Demon Guard

John watched as two guards started to change and John dropped from the building's top.

And ran in however he was grabbed by the demon who had come after him earlier and with his might alone threw him outside of the town walls. John landed on the ground, very hurt from this as the Demon came flying.

John barely managed to roll out of the way as it landed, "Star Child Brat!" John stood to his knees and finally stood. John pulled out his sword, he was shaking, and tired. The strain of three back-to-back fights was wearing on him.

"I can probably take you." He ran at the demon and slammed his blade on its leg armour plating causing his sword to shatter upon impact. John looked scared as his sword started to evolve but just couldn't.

The demon grabbed John and started to run then it jumped with John in his hand. They flew at high speeds across the hellish landscape and when they landed a massive crater formed with John barely conscious.

John crawled out of the crater with his broken sword. "I'm still alive?" The demon looked down at John as he said this and with a smile, it spoke, "The Star Child Gene activates with your weapon child! Meaning you become more durable but not even that can save you."
