Human Technology Arc 1

<POV: 2 years ago after the island war, within a small house in the second island>

Sitting next to a table were 4 people, all of them middle aged, youngest was 26. They were discussing the island war and the implications of it:

"I mean if this continues on and the four-legged shark comes here, I don't know how humanity will defend itself."

"Well, the war happened just a week ago, the beast will probably have to rest after such a hard war, heard it was almost destroyed in the battle, but somehow survived."

"They're keeping its whereabouts undisclosed and a secret from everybody."

"I see where they coming from, they'll probably kill it there while it's still hurt, experiment with it in secret."

And while the discussion went on and on, one of the four men talking, an extremely dedicated scientist was looking at a wall, thinking in his mind, forgetting where he is.

While thinking, he said something out he didn't want to say:

"We gotta get weapons against this sharkie."

Suddenly, a deep silence started in the room, as the scientist was 40 years old and very mature, he wouldn't say something out that wasn't even in context as to what the group was talking about at the time.

And everyone started laughing, except him, quickly out of his thoughts. After this happened, a week after, he was alone in his room, questioning himself in his thoughts, what's the best way to help humanity expand into new horizons?

As soon as he thought about it a long time, he got on it, creating new creations, making use of what was already there. He was creating the new technologic era, the cloning era.

A month later, he was in a shed, back in his backyard, it was extremely clean and metallic, he was putting up his creation, an extremely futuristic creation.

2 large quantum computers set up in between a big circular-shaped chamber. Quantum computers were already an old thing in the planet, everyone had them in their rooms, extremely fast computers that could run any program. Sadly, AI programs were a big failure in the planet, couldn't make anything more sophisticated than a simple kill and destroy program, or an automatic car system, that was all that existed of AI in the planet.

This is a good time to tell you the name of the scientist, Ethan Leash. And his creation was named the Leash System. The first human cloning creation that existed, it was a big start, the start of humanity's beginning.

Ethan put himself in the chamber, already configured his system to cloning step one copying, the chamber's doors closed and slowly every quantum information on Ethan's body were being copied and memorised in both of the quantum computers. Trillions, quadrillions, they were copied and copied, until his last atoms.

The doors opened and Ethan came out, he pressed a couple buttons on his quantum computers and began the second cloning step, pasting.
