Along the way, Raoul was so nervous that seeing Ariana was a big deal. After they were almost out of touch due to their busy schedules, Raoul was afraid that Ariana would feel awkward if they suddenly met. However, Marquis Curtis had assured him that Ariana would not be angry even if Raoul came without making an appointment beforehand.
