3rd POV

" Brother!" Velzard dashed towards Vel and hugged him which almost suffocated him. She was sobbing like a child who lost her candy.

" Uh?" Veldanaul was caught off-guard for a bit. He just smiled and hugged her back.

" Yoshi Yosh, hello little Velzard. Did you miss me?" He asked her. There was genuine and familiar love in that voice. He saw her as the cute little sister that he raised.

He lived through Veldanava's life when he received the memories. The loneliness in the void, the creation of the world, raising his siblings, having subordinates, his encounter with Guy, Rudra being his apprentice, falling in love with Lucia, having Milim, and dying. He lived through it all, so when Velzard hugged him, he was happy.

" You're finally *hik* back! I *hik* miss you so *hik* much!" Velzard replied.

' Did they forget about me?' Rimuru in the corner asked himself.

<Time-skip>

After Velzard calmed down, she asked Vel a question that had been troubling her for a while.

" Umm, big brother"

" Hmm?"

" Why is your dragon factor and name different? And your attribute is the same yet different.?"

This sudden question caught Rimuru's attention.

' Oh shit! Lucia! What should I do?' Vel was panicking inside.

{ Master should tell her...} Lucia told him what to say.

' Thank you!' Vel then proceeds to explain.

" Umm, you see little Velzard, after I died, I was reincarnated as a human in a non-magical world. I lived a fairly normal life, until one day, a random guy stabbed me in the middle of the street and I died. After that, I was reincarnated as a True Dragon. I was reborn in the same cave I died in as the Stellar Void Dragon. I now have the void attribute, the same attribute that I couldn't contain in my last life as Veldanava. Since I'm now reborn as the newest true dragon, I have renamed myself as Veldanaul. Veldanava has already died long ago, I'm the new me. Even though my personality may have changed a bit, I still love you as my little sister."

Velzard, who heard this was surprised at what he said. She couldn't believe that her big brother reincarnated as a human, but she still accepted what happened.

" I see. I still love you no matter what big brother," she said

' Huh? He's in the same situation as me. We even died the same way. Is it a coincidence?' thought Rimuru still in the corner.

" Well, you should go back little sister, the redhead is waiting for you to return. Also, keep my existence a secret. I will reveal myself when the time comes and that also includes you Rimuru, tell your subordinates not to disclose my identity as the former Veldanava or a true dragon. I want to settle in first for a couple of years before revealing myself."

Rimuru nodded and Velzard flew off back to the ice continent.

" Rimuru, about that land," Vel asked

" Right, follow me," Rimuru lead Vel to an empty land next to his house to keep a close eye on him.

Velzard's POV

I am happy that my big brother is back. I've waited for so long for this day to come. Even if his ego changed, he is still the same loving big brother I know. Though I am a little mad that he asked me to go back to that demon, I still accepted it.

Right now I am flying back to Guy's castle. As I landed there, I saw Guy standing in front of me expecting me to tell him why I went to the Jura forest.

"So, how did it go?" Asked a curious Guy

" I found nothing," I said with a straight face.

Guy furrowed his eyebrows.

" Though, I found quite a unique individual," I said.

" Ho?" Guy caught the bait, " Tell me more."

"There was a town a slime has established. I think it was the same majin that killed the Orc disaster. That slime is quite unique and can probably defeat the younger demon lords besides Leon." I said.

" The majin that defeated Clayman's little puppet?" Guy grinned, " Interesting, truly interesting."

' Better keep big brother's existence a secret' I thought smiling.

3rd POV

Right now Vel and Rimuru are standing in front of a patch of land.

" So how are you going to build the house?" asked Rimuru.

" With magic of course," Vel said as he raises one hand. Then suddenly a torrent of magicules left his hand and swarm around in that patch of land. The swarm of magicules slowly took shape of a house. It looks like a fancy modern house. There is a TV, a room full of mangas, and animes. There is basically everything a man needs in that house.

What Vel just use was his Ultimate skill Creation King: Ahura Mazda. After he finished making the house, Rimuru just stared in awe at how easily he made it.

' Great Sage how did he do it!' Rimuru screamed internally.

{ Notice. Can't analyze what the individual Veldanaul did.}

' What? You're serious!? …Oh right, no wonder. He was the one that created this world.' Rimuru just realized.

" There, all done now," Vel said smiling

" Y-Yea" Rimuru said

<<Short Time-Skip>>

For the past couple of weeks, Vel and Rimuru became good friends. They would occasionally spar which always resulted in Rimuru's defeat. Most of the time when Rimuru was doing his work, Vel would immerse himself into mangas. Vel was just bored and waiting for Gazel to show up. When he was about to reach for the next volume, Rimuru thought communicated him.

(' Hey dude! There is a dwarven king challenging me in a match. Come quick!')

(' I am not subordinate man. Stop ordering me around. *Sigh* I'm coming.') Vel replied

And just like that Vel teleported right beside Rimuru surprising everyone except Rimuru.

" Hey, you all. Don't mind me and continue your little spar. Rimuru just called me for...umm...I don't what he called me for but yea. You can continue your spar." Vel said.

' Traitor! I called you to help me, but you're here to sightsee!' Rimuru internally screamed in disbelief while everyone else except the dwarves seemed like they were expecting it. Meanwhile, the dwarves were on guard by the appearance of a mysterious man. Especially Gazel because he could not even gauge at the surface of that man's power. His instincts were telling him to run. He knew that he would instantly lose if he were to fight him, but was relieved when that the man was just here for spectating. then he looked at Rimuru whose face looked as if the friend he knew never existed. Then a Trenyi appeared and they started the match.

( A/N: I am very bad at fight scenes yea. Let's skip that.)

After the fight, Rimuru invited Gazel inside and discussed diplomatic relationships. When Rimuru was about to think of a Name for his country, Vel, who was haven't talked in a while, cuts in.

" It's the Veldora Rimuru Empire!" Vel exclaimed

*Somewhere in Rimuru's stomach*

" YES! Big brother knows what he's talking about. See Ifrit, I told you that's a good name."

" I don't think he meant it," Ifrit said

"Eh?"

"NO! Ahem. Please Ignore him." Rimuru said

"It's okay." Gazel sweatdropped thinking that guy might be Veldora.

" Thanks. So the name of my country will be Jura Tempest Federation." Rimuru declared

They celebrated the birth of the monster country and after a while, Gazel and his knights left. Everything went back to normal for a few days until an overpowered loli made her way towards the Jura Forest. Meanwhile, in Vel's house, Vel can be seen reading manga on a couch with huge stacks of mangas beside him.

' Hmm? Seems like my daughter is on her way here.' Vel smiled
