Chapter 34 Endorsement (2)

Three days had passed since Kara signed her endorsement deal with L.X Designs, she was finally the brand ambassador of her favorite fashion designer's Company, Lin Xialou.

She was resting in her room when Becca barged into her room disturbing her rest in the process.

"Kara, I just got a call from the assistant of the C.E.O of Apple Incorporated, and she's on hold," Rebecca said to Kara excitedly.

"So, why are You telling me??...What are they even calling You for anyway?? Kara asked Rebecca while shrugging her shoulders.

"They are calling to ask You if you could sign an endorsement deal with them, thereby making You one of their brand ambassadors," Rebecca replied to Kara while squeaking in happiness.

"Do You know what it means to be an Apple Phone brand ambassador?? Rebecca asked Kara further.

"They want me to be their phone brand ambassador?? Kara asked Rebecca still not believing what she was hearing.

"Yeah, they want you to be one of their brand ambassadors, The C.E.O's assistant is on hold, what should I say to her?? Rebecca asked Kara.

"Tell them I accept! Kara said to Rebecca, while Rebecca continued her phone conversation with the Apple Incorporated C.E.O's assistant.

"Oh My God! I can't wait to tell mom that I've been offered an endorsement deal with the famous Apple Phone company, the famous phone manufacturing company," Kara squeaked inwardly with happiness.

"Kara, they want You to be there today in two hours, for the signing of the endorsement deal," Rebecca said to Kara

"Tell them I'll be there," Kara said to Rebecca in happiness while exiting the room and running towards the balcony of their mansion to share the good news with her mom.

"Mom! Mom! Mom! She called as soon as she came to the balcony.

"What is it dear?? Her mom asked.

"Mom, guess what?? Kara asked in a squeaking tone.

"I don't know, Jeffrey is back?? Mrs.Katherine replied confused.

"No, that ain't it, how I wish it was it but it isn't," Kara said to her mom sadly.

"So, what is it?? You can tell me," Mrs.Katherine asked Kara while putting her hands on Kara's face.

I just got an endorsement offer from Apple Incorporated," Kara said to her mom warmly, her mood has been spoilt upon hearing the name of the guy she was yearning for.

"Apple Incorporated??? Mrs.Katherine asked in disbelief.

"Yeah, and they want me to be there in two hours for the signing of the deal," Kara said to her mom softly.

"Why that face??...don't you want to be a brand ambassador for Apple Incorporated??? Mrs.Katherine asked Kara.

"I wanna, but......

"But what??? Mrs.Katherine quickly interrupted.

"This is an opportunity of a lifetime Kara! Mrs.Katherine reasoned.

"Do You know how many celebrities have been dying to get this endorsement offer that came to you on a gold platter??...Do you know how many??? Mrs.Katherine asked Kara.

"Mom, it isn't like I ain't grateful or happy that I got the endorsement deal, it's just......Kara said to her mom with a pause.

"It's just what?? Mrs.Katherine asked Kara while raising her eyebrows.

"it's just I am missing Jeffrey so much," She continued.

"Why will God bring him to me, only to snatch him away from me??...Why??...Why, Mom???? She asked her mom sadly.

"That, I can't answer, but there's one thing I can tell you," Mrs.Katherine said with a pause.

"No man in this world, wants to have anything to do with a liability girl, a girl who lacks achievement, so if you wanna make Jeffrey be all over you....you have to start achieving a lot, starting from this Apple Incorporated endorsement deal," Mrs.Katherine continued.

"Okay, Mom! Kara said to her mom warmly.

"Everything will be okay, I know it! Mrs.Katherine said to Kara while hugging and patting Kara's back.

Kara left her mom on the balcony and went upstairs to get prepared for her journey to Apple Incorporated.

A few minutes later she came downstairs looking stunning in a light pink L.X Designs gown.

She walked to the driveway, got on her limousine with Rebecca, while Joshua zoomed off into the streets, heading towards the Apple Incorporated Company, with three other limousines containing Kara's other bodyguards accompanying them as convoys.

A few minutes later, Kara and Rebecca arrived at the Apple Incorporated Company in their convoys of limousines.

The Apple Incorporated was currently located in Cupertino, California.

As soon as Kara stepped out of her limousine, Joshua and ten other bodyguards immediately formed a protective wall around her, ushering her into the building.

And as soon as Kara got into the building, all eyes fell on her, they were stunned by her appearance, she was looking astoundingly gorgeous for a girl of her age.

In no time, Kara got into the board room, where she was to sign her endorsement deal.

As soon as she got inside the room, every board member stopped what they were doing and looked towards her direction, they were mesmerized and Enchanted by her beauty but it only lasted for a short while because of their C.E.O who was present with them in the board room.

"Welcome, Miss Kara and it's a pleasure and an honor meeting You! The shareholders greeted chorously after they were able to recompose themselves.

"Thank You very much," Kara replied warmly

"Thank You very much, Miss Kara," The C.E.O said with a pause.

"Thank You for accepting this endorsement deal, we really appreciate," The Apple Incorporated C.E.O said to Kara with a bright smile while presenting the documents to Kara for her to sign.

"Thank You very much for granting me this endorsement offer, and I for one, I'm grateful," Kara said to the C.E.O while smiling gratefully.

She took the documents and started singing them.

In the board room, they were a couple of lawyers and press members, they were there to cover the endorsement deal.

A few minutes later they were done with the signing of the endorsement deal, the endorsement deal was made with a whooping sum of one hundred and thirty trillion U.S Dollars.

The C.E.O of Apple incorporated then presented the money to Kara's Manager while shaking the hands of Kara holding the endorsement deal for the press to photograph so they could publish it, on getting back to their various media Companies.

In no time they were done with the event.

The next day, News Channels and TV stations were broadcasting the video of the endorsement deal between Kara and the Apple Incorporated Company.

Newspapers, Magazines, and so many News Blogs were not excluded from the ordeal.

Their major headlines were as follows:-

(1) APPLE INCORPORATED MAKES POP PRINCESS THEIR BRAND AMBASSADOR.

(2) KARA STEWART ENDORSED BY A MULTINATIONAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANY, APPLE INCORPORATED.

(3) APPLE INCORPORATED SIGNS A NEW BRAND AMBASSADOR. POP PRINCESS KARA STEWART.

These were many of the headlines appearing on Newspapers, Magazines, News Blogs, and News Channels.

In just a few hours the news went Viral and the Apple Incorporated Company stock price skyrocketed.

Kara on the other hand was very much excited, she couldn't wait for the commercials shooting to start commencing.
