Be my girlfriend

Everyone looked and was surprised to see Jiang Lei's mother, Mrs. Jiang!

She slapped Chen Xu once more and then shouted, "You whore! So that was why you seduced my son, I will make sure I beat some sense into that stupid head of yours!"

Chen Xu fell down from the two slaps. She looked up with tears on her face, "Mother…please…"

Mrs. Jiang scoffed, "Mother? I am not and will never be your mother!"

Chen Xu was dumbfounded. Mrs. Jiang had been treating her very well and she was also the one who had insisted that she call her 'mother' but now that sweet woman was nowhere to be seen. All that was left was a raging unknown woman!

Jiang Lei's mother wanted to bend down for another slap but she suddenly felt someone holding her hair tightly. The pain made her scream, "Aaaaah!"

Xia Fei had also gone up. She saw how this woman was treating her daughter and she could not stay still anymore!

"Who the hell do you think you are laying hands on? That is my daughter!"

Xia Fei screamed at Mrs. Jiang's face.

Mrs Jiang laughed angrily, "Now I see where that child of yours got her bad behaviour! With you as her mother, she could not have turned any better!"

Xia Fei heard that and got angry but she also remembered that Jiang Lei was not as innocent either so she added salt to Jiang Lei's mom's wounds,

"Should I say the same for your son? Tsk tsk, who knew he had such a hobby? Fooling around with more than one woman! Is he even human? He must have learnt that from his mother!"

Jiang Lei's recording had multiple women in it and one could only create an image of what had transpired after the recording had ended

The two women threw insults at each other with each passing second. Jiang Lei came over to take her mother away but she bit his hand and went over to engage in a hand-to-hand combat with Xia Fei!

The guests were the ones who were enjoying the spectacle. They did not sign up for this when they came but somehow they had gotten more than they hoped for!

 The room was in total chaos with some people fighting while others ran up and down trying to enjoy the spectacle but in the middle of the room, two people still stood hand in hand. Chen Mumu's fingers were still laced tightly around Xu Jingli's

Amidst the chaos, Chen Mumu suddenly smiled and then pulled Xu Jingli outside. The man followed obediently.

Chen Mumu had completed the first set of her revenge plan. Jiang Lei had left her but she had to make sure that he was never going to be happy for the rest of his life!

Chen Xu and Xia Fei had also treated her very badly and she needed to take back everything that they stole from her!

Once outside, she gently let go of Xu Jingli's hand and smiled apologetically, "I am very sorry sir, thank you for pretending, you really saved me!"

The man could have denied that he was not her boyfriend but he did not. Instead, he acted with her until the very end!

Xu Jingli looked at her and spoke for the very first time, "What are you going to do next?"

He could not deny that he was intrigued by her. She was very different from all the women he had met and this posed a challenge to him.

When he was still inside the hall, he had seen what she had done that brought all the chaos and even pretended that it was someone else and not her.

He had seen how Chen Mumu had taken out the USB card and inserted a very small chip in the player and he had also seen her discreetly press something from the corner of his eye and in an instant, all the things that were revealed started to play.

Chen Mumu was intrigued, "And how will I do that?"

What he was saying was very interesting but seeing the plan through was the problem. She did not have the money to do anything and she had also lost all her jobs thanks to Chen Xu.

Xu Jingli replied after some time, "You already announced to them that I am your boyfriend so what do you think will happen if they find out that it was actually a lie? What will you do then?"

Chen Mumu was slowly coming to understand something,

"Are you saying I should continue pretending to be your girlfriend? Won't that inconvenience you? And also that is such a wrong thing to do!"

She admitted that she was in a dire state but not so dire that she would do such a thing!

Xu Jingli looked at her, "Then you can do something else."

Chen Mumu was intrigued, "Which is?"

Xu Jingli turned serious all of a sudden, "Be my fake girlfriend!"
