The Time Investigators and Suspicions part II

And…

He was right. At his most critical and vulnerable moment, when he was about to succeed he was attacked at all fronts! With no way to back out, and the enemies right before his most weakened state he fought through the different Sages attacked. If he can't defend, then he would attack 'till the last enemy was down! And if he was going down today he'd take them along with him!

And true to his words and thoughts, he did just that. It was a mutual death with no survivors. Or at least those who had participated at the massive attack.

Even after Time Demon Venerable Warmonger's death he had viciously taken his enemies with him which was widely spread all throughout different Realms. His name once again resounded and shocked and scared many. It was a pity though. He was about to succeed and yet had to die in the end. Even his Time Stone disappeared along with his death.

After that, there were no more children of the River of Time who had managed to reach Time Demon Venerable Warmonger's level. And the hunts for the other children of the River of Time still continued but in a very subdued and discreet way. Afraid that another Time Demon Venerable Warmonger would be born again from the wanton hunting.

And so, some children of the River of Time had managed to survive the vicious hunts.

Then, another era came.

Time Immortal Venerable Red Lotus soon came to power along with her own Time Stone.

She had a cold personality and was known to be unfeeling to others. But because of her exquisite Time Control and Manipulations, she had high battle skills.

But unlike Time Demon Venerable Warmonger who was born at the Gods Realm and was a battle maniac, Time Immortal Venerable Red Lotus had unknown origins but was rumored to came from the Immortal Realm, and hated fighting. She was more focused on cultivating her other talents and elemental skills. For her, spending her time on innovation and magical research was a better way to spend her time.

She was also multi-verse on different paths and was known for her unparalleled beauty and brains. A knowledgeable beautiful woman who was also an expert, that was Time Immortal Venerable Red Lotus.

She had many admirers and suitors from all kinds of race and from different Realms. But she remained single until she mysteriously disappeared on her 7000 years of reign. It was rumored that she died but no one had discovered her remains. And so, she and her Time Stone disappeared from that era, never to be seen again.

The third time stone appeared nine eras after Time Immortal Venerable Red Lotus's era. It appeared on a historical sight in the Devils Realm, and caused a catastrophic commotions. Many powerful factions and hidden powers emerged, wanting to be in possession of the mysterious Time Stone that only appeared with the two most powerful Venerable's in existence.

Fights and wars was common because of the ownerless mysterious Time Stone that appeared with great phenomena the whole time it was in exposure in that era. Many lives were lost and many powers were weakened, while some were annihilated. Assassinations were even common then, but no one, no matter what methods were used have succeeded to possess the Time Stone.

At the end of it all, the ownerless and mysterious Time Stone, mysteriously disappeared one day. Disappearing as mysteriously as it has appeared. An even grander scale of investigations had been done, but no clues were found. Even after numerous eras changed, the mystery behind the Time Stone remained and still remains clouded in the fogs of mystery.

How did the Di Family came into possession of this mysterious Time Stone?

Why is it in Di Family?

Why were there no phenomena occurring while it was being clearly exposed and being used by the Di Family Clan?

How can the Di Family be able to use this mysterious Time Stone when all those powerful beings can't even be in possession of it?

Those were some of the most important questions that even the Time Investigators of the Di Family Clan, who's experiencing the aide of the mysterious Time Stone have on their mind.

Even though everyone present in this investigation are in the know of its existence, had sworn secrecy and loyalty to their clan, but they were not allowed to know of its origin or anything more about it. It was the rule of their clan ever since the beginning of its existence.

There can only one person allowed to know of it. Mostly, they were the leaders or future leaders of clan. Generation after generation it was so.

But, the current leader of the Di Family doesn't.

The one who does is the father of the twin sisters Aya and Maya. It was Di Tian Yu. He was supposed to be the leader of the clan but because it was foreseen or what others would call prophecies, that he would father both "The Eye's Blessing and Curse" that would bring chaos and unknown danger, he wasn't disqualified to be be the successor. Hence, his younger brother became the leader and Di Tian Yu became just an elder despite his powers and talents.

But fate maybe too fickle or had a change of heart, on the day of the then future leaders Induction Ceremony, where the future leader would stand before the mysterious Time Stone and exhibits his powers and emits their own unique aura to gain the appraisals of the Time Stone, something else happened.
