Every element in the world has its own unique aura, and individuals who possess the ability to control and harness this aura are known as Aura Masters. These individuals are further divided into levels, with Level-1 Aura Masters being the starting point and Level-10 Aura Masters representing the peak of mastery. Though there have been no officially recorded Level-10 Aura Masters to date.

To become a Level-1 Aura Master, one must constantly focus on absorbing the aura from their surroundings and channeling it into their heart and body. This process gradually refines the body and makes the individual stronger. Once a certain threshold of aura absorption is reached, a burst of energy occurs, resulting in the formation of a star made of pure and potent aura in the individual's heart. This star greatly enhances the individual's strength and enables them to materialize aura in the form of energy. The threshold for this process varies from person to person, with individuals born with a greater aura capacity having a higher threshold than others.

Talent plays a crucial role in the process as well. Individuals with greater talent are able to absorb aura from their surroundings more efficiently and reach their threshold faster, allowing for rapid advancement. In addition, there are countless techniques that can be used to absorb aura more efficiently. Some of these techniques are highly effective and efficient, while others are dull and slow. There are also techniques that are specific to certain elements. Unfortunately, many of the good techniques are only accessible to the wealthy or nobles, leaving commoners without access to them.

Lastly, there are various fighting styles and manuals that teach the art of combat, whether it be sword techniques or martial arts. These, in conjunction with aura mastery, can greatly enhance an individual's combat abilities.

As classes came to a close, I found myself with some free time and decided to visit the library. I parted ways with my friend Kris and made my way to the library, seeking out books on a specific topic of interest to me. Upon arriving, I approached the librarian, an elderly gentleman, and asked him for assistance in locating the books I was searching for. He kindly provided me with the coordinates of the section I was looking for.

The library was vast and impressive, housing an extensive collection of books on a wide range of subjects. I navigated to the section I was directed to and began browsing the shelves, eventually selecting a few books on the topics of curses and slave crests.

I was fascinated by the information contained within the books. I learned that curses and slave crests were products of intense research on the dark aura and had practical applications in the manipulation of darkness. To my surprise, I discovered that slave crests were also divided into levels, ranging from Level 1 to Level 7. Level 1 slave crests were the weakest and were primarily used to control mindless beasts, while Level 7 slave crests were the strongest and most effective, capable of making even a 7-star Aura user bend to some extent. The higher the level, the more rare and expensive the slave crest.

There were several ways to determine the level of a slave crest, the most effective being to channel aura around the crest for a period of time, causing the stars on the crest to become visible. These crests were also linked directly to their owner and any tampering with them would notify the owner immediately. If the owner was proficient in aura usage, they could even exert some control over the slave's mind. Fortunately, my lady Freya was not yet at that level of control.

As I sat alone in a desolate area of the library, I couldn't help but think of my own experience with a slave crest. On my left breast, there was a cursed slave crest, a product of my enslavement at the hands of a powerful duchess. I felt a tingling sensation as I channeled my Aura around the crest, revealing that it had five damn stars.

I couldn't help but curse the duchess as I tucked my breast back into my clothing. But I wouldn't give up. I was determined to find a powerful method to dispel this curse and reclaim my freedom. I knew I would have to keep coming back to the library, searching for a cure until I found one.

I was at my dorm contemplating this world.

I never really gave it much thought but this world was vast and mystical, I can't believe that it was a world I came to know about from a novel.

As I sit here and think about this world where the boundaries of time and culture are blurred, I can't help but feel excited. It's a world where knights and dragons coexist with steam-powered machines and Victorian-era technology. Where ancient magic meets the industrial revolution. It's a world of endless possibilities and endless adventure.

In this world, one might find themselves attending a ball in a castle floating high above the clouds, surrounded by winged fairies and fire-breathing dragons. Or they might be hired by a wealthy merchant to retrieve a rare and powerful magical artifact from a dangerous dungeon. Perhaps they'll be a member of a secret society of magicians, working to uncover ancient secrets and protect the world from dark magical forces.

The novel was rich in diversity, with each arc featuring a unique protagonist and their own individual story. These arcs were woven together to create an intricate tapestry of diverse scenarios and experiences. Each hero or heroine brought their own unique perspective and journey to the novel, making it an exciting and varied read.
