Chapter 47

Ian sat in the living room waiting for Amara to finally finish dressing up. He checked his watch constantly, it seemed as though time was a bit slow and he was running out if patience. "you know you should really be more patient, especially with a pregnant woman." His butler said. "Really, this woman is taking forever, I have been waiting for hours." Ian said. "Correction you've only been waiting for ten minutes." His butler said. "What's the difference." Ian said. "Did your IQ get lower." His butler said, shaking his head. "Shut up." He said.

After to what seemed like eternity to Ian Amara came down the stairs. "I'm ready." She said, with a smile on her face. "Thank goodness, I thought that he was going to die of impatience." The butler said smiling. "Don't you have anything better to do, are you really that bored." Ian asked. "Well I will leave you two, have a great day." The butler said walking away and leaving the two of them alone, it was really awkward for Amara. Ian stood up, stretching his body. "Okay, time to go." He said and they both walked outside and they got into his car, he was the one driving today.

"Where are we going?" Amara asked him. "You'll see when we get there." He replied. "Just be patient."He said, even though he was the most impatient person on earth, that's just how he has always been, he wasn't the type of guy to wait for anything that's he only went on a dare twice because of how long women take to dress up, he still did not understand what it us that made them take so much time just to wear an outfit. "Ian why are you doing all this, why are you treating me so well now." Amara asked out of curiosity. "That's a man's discovery of nanya." He said. "What's nanya?" Amara asked him. "Non of your business."He said. "Well it is my business, I want know why, can't you at least tell me?" Amara asked. "Don't ruin my mood with pointless questions." He said. "Stop the car." Amara said. "What?" Ian asked looking at her. "I said stop the freaking car." She said. "And why should I do that." Ian asked. "Since you don't want to answer my question, then there is no point in going to who knows where you are taking me, stop the car I am walking back to the house." She said, he looked at her face and she looked dead serious. "Why do you have to be so dramatic." Ian asked. "I am not being dramatic, stop the car or I'm jumping out." She said. "Have you lost your mind." Ian asked. "I don't know maybe I have lost my mind." Amara said. "I'll tell you when we get there, I promise." He Saud and she looked at him not believing a single word that he was saying. "I promise you, I will tell you why." He said. "Okay fine. You better tell me." She said, and Ian let out a sigh of relief.

After an hour they arrived. Ian parked the car, they both got out of the car. "Where are we?"Amara asked. It was a big building, it was a restaurant as well as a hotel, one of the most expensive hotels in the city, they had the best food, great views, great bedrooms and great service . It was a tall glass building, there were long pine trees surrounding the building, there was green grass on the ground and a pavement that led to the front door. The place looked quiet and you could only hear the sound of the ocean that was nearby and some birds chirping, this building was far from the central business district, it was located near the beach and it was not near the highway. It was a place for those who love nature, quietness, and a nice vew of the beach. "Let's go in." He Saud and they walked into the building. As soon as the entered they were greeted by a woman, with blonde hair that was tied into a bun, black eyes, a sharp nose and thin lips. She had a wide smile on her face. "Good afternoon, Mr and Mrs Royce, we have been expecting you welcome, come your table is ready." The woman, whose name tag said she was Raquel said the inside of the building was beautiful, since there glass walls you could see the outside clearly but those that are outside cannot see what's inside. They got into the elevator.

After a moment they elevator stopped and the two doors opened and the walked out, Amara was in awe, it was a sight to see. The room was dim, there were red and red rights that made the room to light up a bit, there were pedals of red and white roses on the floor. There was a small round table near the glass wall and you could see the view of the ocean, the green grass, the pine trees. There was a a forest near the back of the building where most of the customers would go on forest walks and even hiking. "Come on let's go and seat down." Ian said. And they walked to where the small round table and two chaurs were. They both sat down, there were candles that were lit up on the table, the table had a red and white cloth on the table and some few rose petals. "Wow, this is..."Amara was speechless. "It's okay you don't have to say anything, your expression can tell me all that I need to know. " Ian said with a smile on his face, Amara looked at him trying to find some sort of answer but she found no answer, she couldn't read his eyes. She wanted to know why, why he was being so nice to her. "I'm sure that you have a lot of questions for me, just ask me I'll answer all of them." He said. "Why are you doing this." Amara asked. "Well it's simple, that's because I..." He was cut off by a waitress. "Here is your food." The waitress said. "Thank you." Amara said. "OH, so you were saying." Amara asked, her heart was beating so fast, somehow her heart hoped that he would tell her he was doing it out of love, but her brain told her that it would forever happen in dreams and her fantasy world.
