~Jack POV~

Situation in Atlas and Mantle are not going to be pretty in the following days to come and Salem would no doubt try to go ahead with her plans.

Standing up doing my part done finishing up the CCT completely establishing the reconnection of Vacuo, Vale, and Mistral connected again Atlas and Mantle are completely gone dark meaning we can't send any messages to them.

Just our luck on that one.

Clearing my thoughts for the time being currently Volume 7 is going to end soon beginning Volume 8 right away with everything happening at night.

This is going to be a very long day.

Getting up I see Glynda's worried expression on her face pacing around being caught unaware at the situation, "Shit…! Now? Now out of all times when communications are back online Salem just had to act…"

Biting the bit of her lips I began to voice out my next course of actions while my clones began to kill off the Grimm ASAP as I talked to Glynda in a calm tone, "Currently Salem is on her course to Atlas… Glynda what is your course of action right now?"

Glynda began to voice out her concern beginning to calm herself down as she began to talk, "I –I need to think of a plan but how…"

Seeing this I let her think as I check my Scroll working again with Penny, Ruby, and Pyrrha giving me the heads up from what Penny spoke to me about Mantle being placed in Martial Law as I frowned at this.

Shit.

Fucking hell Ironwood.

Well guess I know what I have to do now.

Getting Glynda attention right away voicing out exactly what I'm going to do now, "Glynda… Me and my group will try to head to Atlas to warn them of the situation at hand."

At this her eyes widen as she clearly didn't want us to fight at least not without her coming along with us, "Oh no you don't… at least not without me –"

"Denied."

Ending this conversation right away with those words cutting her off with shock filled her eyes at my words.

Explaining what I mean I talked to her about the importance of her being Vale and forewarning of Salem's advances, "No. You are needed to stay here to inform Theodore about the situation. I'll keep you updated of what's happening in Atlas. And also, be prepared to tell everyone of the truth about Salem."

Now that got her attention right away even talking about letting the people know about Salem's existence.

The reaction that came out of her was expected voicing out the disagreement of being public knowledge, "B—But… Ozpin told us to keep it a secret. We can't let the people know about her existence…"

Turning my eyes directing it at hers I gave her an ultimatum of a sense of what is going to happen next, "True. But currently with Salem's plan TWO kingdoms will fall. Being kept in secrecy is going to end this world if Salem wins. You really don't have the luxury of keeping her existence a secret if she's not going to play around."

At that Glynda had no words of that.

It was going to happen no matter what.

It happened in the show it will happen here… at least not the whole thing is going to play out how Salem wants it to be.

But suddenly Glynda began to speak to me almost in desperation in her voice recalling of our efforts, "In… in that case can you defeat her? I know you have defeated an Alien God before but—"

Before she could continue, I merely smiled at her response immediately giving her a thumbs up providing results, "No need to ask. I'm not going to let Salem do as she please. After all the people call us The Hero of Remnant. No need to beg Glynda it's unbecoming of a Headmistress of Beacon Academy. And you want to know why? It's because I am here."

Before Glynda could speak I immediately left using <Super Speed>…

*WOOSH*

*BOOM*

Using <Super Speed> I began to rush ahead to where Pyrrha, Ruby, and Penny are at while I come out from my rush asking them, "Ok girls I see that Penny got the news of what's happening around Atlas right?"

Penny frowned but nodded clenching her metallic hand speaking out clearly angry at the situation at hand, "Yeah… Martial Law? That's going to far. And with everything… and my counterpart here being blamed for this. It's not fair."

Ruby pats her hand on Penny's shoulder sadden by the events happening in Atlas and Mantle trying to comfort her, "Penny… we have to do something about this… we can't just leave things like this? Right guys?"

Pyrrha voices out in agreement with Ruby's words as I nod my head in agreement, "Of course. We can't just leave while knowing something is going on around in Penny's home. Different Remnant or not we can't let something like this go."

Agreeing with that and is in line of my quest I voiced my opinion of agreeing to join this madness happening, "I agree. Although it would take us a day to get there and will run out of energy if we use our Power Rings too hastily. We can only take this calmly as we can in this situation without accidentally entering in something like this."

They all had their frowns expressed but they nodded in agreement with Penny voicing out on my plan of taking this calmly, "Sigh… while I would like to rush in and go save the people I agree with Jack's words. We can't just rush into this recklessly. We need to observe the situation before we jump into this mess."

Everyone agreed as I began to take out my capsule containing a modified Bullhead of the Future Foundation tossing it out in the open.

*Woosh*

*Pop*

With the capsule opening up I stopped briefly apologizing to everyone about the trip here where we were supposed to relax, "Sigh… look girls I'm sorry about dragging you all into another war-torn battle ahead. I was hoping for all of us to unwind I didn't expect us to enter something like this too soon."

They all stopped briefly at my words but then Pyrrha tapped my shoulders with a brief smile on her face being optimistic, "Of course Jack. But we still can enjoy our vacation break after we save the day again. Like seriously how often do we have to save Remnant not once, twice, but three separate times?"

Laughing a bit at that with Ruby agreeing voicing, her words while we enter inside my Bullhead ride, "Yeah… you know? One would think there wouldn't be more world ending threats and yet we always have to get picked. I swear it's like becoming a trend at this point. I'm not the only one to notice, that right?"

Nope.

She's not the only one.

Entering inside activating the autopilot of my airship yawning a bit I gave Penny the heads up of what I'm doing, "Ahh… Alright then. Penny you are going to be in charge of the Bullhead while Pyrrha, Ruby, and I get some sleep to have some spare energy entering Atlas. Wake us when we get ready to enter."

