One more down

"SUBMIT TO ME!" The phrase echoed in Alduin's head over and over again. At this point it was yelling at him. Alduin could feel the blood coagulating into a viscus mud like substance. He was still able to fly while being chase by the Spiked Missiles, but more and more were hitting him slowing him down. As he flew something deep within him called out. A new voice that felt familiar, but he was unable to place where he had heard it before. He listened to the voice and began to circle back to Gigus-Rex. The glow within his body has changed to a blood red hue. He was fully in Gigus-Rexs' control.

Noticing the sudden change in Alduin's aura Gigus-Rex stopped attacking. He could feel that his blood was slowly but surely taking over his target. Gigus-Rex smiled his toothy grin flashing his blood stained teeth. He was eager to have someone as powerful as Alduin as a subordinate. Although he had no clue just how special it was to have a living Mechanical Cultivator! Many in the universe would try to kill him to steal Alduin from him. 

He watched as Alduin flew down in front of him and slowly landed. He watched as Alduin bowed his head.

"I shall serve you my master."

Gigus-Rex grinned madly. He took steps forward towering over his new subordinate. He looked down admiring Alduin like he had just bought a very expensive slave. He stood before Alduin and commanded him to rise. Alduin listened slowly rising his head looking into the eyes of his new master.

"Good! Good! Ahahahaha" Gigus-Rex gave out a great belly laugh. His laugh was so loud it shook the very earth beneath him. Even miles away other creatures on his planet could hear his echos.

His laugh was cut short as he felt pain in his chest. He slowly looked seeing the spike at the end of Alvin's tail had impaled him. The red color inside Alduin has changed to a vibrant green hue.

"No one controls my soul!" His flaming eyes intensify as he activated a technique!

"[Soul Purge]!"

His eyes dimmed as energy traveled through his body into the spike in his tail entering Gigus-Rex's body! He felt a wave of energy wash through his body from where he was stabbed. It was bone chilling. As though part of him was being washed away. He could feel his consciousness slipping. His vision began to darken. It was as though he was being pulled through a tunnel. His body grew colder and colder. His eyelids felt heavy as he struggled to fight the cold tiredness he was feeling.

Gigus-Rex did his best to resist. He tried swinging at Alduin, but he simple raised a wing to block or redirect his mighty swing. He fought the cold feeling of fatigue, but he was growing weaker at an alarming rate. His resistance was futile. In only a few short seconds he faded away. His hulking body remained standing as his very soul was burned in a cold green fire!

Alduin removed his tail from the creatures chest and mentally examined his own body. The blood began to change into a more watery substance and fell off his body. Alduin was confused as before the blood was very mud like and was attacking his soul trying to consume him. Yet just at the brink a voice deep within him rejected it. This allowed him to pretend to fall under Gigus-Rex's command and strike when he let his guard down.

He wasn't sure what the voice was or even the new technique he used. He didn't know it before the voice spoke or even what it told him. He just knew what and how to use the technique. It was a very powerful Soul based technique. If one wasn't prepared or even knew how to deal with such an attack they would be killed instantly. It was a type of [Hell Fire] and [Soul Manipulation] technique that literally burned the soul of who he attacked.

[Notice. 8th target slain! Congratulations Alduin on a successful hunt]

"Thank you System" he said. "Am I able to take this corpse with me? I believe Master would be able to use it for the future." Looking over the enormous corpse he truly believed Lucas would be able to make a new Henchman with his corpse. Hopefully they would be stronger then its original body or at least as strong as him.

As soon as the System spoke the body slowly dematerialized. It has been teleported to the Lair for Lucas to study or use for anything he wished.

With his objective done Alduin was ready for his next target. He was eager to keep testing his combat skills and learn knew techniques. He still wasn't sure what that voice was, but it had allowed his soul to not be taken over and given a technique he wanted to try out again. Although it did drain his energy by over half!

Another portal opened before him. He out stretched his wings taking note of how damaged he was. He knew he had to be careful of his next fight as he flew in.

As soon as he crossed the portal he found himself in the middle of an open field. The grass was a deep purple color with yellow trees surrounding him.

Alduin was caught off guard. He had never heard of this Richard Mammon, but given what the System informed him of he learned a few things. The biggest of is who Richard wishes to work with, Kur. That was his Masters Villain identity. He knew he had to not only keep that a secret, but also help build a relationship with this Qui to help his master.

Know what he must do and the time he would have to wait it left with few options. He wasn't in top condition and decided to rest before Qui showed up. Thinking that Qui would arrived exactly where he was he moved over a couple dozen yards and laid down. He curcled himself up like a cat or dog would with his tail under his chin. His flaming eyes went out as he fell a sleep. He didn't remain defenseless as part of his mind remained awake keeping an eye out for anything. If trouble arrived he would deal with it swiftly.

10 hours went by in a blink of the eye. Alduin was thankful he was able to get some sleep. He had healed himself naturally, but he still wasn't at 100% combat effectiveness. He would say he was more in the 85-90% range. Even with his combat effectiveness lower he was still a force to be wreckened with.

He slowly rose his head up looking up into the sky. He could see a ship slowly descending from space. It was a sleek ship no larger than an 18-wheeler. It was build like a stretched pyramid placed on its side with 6 engines. 1 on either side, 1 on top and 3 in the back. It was painted a shinning gold color with Richard Mammons symbol on the side. As the ship landed it slowly spun pointing its weapons at Alduin, yet didn't open fire.

Alduin took no offense to this. He too would be skeptical of wild creatures. Alduin stood up watching the ship. It floated 20 ft in the air while facing Alduin.

"I believe you are Qui?" Alduin asked loudly.

"Maybe I am maybe I ain't. Who's askin" a shrill voice called back over the speaker of the ship.

"My name is Alduin. My masker, Kur the Mastermind, has sent me here to help you eliminate O'polo and A'polo. Please inform your master of this."

Qui was very confused about what was going on. He had been sent to this planet by Richard Mammon to kill O'polo and A'polo, yet no one besides him and his boss knew about this mission. He was the direct personal assassin to Richard Mammon. No one else in his organization knew about him. He didn't want to call his boss till the job was done, but seeing a large mechanical Wyvern right where he was landing mentioning those names and his boss. He had no other choice.

"Fine. You wait right there and if you move even a single metal scale I'll open fire!"

Alduin remained silent unmoving. Qui was unnerved by how statue like the Wyvern was. He entered a serious of commands into his ship to call his boss on a secure transmission. It only took a few seconds for the call to be established. The screen was only showed the silhouette of Richard Mammon.

"Have you finished the job yet Qui" Richard Mammon spoke in a cold voice.

"About that sir. When I arrived at the planet a mechanical Wyvern was exactly where my ship was."

"And? Just kill the beast and continue your job. Why are you bothering me with these little pests?" Richard Mammon was growing angerier. Even being billions of light years away Qui could feel his bosses rage wash over him. He unintentionally ducked from fear.

"Well about that sir. The Wyvern has called itself Alduin and said his master had sent him here to help me kill the targets."

Richard Mammons' eyebrows twitched hearing this. He knew that only he and Qui knew of this assassination mission. Who else could have known about this? Then an idea struck him.

"Qui. Did this…Alduin say who his master was?"

Qui gulped his fear as he spoke. "Yes sir he did. He said his master is someone called Kur the Mastermind."

Richard Mammon froze stiff. Be put down the data pad he was working with quietly on his desk. "Kur the Mastermind you say?" Qui could only see the white toothy smile of his bosses face. This was the first time he's ever seen his boss smile like that. It sent shivers down his spine.
