~Jack POV~
With that, I began to explain to Ozpin and Glynda about my predicament story giving them my own excuse while hiding my Gamer powers in reality, "The Semblance I call is <Fusion>. Basically, it allows me to copy or fuse other people's Semblances into one. Each one I copy is stored in my soul but in return… made me forget everything making me have amnesia. Practically a reset."
Their eyes raised at that remark.
Then to speak up was Ozpin as he began to talk to me somewhat doubting me or at least I think so in his voice, "Wait you said your semblance restarted you right? What does that mean exactly to you though? Does that mean you have amnesia?"
Placing my hand on my chin and glancing away looking at the ceiling with a hopeless glint in my eyes I replied what I meant it does, "It's exactly what it means I was reset. This means all my knowledge, memories, and maybe skills I previously had have been reset to nothing back to the beginning. I can't even remember my past anymore or what I was like I suppose…? But I have a theory at least."
Ozpin raises his eyebrow at this as I began to explain my lie about my 'semblance' to him hoping he buys it, "What I believe is that my soul was reset with everything cleared up was to have storage of my soul to copy skills I want from my target? At least that is the best I came up with even with how unlikely it is and how bad for my situation. Truly it feels like I'm in another world. even talking about the idea even."
As the two were pondering the idea I remembered something.
I really hope they bought the lie.
The reason why I have gone this route was that these two can be lied to because of Lionheart as I like to keep my real [The Gamer] abilities secret for the time being.
I have no idea how they would react if they knew the truth and even so, I'm not technically lying either since that is what my Semblance <Fusion> can do.
I did leave out how I get the process done but it seems like they didn't care how.
I'm very lucky that my Semblance <Fusion> would be a very convenient scapegoat in this while I can use all my skills freely explaining that it was because I copied it down from someone else which is pretty convenient for me.
At least I won't have to hide everything about what I can do, and it will keep my enemies guessing on what Semblances I have or not to keep them guessing.
Oh yeah, that reminded me I still haven't got to check out the skills I got from earlier.

Good seems like I'm steadily growing in strength with this method as well as recovering.
"Mister Nights it seems that you are distracted perhaps?"

Getting off guard for the moment I nodded my head as Ozpin then asks of me another question the one I was seemingly waiting for, "Hmm… in that case how would you like to join my Academy mister Nights?"
"Headmaster Ozpin!"
Of course, Glynda would object to this immediately as she began to scold me of the irresponsibility of it, "While his abilities are good Headmaster I must remind you his a CIVILIAN not a trained professional like the Huntress or Huntsman-in-training!"
Ouch…
Even I flinched hearing her voice being raised trying to deny my entry as he began to reason Ozpin out of this, "Headmaster you must realize that bringing an untrained civilian like him could bring trouble. And for Brother's sake, he has amnesia and nearly died just surviving a hit for – "
"And that's why I bothered to invite him."
Waiting for his response as Ozpin took a sip of his cocoa as he began to discuss my actions with a gesture of showing of his free hand, "I would probably never done so. But his abilities could be in need of a guiding hand so to say? That and I want to know how he knew my…"
Pausing for a bit he began to finish up his words as he spoke to me with caution in his voice as he glances at me, "How he knew my 'first' name. Because only very few knew about it and those few have long since passed or gone…."
I knew he would nitpick at this subject.
Hell, even Glynda managed to pick up the caution in his voice and managed to shut up about it.
Better come up with an excuse about it as I explained it as one of my skills as simple as possible to him, "Of course. It's actually the first skill I ever got that has been proven useful. Essentially the Semblance I have allowed me to see private info about the person I see to a degree that is true about them."
Now that made them stiff at the idea.
But it also made the Headmaster smirk as he already seemed to have thought up an idea.
Yeah… having just, the Skill <Observe> is pretty busted.
An ability like <Observe> would be quite handy to be in the Ozpin faction to easily identify but also very scary because all I would need is to look through a Vault and Relic to get the name of the spirit and boom real threat issue in front of him.
Fortunately, though it seems to me at least that he hasn't thought that far, or he has but wants to keep me close by.
And that's what I'm aiming for in this conversation.
Hint the reason why I revealed Ozma's name so casually was all because there was a chance, he would take the bait.
If I didn't then all of this would've been for naught.
I remembered the Rewards saying that I have a CHANCE to join so I took what I can from my own knowledge and put it to good use to show Ozpin how I can be good in his little circle with me revealing less of my skills as much as I can but ultimately hiding my [The Gamer] ability at all cost.
And take the bait he did as not only I would get close and grind my skills in a safe environment and constant struggle but also receive free education about this world of how RWBY works in the process.
Of course, it does sacrifice my free time but in the grand scheme of things what I need is knowledge and a secure place for me to grow strong.
Either way, I at least go to school to learn about this world while also being provided the best training this world can practically offer quite literally along with forging my own group within the school.
At the end of the day, I would get what I want, and Ozpin gets what he assumes to be a precious ally.
Still, though it is unnerving how Ozpin really thinks over his options as his basically a literal reincarnator of this world.
And in my situation a transmigrator.
After a few minutes of silence have passed Ozpin began to smile slightly while also dropping the bomb on me about what he wanted to know, "Very well then. Ahem. Mister Nights I'll agree to let you attend Beacon Academy, but you must pass like the rest. But I would like to know who was the lady that attacked you and misses Rose today?"
Figure as much.

Time to screw over a bitch.
Nodding at that I simply replied what I knew about the person in question not leaving any details out as I spoke, "The person name I got was called Cinder Fall with a weird title named and I quote this 'Fall Maiden?' any idea about what's that all about?"
Their expressions shifted ever so slightly but Ozpin remains calm through this that honestly makes me a bit scared of how cool minded his been doing right now.

And that makes my Experience Bar show at 85% along with being level 7.

I nodded as it was no problem really as they began to think very hard about what they have to do now with the info provided.
The bigger question would be how much of the butterfly effect would happen now that Cinder's identity has been sold out in the open this early in the game.
How much would things actually change?
How different is everything I know is trash compared to the now?

For those kinds of changes, I really didn't care much but only for myself to grow stronger and hopefully survive the upcoming storm I brought here.
Regardless of what happens, I will overcome the odds no matter what.
Everything is going along rather nicely but now the real question is do I sink or swim from here?
Only time will tell that's for sure.
And I don't plan on sinking...
