In the dead of night, two lone figures stood in the skies. Under them was a city in ruins as dried-out corpses numbering in the hundreds of thousands could be seen.

After assimilating all the information, Blade placed the sword back into his space ring as Athena took out the shuttle as the two prepared to leave this city before any of the nearby cities notice this destruction.

Coupled with the destruction of the Bandit Camp, it was a given that soon, the news would travel to the Limitless City.

After all, with the teleportation circles located in every city inside Limitless Sky Continent that is solely located to the Limitless City, it's obvious that the Limitless Sky Sect, the rulers of this continent, wouldn't take the destruction of several cities lightly.

He, Blade had escaped Limitless Sky Sect. If it was known that it was he who caused all this destruction, Astral would very likely forcefully bring him back to the Sect and force him to cultivate in seclusion.

After all, her master originated from the Heavenly Celestial Sect in the Celestial Continent, so there wasn't supposed to be a need for her to have a map of a completely different continent.

With his legs folded and sitting in a meditative posture, Blade resembled the figure of a buddha or something as he closed his eyes, honing his attention on the ring in his possession.

After ransacking the City Lord's residence, he got some useful items. One was the item that appeared after a flash of light, already in his palm.

"This is the city lord's most detailed map. It should contain the path to Forbidden Zone which shouldn't be far from here seeing as that fruit had ended in the hands of the Auction House in this backwater city."

Giving Athena the map, Blade closed his eyes. He had many more important things to worry about at this moment. He hadn't the time throughout the past few days to check, but now, he'd make sure to.

It had taken quite some time to reach here from Peng City... If it was normal individuals, it'd have taken a few days or even a week.

Walking through this city, Blade was shocked, and so was Athena. Every other person carried with them the aura of at least, a Martial Lord.

Many Martial Kings and then there were few and far between but, some auras that were vast and powerful. Much more so than the Pseudo Beast Emperor..!

Even those at the side of the road who seemed to be merchants selling what seemed to be maps and relics carried the aura of Martial Lords, shocking them!

The duo made their way and surprisingly, at least for Blade, no one had given them more than a glance. Don't misunderstand, Blade felt relieved upon this discovery but it was simply a new feeling that he hadn't gotten accustomed to yet.

No matter the world, Blade was always the center of attention, whether it be due to his appearance or his status, he was always the focus. But, right now, he didn't get that focus so he was only surprised and reveled in this new feeling.

But, it wasn't something that he would do anything for, since he also liked the attention. It helped in cultivating his narcissistic side while this new feeling helped in toning it down a level or two.

"Excuse me, two juniors, why don't you take a look at this old man's relics?"

Anyway, as the duo walked through the city streets, suddenly, they were interrupted by the voice of an aged man.

Halting his steps, Blade curiously turned his gaze, glancing at the old man sitting on the city streets. In front of him was a carpet and on it were several different items, some even releasing Life Energy into their surroundings.

Seeing this, Blade's eyes lit up as he glanced toward the knowledgeable Athena who was blessed with an actual master and not the dipshit Master Astral he had found for himself...

Athena sighed upon seeing Blade's actions. Did he think that she, Athena was an omniscient individual?
