smerk then its final "I'll make it become reality " Hearing those words shock the girls, it was a impossible dream they thought, but why not try, if I can grasp botj wouldn't that make me a force to reckon with.

Back at the Musk Mansion

Ena sat meditating her legs cross each other, with her eyes close, in her room she meditate, a massive yellow aura covered her body while she did so.

When she heard a knock on her room door, disturbing her concentration, she rose up to open the door upon doing so she saw her father standing over her, he stood looking down at his youngest.

"Ena can we talk?" He said seriously, she knew her father wouldn't come to her if it wasn't something serious, he was just that type, she let him in. They both sat on the edge of the bed silent for the first ten seconds "You know I care for you deeply , but I have to be strick, you have the most potential out of your kins, your Moxie Ability is a rarety and I've never heard or seen such talent, you amaze me my child" He almost made a smile something Ena longed to see "You will be an asset to the world I have been telling you about, but doing so you must find the right people" He quickly got to his point of being there "I cannot let your talent waste so I shall be sending you to the Musk Academy"

"Oh! R-Really!" Ena was shock of her father sudden change of attitude, she always wanted to go to the Musk Academy but her father told her she was not allowed to but now he just casually wants to send Her he must have his reasons, so Ena asked a question that surprised her father "What's the catch Father?"

He smiled slightly "you know me well"

"I'm your daughter"

"Very well I need you to collect a book"

"A book?!"

"A book I hid few years ago, I have no clue where it is, because the person I sent to hide it had sadly passed away, I need you to collect it"

"Why me? Why not Senju, he's already going to the Academy, and he is talented also"

"Because Ena, Senju is not pure like you, if I should tell him about the scroll he would use it for destructive purpose, I cannot allow that, he might be my sister's son but he's a monster like his father"

Understanding her father's words "What is this book?" Ena was now curious of what she was to retrieve, Eli looked straight at her "The book contains the War Scroll one of the seven dead Sea scrolls" her father's words made her eyes widen "But dad..." She was cut off "I know I said those things were a myth but they are real, I wish I could explain more but a war is coming my Angel and only you can help save it"

"What about the other six scrolls?" She query her father told her "I already have three of them only the genesis scroll, the Community Rule Scroll and the War Scroll is missing"

"I won't rush you into it but the fate of the world is on you my love, I cannot do this without you"

This out Ena in a very serious situation, she had to now find her way to balance her famous lifestyle and school, plus this pressure on finding the scroll.

Meanwhile in Limbo

The spirit that took over the Librarian returns to limbo as he failed to retrieve the scroll he set off for.

"Sir the scroll wasn't there, and some kind of warlock came and defeat us" the spirit explain why he fail "I thought magic was non existent in the living world"

Belphegor looked down at the spirit that kneel before him his eyes seems angry but he then states with a slight angry but calm tone "A mage you say?" He lift a brow the spirit spike "Yes and two Heroes" Belphegor clench his right fist and slam his throne handle, he then spoke with a grin "A mage and two Heroes, the living are getting stronger, I've doubted them too much" He chuckled "Fine they want a war their going to regret starting it with me" he then looked at the kneeling spirit both their eyes meet, Belphegor ones gave a bright glow of red instantly the spirit start to scream in pain, so loud even the souls outside the room could hear.

Back at the Musk Academy

Me and Dinah went back to school, as it was now late both wanting to head to our respectful room as we walk Dinah said "You missed your first day of training today, I hope Captain Dragoon don't give you a hard time tomorrow"

"I've learn about magic Dinah and that demons are actually real, I think training can wait until tomorrow, plus Captain must can understand"

"Captain Dragoon will be furious, he's naturally built that way"

"Whatever, He'll understand" I still shrugged Dinah opiniom off.

"Your so stubborn" she puffed her cheeks,

"I know" I rest my hand behind my head "I'll see you tomorrow " I walked away from her, as she stopped at her door.

Reaching my room the orange cat was now sleeping on the bed, it seem to find my room to be her new home,I didn't mind the company, it's quite lonely in this room by myself. I sighed another long and weird day have passed,I laid down wondering how crazy my days have gotten, and what other kind of mystery is out there, I have to prepare myself some way somehow.