Penny nodded and saluted her hands acting like a solider fashion with the seriousness in her eyes, "Of course Jack! I swear I'll wake you and everyone up when were near Atlas. And…"

*Chew*

Stopping for a bit smiling happily at me catching me by surprise with a kiss on the lips speaking out happily, "… thanks for doing this. Even if it's not my real home it really does matter to me that you will go ahead and save my home."

Turning around keeping watch feeling a bit shocked from the sudden kiss from Penny –

"Ahem!"

Damn it.

Turning around to see Ruby and Pyrrha raising their eye brows as I sheepishly blush trying to defend myself but –

*Chew*

Pyrrha and Ruby each gave me a kiss each on the lips and dragging me with each of my arms to a nearby seat with all three of us sitting with Pyrrha on one side and Ruby on the other getting comfy.

What?

Well… if there are any perks for having a harem of girls it would be nice moments like these.

Sigh…

For now I need to reserve as much energy as I can before the big fight ahead and with morning coming around soon enough when we arrive would be hell.

I may not have my main forces.

Not all my stacked machinery or allies.

No additional info from this world access to my [The Gamer] ability.

But I won't stop.

I won't let such tragedies to happen not while I'm here.

I gave Glynda my word to stop Salem.

And with everything going down I'm going to need to think of everything and what if plans that would happen of said actions going through my head.

~Third POV~

"I suggest you all surrender argh… and comply with the General's orders."

Weiss and Ruby look at each other and then at Winter hurt from the attack from Cinder with Weiss sadly speaking, "We can't do that.

Winter coldly gives Weiss and Ruby advice, "Then... I suggest you run."

Weiss not wanting to leave her older sister behind responded saddened, "No, you're hurt! I'm not going to leave you like this."

Winter getting emotional leaving her sister like this as she touches her fingers to the communication device in her ear, "You're not leaving me. I'm giving you a head start. This is Special Operative Schnee in need of immediate medical assistance. Send reinforcements, over."

Winter lowers her hand, and Weiss stares in shock before gaining a serious expression, "We all have to carve out our own way."

Maria's Manta arrives next to the hole in the wall, and the door slides open to reveal Yang. "Guys you're…"

Yang looks around at them, and Ruby looks at Penny with Ruby speaking to Yang, "We need to go."

Weiss looks at Winter and then boards the ship. Ruby and Penny exchange a look, and Ruby gets up and walks to the ship.

Penny looks at Winter and then looks away before getting up to follow Ruby. Winter looks somewhat surprised, then looks away in thought, frowning.

Aboard the Manta, Team JNPR stand together next to one of the doors. Ruby, Penny and Weiss are sitting together on a bench, and Blake and Yang are standing nearby. Pietro is seated in the middle of the floor.

Ruby and Weiss rest against Penny's shoulders, and Penny smiles softly. Pietro watches them and smiles.

Cinder is standing on a roof, staring at Atlas Academy with a fireball in her hand. Hearing footsteps behind her, she turns and glares.

Her glare changes to a smile when she notices that it is only Neo, who strikes a pose, bows and dramatically holds her hand out to present the Relic of Knowledge hovering above her palm.

Cinder walks past Neo, grabbing the Lamp on the way, and continues walking without a single word.

Neo looks at her with a frown, then places her fist on her hip and glares.

In the Atlas Vault, Ironwood is looking at his Scroll, which displays a message from Winter, simply reading 'It's gone.'

His hand begins shaking, and he screams in rage, "ARGHHH!!!!!!"

Inside of a cell somewhere, Arthur Watts is sitting on a bench and leaning against a window, staring outside.

*BOOM*

Thunder rumbles as the sky darkens, and Watts sits up and smiles darkly.

*THUD*

Plummeting toward the crater beneath the City of Atlas, Oscar creates a transparent green sphere around himself and lands on the ground with a crash, green electricity sparking through the dust cloud.

He straightens up and looks at his hands feeling unbelievable strength as he mumbles to himself shocked, "That power, these memories, you're, back aren't you? You saved me."

Ozpin now residing inside the soul of Oscar replied in his thoughts, 'Actually you saved us.'

*BOoOM*

Thunder rumbles, and Oscar looks up at the sky as Ozpin tries to speak to Oscar, 'Oscar, I—'

Oscar stops him next demanding how they should save the Kingdom next, "Stop, all I want to know is how we save Atlas next."

Maria's Manta flies away from the City of Atlas while red lightning flickers in the sky.

A voice comes over the ship's radio system, and everyone looks toward the front, "We've got multiple hostiles on radar. Is anyone else seeing this?"

Soon another voice belonging to a Female Pilot spoke out, "These readings can't be right."

Maria narrows her eyes at the radio, and her eyes widen when she looks through the windshield. Pietro adjusts his glasses, staring out the windshield.

A constant flicker of red lightning reveals a strange silhouette in the storm clouds. Soon, an enormous whale-like Grimm slowly drifts out from the clouds, accompanied by a massive army of flying Grimm.

Atop the whale's nose stands Salem, who smiles confidently…

Flying to the other side of the Atlas Kingdom as all of their attention are focused on the Grimm outside the front of Kingdoms a lone Future Foundation Bullhead was making way to their destination…

Inside the Future Foundation Bullhead with Penny already waking up the three prepared for what's to come as they gaze at the city condition with Jack seeing the forces of Atlas retreating back towards the Kingdom leaving Mantle undefended with him glaring down.

Everyone wore their disguises of masks with Jack calming his fast-beating heart with everyone inside listening, "Alright everyone. Time to see what we can do in the situation and figure out what's going on and fast. And also… be careful."

Nodding at this all eyes were now towards their next destination…
