Show of love

MC point of view:

I'm currently hugging my beloved cat very tightly, both my hands are around his small neck, I keep hugging tighter and tighter to show him how much I love him.

Maru point of view:

Kaylelost it... he totally lost it... he is currently strangling me just because I kept a small secret for myself... I better not tell him everything or I'm definitely going to die once more..

MC point of view:

Kayle: "You little shit... you had some cheat all this time.. and at no point did you think of telling me when I was a kid? you could have said a word like 'hey I also got cheats after being reborn' between two scratches.."

Maru: "Stop... Stop... what the hell are you doing ? are you trying to kill me" *meow*

As I'm about to release him, Maru suddenly disappears from my hands totally vanishing, I look around my room wondering if he became invisible or teleported but can't find any trace of him.

After a few seconds, he reappeared in the spot he disappeared from and backed off immediately out of my range while looking at me warily.

I give him the best innocent smile I can muster.

Kayle: "Haha.. don't worry buddy... I got too excited and hugged you too tightly without paying attention"

Maru: "Oh really? then why are you having such an ugly smile?"

My lips twitch as I just feel like grabbing him and show him what a Hulk smash is, I contain myself and respond...

Kayle: "It's nothing absolutely nothing... this is a genuine smile of happiness for you and your cheats... so can you tell me what you got ?"

Maru: "That old dude gave a got a Pocket dimension..."

veins start bulging on my forehead as I hear that...

Kayle: "Congratulation Buddy...how about you let me have a look inside ?"

After a little back and forth he finally accepted to lead me inside it, I had to promise all the fish in my meals for the next two weeks... well I will ask mom to not make any fish for two weeks.. that will teach him a good lesson.

As I placed my hand on top of maru, I saw only blackness around me for a second before feeling my feet landing on top of a sold floor, looking around me it seems that we appeared is a Forrest, I can see a few climbing on the trees around me and looking curiously at our discretion.

After a few minutes of me inspecting what is surrounding me, A huge black cat jumps in front of me, he is around 3 meters tall, his eyes are dark green with black vertical slit for pupils, he looks at Maru and starts talking out loud.

???: "So is this the human you've been talking about?"

Maru: "Oh hi Tora! Yes, he is my owner!"

The huge cat look at me curiously and bend lightly

Tora: "Thanks for taking good care of our prince"

I look weirdly at Maru who is grinning towards me...

Kayle: 'This little asshole can talk out loud? why has he always been talking in my mind?"

I smile back at the Big Black Cat

Kayle: "Oh don't worry, I consider Maru as part of my family... I will always care for him"

Tora: "I'm the current Chief of this clan, you are welcome to be a guest"

Kayle: "Where is this place? are we inside Shikkotsu forest?"

Tora: "Shikkotsu forrest? sorry but I never heard of this name, our home's Name is the forest of Darkness"

After having a small discussion, I found that that they are living on a massive island, there are no other smart species except for them, and they have been living in as a group of a very long time.

I also discovered that Tora's real size is around 17 meters but he can control it and like to take a smaller shape as he said, cats focus mostly on furtiveness and speed.
