Chapter 6 Reunion And Reconciliation.

Kara got into her Lamborghini with Seth accompanying her.

She was so excited to meet Tracy her best friend again, it has been three weeks since they last talked to each other because of the secret of her being a pop star which almost ruined their friendship.

Tracy on the other hand was waiting for Kara at cluckin bells and coffee shop.

The shop was one of the places she and kara do have lunch together after school.

This said cluckin bells and coffee shop held a lot of memories for her and Kara.

It was a place they hang out together as best friends.

She on the other hand has been coming to the shop but things haven't been the same for her, it was boring to her now that there was no Kara with her.

She had ordered a cup of cappuccino to drink while waiting for her best friend Kara to arrive, they were gonna meet and sort things out today.

While waiting she sat down and started remembering the times that she and Kara do things together, they were inseparable friends, as close as they were to each other, people often mistake them for sisters.

She couldn't help but miss her(Kara) smile, her (Kara) laughter, and her pouting face whenever she (Kara) gets teased.

She couldn't help but reminisce the days she goes outing and shopping with her friend(Kara).

It was really fun for the both of them, that she decided as soon as she reconciled with Kara her best friend she is going to go outing or shopping with her again.

These past few weeks, three weeks to be exact have been lonely without Kara for her.

She felt empty inside, and it was painful for her.

Daytime, she gets to be this cold-hearted girl, scaring anyone that comes her way, but at night, she's like a terrified sheep, crying her heart out in her room always.

Kara has been trying to talk to her these past few weeks at school but she kept avoiding her on purpose and ignoring her anytime she (Kara) called out to her.

On the outside she was emotionless, but on the inside, she was hurt, she couldn't believe that she would become this emotionless girl that people now see her as, not even caring about how others feel, all because of a mere secret.

She knows deep down that she had every right to be upset and angry at her best friend Kara, but she just doesn't want to continue being the bad friend anymore.

It's excruciatingly painful, thinking about everything she had to go through these past few weeks.

The pain she had to harbor in her heart!

The tears she shed because of the pain!

She finally decided to stop crying and harboring pain in her heart.

She felt she needed to reconcile with Kara her best friend, at least she could pour out her emotions this way.

After forty minutes of driving Kara and her entourage finally arrived at the not-so-famous cluckin bells and coffee shop.

It was one of the important places to her and Tracy.

After school, they do come there and have lunch together as best friends.

Opening the door for her was Seth her Head of Security, Kara hastily walked over to Tracy's table.

She was feeling nervous since she got into the lobby of the shop, this was the time to face Tracy her best friend after their fall out, since the night of that concert.

Taking a few deep breaths, she walked up to Tracy after asking Seth to wait for her outside the coffee shop.

"H... Hi Tracy, she stuttered breaking Tracy out of her reverie.

"Hey! Hi Kara, long time no see huh?. Tracy cheerfully greeted Kara while taking Kara for a hug.

"How have you been???. Tracy asked Kara further, detaching herself from the hug.

She was really excited to see her best friend Kara.

"I'm fine and yeah, it's been a long time since we last talked," Kara said to Tracy.

"And Tracy, please about my secret.....

"No no no no no," it's okay Kara, no hard feelings alright?

Kara was about to explain her reasons for keeping her double life as a secret from Tracy and ask for her forgiveness but Tracy interrupted her.

She couldn't help but feel excited knowing that Tracy has forgiven her, but still she felt she needed to tell Tracy her reasons, she felt Tracy has every right to know at least.

"Tracy! Please forgive me I'm...sob, sob, sob, look I'm so sorry, I really am sorry for not telling you about my secret sooner.....sob, sob, sob.

"I really wanted to tell you.....sob, sob, sob, but I was terrified," Kara said to Tracy between sobbing.

"Hush! hush now, it's okay alright? Tracy consoled Kara making her to cry out her heart out the more.

"Hush now it's okay," Tracy consoled.

"No, it's not, it's not okay," Kara said back to Tracy.

"Y..y..you have every right to be mad at me for my actions.......sob, sob, sob, sob," Kara continued sobbing.

"No, I'm not mad at you now, okay? I was mad at you before, but I have forgiven you, Tracy said back to Kara.

"B..but you hate me now, don't you???

"You have every right to hate me, It's all my fault, Kara said to Tracy.

"No i don't hate you, Tracy reasoned back to Kara.

"You don't?. Kara asked Tracy in disbelief.

"No, I don't, I don't hate you," Tracy said back to Kara.

"But why were you avoiding me huh???.

