Facing The Past

During Night-time,

I was not able to know much about what happened since Lillie rushed out of Professor kukui's house but I already have a guess about that.

Currently, I am taking a mid-night stroll as I am unable to sleep cause of various things going inside my head but I am still taking care of Nebby as it is still awake.

As I was walking, I saw a familiar boy with light blond hair. It was Gladion and as I suspected, he recognised Nebby as it was with Lillie when she teleported yesterday.

Than, Gladion confronts me over what happened with Lillie and Type:Null last night. I try to apologise to Gladion for Nebby's action but he didn't listen to me and left.

The next day,

Lillie came to school today and all of us are supportive of Lillie over what happened when Professor Kukui and Professor Burnet joined us.

Another attempt to touch Crystal results in Lillie to freeze just like in the beginning. Now that it has all came down to zero again, I must let the story play as it is without interfering much so she can get rid of her fear completely.

After the school ends, I join Lillie and Crystal as they head walk to their home.

"Hey Sid, you met my brother yesterday, right?" Lillie asked as soon as I joined them.

"Yeah...., how did you know?"

"Because of what I saw last time. He must have said that it was your fault"

"Yep, I also apologized to him but he just didn't listen to me" as I said this, Lillie became silent.

Lillie reveals what happened when she encountered Gladion and Type: Null. I try to cheer Lillie up which helps Lillie to decide that she will try to remember everything that has happened in her past.

As a result of that, Nebby starts teleporting us to various locations from Lillie's past, which brings back memories of her and her family. Soon, Nebby teleports us to the research area underneath Aether Paradise.

"I have been here before" Lillie says as we walk around.

"Have you?"

"Yeah but I can't remember everything clearly"

"We should look around a bit more, maybe it will help you remember everything"

"Yeah"

"What happened?" I ask as I can see some fear on her.

"Hm? Nothing, why?" Lillie says, trying to hide her fear

"Don't lie to me. I can read you like an open book. What happened?"

"I am scared"

"Of what?"

"Scared of what I will think about my pokemon after I remember everything, scared of changing after remembering everything. I am scared of everything" Lillie says as her strong expression broke down.

"No matter what you think, no matter how you change, I will be with you, always. I will be always behind you and I will always support you" I said grabbing Lillie's shoulders. Although what I said might have sounded cringe, it was necessary to say that so Lillie can confront her past with confidence.

As we were walking around, we were soon found ourselves confronted by a Hypno and Alakazam who sent me flying.

I don't understand one thing. I am more rich than them than why must those guys have to send me flying like I don't hold any importance. I can even remove their existence from the pages of history so why they treat me like this.

Well, whatever. But first, I must save Lillie.

(Lillie's POV)

I was walking with Sid as we were walking around in the reaserch area underneath Aether Paradise to recall my past but no matter how much I try, I can't stop thinking about the words said by Sid when he was confronting me.

He said that he will be with me always.

Even though I know that he was just trying to help me by those words, I can't help but think about what if his words are true? What if he mean what I think? What this, what that?

After he spoke with me, we didn't talk anything. I came to know that he doesn't like talking much but I wasn't able to talk because I am blushing whenever I see towards him.

I still remember that when I first saw him, he seem a ordinary guy but than he showed some awesome battle which caused me to be really impressed.

When he said that Tapu Fini gave him a z-ring, nobody believed him but I felt that he was not lying and soon it was proved.

I remember when he said that he would help me overcome my fear of pokemon and he really helped me and even gave me a pokemon egg.

His gentleness is the thing that made me fall for him.

I don't regret falling for him even through I know that there are mutual feelings between him and Serena, I don't mind only by become his friend. I just want to be a part of his life.

As I was think this, I saw a Hypno and Alakazam coming out who sent Sid flying. I was going towards him to check on him but Alakazam lifted me up in the air and took me towards a place that looks like a hall. I feel that I was here before but I can't remember clearly.

"Oh, it looks like you haven't completely recalled everything. Don't worry, I will help you forget all those again" I heard a voice of a man which is really familiar. I know it is Faba and soon he showed himself.

As soon as he came towards me, I remembered everything. He was the one who hurt me, he was the one who removed my memories.

"Faba, why are you doing this?" I asked as I don't understand why he is doing such things to me

"You don't have to know. Maybe, I should also make you forget and even hate that irritating boy who always comes in my way"

"Nooooo. Save Me Sidddd" I screamed as soon as I heard what he said. I can't forget him, he is the one who make me feel safe, feel complete. I can't forget about him let alone hating him.

"Don't worry, it won't hurt. Oh, why am I telling you this, obviously you know because you have experienced it earlier"

"No, No, please don't do this" I said as tears start to flow out of my eyes

"It's your fault for coming here and now you have to pay" Faba said before ordering his pokemon to remove my memories.

Before he could do anything, I saw Monferno coming out of ground and heard Sid's voice

"Monferno, use Fire Punch on Hypno and Flare Blitz on Alakazam"
