217 Struggle for Dominance (Part-1)

Waking up in the morning, Kai was yawning and feeling sleepy as he walked outside the room while rubbing his eyes to welcome the new day.

The bright light of the dawn falls on his old face and white hair, robbing his sleepiness away and feeling his body with new energy to carry out his long day works.

Walking around he found that the night shift hours are about to end and day shift servants are getting ready as they move around.

Kai also went to the bathroom and did his morning ritual like brush and bathing.

Coming out of the public bath of man section. Kai was about to wear his old white robe, he saw the man in charge appearing out of nowhere who stopped him from wearing them and handed him a new set of robe with a gentle smile.

Knowing and unknowingly Kai had already heard the name of this man. Carlos strange.

It seems he has quite a high status among the servants and is greatly trusted by the king.
