After Alister realized that his son's problem was about falling in love, he immediately discussed the matter with his wife. Just like him, Melisa was both surprised and relieved after she heard Alister's explanation. Melisa was surprised that Emilio had suddenly said he liked someone. And she was relieved that the reason for Emilio's recent change in demeanor was because the girl her son liked had suddenly disappeared without a trace.
