"If you don't have any other question please leave, I have few important matters to attend to." Silent reaper said but his words only increased my curiosity toward that unknown man.

"Let me tell you something in until now I have been acting as an member of genesis thus I endured your crude behavior but from now, I would like you to treat me as esteemed guest or you might regret your choice for not entertaining me with respect." As I said my thoughts silent reaper had questionable expression on his face.

"You are not sick are you shadow empress, you have been acting strange since the moment you have come here?" Silent reaper said in a worried tone.

"I am not sick damn it, just listen what I have to say, i have an assignment for Genesis?" I said and tapped the golden genesis crystal and some information presented itself in front of me.

"Are you serious about this?" silent reaper had an bewildered expression on his face as he asked me but to his question, I placed 3, rank 12 demon cores on the table which could be sufficient advance deposit.

"I don't want you to publish this request on the genesis network but select the needed individuals by your upper echelon itself." I said.

Right now I had many bothersome task in my mind and if I have to describe the most important task of them, it was to clear the ancient dragon's lair founded by an marquees ranked demon prior to departure of father to the land of gods.

Me and my brother, we both have become adults as per demons standard and father has assigned both of us different tasks before leaving to land of gods which he expected us to finish before his arrival.

The task was given to us so that we will be busy and does not wage war against each other while father is away.

The task which he has given us would definitely play an important role while deciding his successor and therefore it was on my top priority, father had expected us to finish both the task within 10 year which was his expected time of return but he still hasn't returned from land of gods.

I had been allotted the task to conquer dragon's ruin while my brother was assigned the task to clear legacy of sword god's apostle, which was more difficult than dragon's lair but miraculously his party was able to retrieve the legacy last year, which increased the pressure on my mind.

I had attempted to clear the dragon's lair countless times in past 11 year but it was proving more difficult than i thought.

In the last expedition the legendary swordsman and rune master, whom I had borrowed from Duke Elise died unexpectedly, but we found a way to clear the fifth floor of the dragon lair on which I had been stuck for past 5 years.

I had requested Duke Elise for further help but that bitch refused me outright, even though I had compensated her twice the loss she incurred.

Dragon's lair was the 4th dragon lair found on planet amora in past 1,000 year and every time someone conquerors it they get reaches, artifacts and dragon's core of unimaginable value.

It was a treasure trove of unimaginable wealth but sadly it wasn't open for populous of planet amora, but was monopolized solely by demon king Lucifer and his forces.

These genesis bastards had bothered me countless times in past decades to let them participate in the quest of conquering dragon's lair but I had always rejected their request.

But now that my brother has conquered the sword god apostle's legacy, I have to conquer the dragon's lair as soon as possible.

I was also pressed on time because father had said he would return in a decade but 11 years has passed, he could return from land of gods at any moment and I would be labeled as useless in front of him if I didn't clear the dragon's lair before his arrival.

"Why do you believe we are in contact with a rune master?" Silent reaper asked me.

"Well I don't care if you have rune master in your contact or not, it is your job to find the required personal and if you can't find a rune master, our contract will be termed void." I said retracting the contract.

"Your requirement regarding the transcended fighter, we can fulfill it but for rune master, I have to discuss it with other upper echelon members." Silent reaper said but his voice didn't deny the fact that he didn't have rune master.

"Can we talk about what our share will be in this expedition?" Silent reaper asked me.

"Considering the dragon's lair has 6 floors of which five we have already conquered, on top of that you will only be providing personal, I will give you 10 percent of treasures we find on 6th floor, anything you find between floor 1 to 5, you can keep it." I said.

In my countless attempts from 1st to 5th floor, we have emptied every treasury there is, thus there was not even a miniscule chance of discovering anything valuable.

"The method you have proposed to share the gains from dragon's lair, I will have to discuss it other members of upper echelon first." Silent reaper said.

"Inform me about your decision within next two days." I said standing up on my seat and ready to leave.

"Ohh by the way, you don't mind my previous action do you?" I asked smiling viciously.

"I will inform you about your requirement and the compensation you will have to pay for your misconduct in next two days." He said his face emotionless.

My mind went blank at his reply and the next second, the shadow covered all three peoples inside the room, when the shadow melted there remained only three skeleton emitting smoke all over the bones.

Soon my own shadow consumed me and I headed toward the place where I had last felt the presence of shadow tracker attached to that unknown human.