"Why were you avoiding me this past few weeks if you don't hate me??? Kara asked Tracy in disbelief.

I was calling you non stop but you never returned any of my calls, nor my text messages, why were you ignoring me if you really don't hate me? Kara asked Tracy further making Tracy to sigh deeply.

"Kara, How can I hate you huh?" Tracy asked Kara.

"You are my best friend Kara, I can never hate you, not in this lifetime nor any lifetime!. She reasoned to Kara.

"Hmmmm! Kara replied.

"Look I only ignored you because I was hurt, and I need some space to clear my head and figure out my emotions," Tracy reasoned back to Kara.

"Okay! I understand now," Kara said to Tracy.

"So tell me, what was the reason you kept a huge part of your life from me as a secret for three years?? Tracy asked Kara.

"Because I was terrified, so terrified that I couldn't bring myself to tell you sooner, please forgive me," Kara apologetically said to Tracy.

"Okay, I forgive you," Tracy said to kara.

"But tell me what were you terrified of??? Tracy asked Kara, looking at her intently.

"I saw how you loved KS, how you totally adored her, I was terrified that if I should tell you, you wouldn't want to be my friend anymore, you would want to be K.S friend," Kara said to Tracy.

"Awww, don't be silly Kara, you've been my best friend since grade six, why would I not want to be your best friend?? Tracy asked Kara feeling amused.

"Kara, I can never stop being your friend because of some pop star, we've been friends long before I knew K.S, Tracy said to Kara while putting her hands on Kara's shoulder.

"How could you think of our friendship in such a way?" Tracy asked Kara.

"Even though you told me that K.S was your cousin, I would still cherish you as my best friend," Tracy reasoned back to Kara

"I actually wanted to have a normal life, wanted my friends to treat me like a friend that I am, not because I'm a celebrity, that was the main reason I created those two identities," Kara apologetically said to Tracy.

"When we became friends, I wanted to tell you so badly, but I couldn't risk ending our friendship by telling you," Kara apologetically said to Tracy.

"But you could have told me," Tracy reasoned.

"Don't you trust me anymore Kara???. Tracy asked Kara.

"I trust you, I trust you so much Tracy and I'm sorry for breaking your trust, Kara said to Tracy sadly.

"It's okay I have forgiven you, but please don't break my heart and my trust again," Tracy said to Kara firmly.

"Thanks for giving me a second chance Tracy, I promise I won't break your trust again and I won't keep things from you again, I promise," Kara solemnly said to Tracy.

"I'm holding you on to that promise Kara," Tracy said to Kara with a smile.

"I'd be sure to uphold it, Tracy," Kara said to Tracy with an equal smile.

"Still best friends?? Tracy asked Kara anxiously.

"Still best friends!! Kara replied to Tracy with a bright smile.

"Then can we hug?? Tracy asked Kara.

"Of course, we can hug! What are best friends for???. Kara's replied back to Tracy.

"Come here girl, Tracy said to Kara.

And with that they hug each other, comforting each other with their warmth.

"Kara we are going to go outing this year right?.. Tracy asked Kara in between their hug.

"Of course, Yeah! we are gonna go outing this year," Kara replied back to Tracy as they parted their hug.

Coming out of the coffee shop, they met Seth Kara's head of security guarding her (Kara) Lamborghini.

"Miss Stewart! Welcome back," Seth greeted Kara.

"Is this yours?. Is this your ride?. Tracy asked Kara in astonishment.

"Yes this is one of my many rides," Kara replied Tracy.

"Wow! This is so cool," Tracy squeaked in happiness.

"Yeah! I guess so," Kara said to Tracy with a wide grin.

"If you girls are true, then please get inside the car let's go," Seth said to Kara and Tracy.

"Don't bother yourself, Seth, I'm driving the car, after all, It's a two-door car, so there's no room left for you inside the Lamborghini, Kara said to Seth while smirking at him.

"Now give me the keys or lose your job," Kara said to Seth, slightly irritated with his behavior.

"O...o.... okay, Miss Stewart, here are the keys, please be safe," Seth said to Kara with a sad voice.

"Okay I'll be safe alright, you can go now," Kara said to Seth while getting into the car.

"Wow! This is so nice Kara, I love it!. Tracy said admiring the seats of the Lamborghini.

"Thanks and I'm glad you love it," Kara replied back to Tracy.

And with that Kara turned on the car's engine and zoomed off into the outskirts of the city.

It wasn't long when they almost became enemies, but now they are in the same car heading to the outskirts of the city after their reunion and reconciliation, today became a memorable day for the friends both.
