66 Six Seats

"What should I do, the pain is keep increasing every second?" I clenched my core and asked merlin.

'Don't move for few seconds.' Merlin said and I lay on the ground clenching my chest.

Merlin in his shadowy form neared the consciousness bubble of dragon king noob in my sea of consciousness and released a grey fog, which covered the whole consciousness bubble of dragon king noob and the pain slowly subsidized.

'I have used too much power to lessen your pain thus I will be going into slumber of few days, don't wake me up unless something urgent comes up and leave this area as soon as possible, that crazy princess can still track you if she wishes.' Merlin voice trailed off at last and he shut his eyes.

The pain coming from my core had subsidized a little and resting for few seconds I stood up in my place and used [Lightning step] one last time to appear in the sky above cloud, manifesting 2 meter long lightning wings behind my back I soared into the sky keeping an eye behind my back if there is any minion of that crazy bitch following me.

Unfortunately no one was trailing me otherwise I would have loved to kill them and send their heads as a gift to their demon princess.

One very common thing which was happening with me since my reincarnation was, I was making enemy out of totally unrelated peoples to me, and even if this damn world was big as hell compared to my previous world, it wasn't taking my enemies much effort to find me.

Reflecting on such thoughts and my next action I flew in the opposite direction of snowflake city where another city rested.

Not even fifteen minutes has passed since my departure from snowflake city and my instinct warned me of a threat behind me.

There wasn't anyone chasing me and thus I zoomed on the snowflake city with my [dragon gaze] and saw an unbelievable site.

A shadow rose from the center of the snowflake city high into the sky and surrounded the whole city into a dome like structure.

Soon the shadow descended to the ground once again covering whole structure of the city from inside out not leaving a needle worth of space untouched and receded the next second.

'Dammit, why is she trying so hard to find me.' I increased my speed manifold and flew toward another city in the north.

It didn't take me even half a day to reach the next city which was smaller than snowflake city and its structure was identical to snowflake city.

I didn't enter the town immediately but hid in the wilderness because I wanted to determine my next course of action.

I have earned 15,000 gold coins from genesis branch for exchanging information about demon jabel and though I would have rented a luxuries room in snowflake city and sleep in a real cozy bed after 11 years that idea was quickly pulverized because of my encounter with demon princess.

My mood was completely spoiled because of that encounter and thus I decided to put the idea of rest on hold and plan my next set of action until genesis give me my first assignment.

My immortal physique was also the reason for my frustration because of which I didn't feel tired or hungry as long as I had mana.

I browsed through the content of genesis crystal while merlin was still asleep inside my sea of consciousness (SOC).

Thanks to him the negotiation proceeded better than we expected with genesis, although his rune forging services costed me 3,000 fate points but it wasn't anything when I owned billion fate points.

I quickly took note of my short term goals which was to complete 3 gold rank mission and 1 special mission, I had set a target of completing all missions within 4 months which would give me enough time to deal with my side quest.

I was currently in eastern continent and this was the continent where biggest museum of planet amora was situated.

Before leaving for beast continent I have to make enough preparation and raid the museum which held many weapons and volume 3 and 4 of meeker technique.

Previously it was impossible for me to raid the museum anytime soon but now that I have this silver genesis crystal, collecting information about that museum won't be a difficult task.

'The next six months will be quite hectic, but this is just the start.' I thought.

These missions were nothing but an ant, when compared to the trials awaiting me in the future.

I have to defeat the demon king and demon gods of this planet, while I was having hard time defeating an earl ranked demon.

If I somehow succeeded in doing that a battle between demon gods and celestial beings awaited me.

There was also the problem of my past memories in which I had some enmity with Dragon god, Sword god and many other powerful beings from land of gods.

In a dark 200 meter long and wide empty hall, nothing could be seen but soon rays of white light fell from the ceiling illuminating six stone pillars, which were floating midair.

One after another 3 black cloaked holographic figures manifested themselves above the stone pillars indicating the absence of three peoples.

The stone on which this figures has manifested lit up with golden runes and illuminated the grand hall which was the upper echelon meeting hall of Genesis organization.

[37th Emergency meeting of genesis upper echelon arranged at the request of 6th seat silent reaper]

"I, 2nd seat calm lake greet everyone who is present today" calm lake said in a feminine voice.

"I, 4th seat Golden pig greet you all" golden pig said in an arrogant tone.

"I, 5th seat broken heart and likewise" broken heart said in an sweet feminine tone.

"I suggest we remove this tradition of introducing ourselves before every meeting." 4th seat golden pig said.

"I disagree." 2nd seat calm lake said.

"Likewise" 5th seat broken heart affirmed.

"1st and 3rd seat hasn't returned from their mission I see." 2nd seat calm lake said cutting 4th seat golden pig.

"Have they ever attended any meeting other than annual meeting, and where is 6th seat silent reaper who called this emergency meeting?" 4th seat golden pig grumbled but as if to answer his question the sixth pillar in the hall started to lit up revealing a cloaked holographic figure.

"I, 6th seat silent reaper thank you all for attending this emergency meeting." Silent reaper said.

The 6 members of upper echelon were all founding member of Genesis.

Every year the member of upper echelon would gather in one place to take the important decision for future of genesis and review all activities of its member as well as their own.

The first core rule of genesis was that there will never be a new upper echelon member in genesis but every year based on their contribution existing members would switch their places.

There were some members in the upper echelon who worked vigorously to earn GCP and maintained their higher seats like 1st seat Ghost blade, 2nd seat calm lake and 3rd seat Touch me, while peoples like 5th seat broken heart and 6th seat silent reaper didn't bother to earn much GCP and only fulfilled bare minimum missions.

There were some unfortunate members similar to 4th seat golden pig who even after devoting all their time to earn GCP couldn't go past the 4th seat.

All the moving shadows stopped and under their hood two golden eyes manifested which stared at 6th seat with shocked expression while 4th seat golden pig said.
