Chapter 39

Yue Yang wasn't even looking at them as they continued to laugh he was still looking at the bloody Queen who was still trying to stand up.

His beasts, on the other hand, were looking at the demon generals with greed in their eyes and drooling mouths. They already wanted to tear them apart and eat them. If it wasn't because Yue Yang didn't give them the order to attack they would have already begun their assault.

Luo Hua still worried about Yue Yang couldn't help but ask,

"Are you sure you gonna be okay alone with all of them?"

Seeing Yue Yang nodding his head with confidence she finally relaxed and went toward Ma Li Ang who was standing on a flying dragon. She then summoned her six-tailed fox, and they began their battle.

Not caring about the demon generals Yue Yang began walking toward the bloody Queen. Arriving near her he expanded his barrier and covered her. He then looked at her and began speaking in one of the demon abyss language Fourth mother thought him.

"Do you want to live?" Said Yue Yang to the Bloody Queen.

The bloody Queen, on the other hand, hearing him speaking her language was really surprised as she couldn't believe that a human knows that language.

She pointed at Yue Yang surprised and said,

"You can speak my language? "

Yue Yang smiled at her and said,

"What is so surprising about that? Anyway, do you want to live?"

"Of course, I want to live! Who would want to die?"

Replied the bloody queen filled with sadness and tears on her eyes.

She never thought that all this would have happened after her mother was gone. The moment her mother was gone people intruded her territory and began challenging her as they wanted to contract her as a summoning beast. Many of them will come and ask gently but when she doesn't accept their offers they will begin to attack her.

Her mother left her subordinates to her, but she wasn't even able to protect them, and they were all dying. It was too much for her and now that she saw someone with whom she could speak she couldn't contain her emotions anymore.

Yue Yang seeing her crying was really stuck as he didn't know what to do right now.

While Yue Yang and the bloody Queen were speaking the demons tried to attack him, but they couldn't even make a scratch on the barrier is they encircled it waiting for it to exhaust itself, so they could attack him.

On the other side, Luo Hua and Ma Li Ang were still battling in stalemate as no one of them was overwhelming the other.

Although the two of them were battling hardly they will sometimes look over the side of Yue Yang and the demon generals.

Ma Li Ang seeing his subordinates encircle the barrier without doing anything became enraged as he began berating them loudly.

"What are you doing standing there like idiots? Don't tell me you can't even break a meager silver grimoire barrier? Are you guys really demon generals?"

Hearing his words they became enraged and knowing that they couldn't do anything against him they shifted their anger toward Yue Yang and began cursing at him saying that he was a coward and other means words.

Yue Yang was still troubled as he didn't know what to do about the bloody Queen crying so hearing the demon generals shouting so loudly he became enraged too.

He began walking toward them as he wanted to kill them so badly, but before leaving the barrier he looked at the bloody Queen and said,

"Remain in the barrier. We will speak when all this ended."

The demons seeing him leaving the barrier were so excited that they didn't see that although he left his barrier it was still there.

They didn't even wait for his entire body to exit before they attacked him simultaneously. They even ordered their beasts to attack him too.

Yue Yang only shot a glance at his beasts before they all went in position and attacked immediately.

Before they could even reach Yue Yang two of them already reached the ground as they were attacked by team Freya and team Luna. The demons didn't even know what happened as they looked at beasts that surrounded them in horror.

As for the other two they weren't even aware that two of their ally were already on the ground and continued their attacks.

Yue Yang calmly received their attacks and counter-attacked immediately.

The demons had already retreated when they saw how easily Yue Yang blocked their attacks with his dual crescent blades, but they weren't as quick as Yue Yang attack.

One of them received a wound on his chest while the other was luckier since he instinctively blocked the attack with his blade.

Only now they felt that something was off. They turned their heads looking for their other allies. When they saw them they were really surprised and frightened.

They began looking at each other not knowing what to do. It was either they save their allies who were still struggling to stand up or battle this guy who can calmly receive both their attacks.

They immediately turned toward their allies wanting to help them. After all, they knew that they couldn't defeat Yue Yang with only two of them.

Turning their back to an enemy was like a suicide, but they were so agitated that they lost their rationality.

How could Yue Yang let this opportunity escape him? He silently disappeared from his place and in mere seconds he was already at the back of one of the demons. He mercilessly slashed him with his blades and sent him flying.

The other one seeing that he couldn't escape turned to block the attack, but he messed up as he put one of his hands wrongly and when the blades passed they cut that arm in two.

The demon general seeing his arm being cut so easily began shrieking as he tried to stop blood coming from the wound. Yue Yang acted immediately trusting the two blades in two different areas. One went through his chest stabbing his heart while the other went on his neck making a hole in it.

The demon general didn't die immediately as he began rolling on the ground trying to scream but only blood was coming out from his mouth and the hole on his neck.

The other one who sent flying finally stood up but seeing what was happening wanted to escape but when he turned around to run the only thing he saw before all turned black was the tip of a bloodied blade.

Seeing that he wouldn't be able to reach him if he escaped Yue Yang threw one of his crescent blades at him like it was a real spear.

The two demon generals on the ground were still struggling but after seeing how the other died so easily in Yue Yang hand they knew that they couldn't do anything.

After that thought appeared on their minds their struggle became less and less as the had already lost their will to fight.

The bloody queen in the barrier has already stopped crying as she looked at how easily this human in front of her had taken care of the demon generals with a wide opened mouth.
