"You cannot be serious?" Zell asked Soun as he lounged in the window seal. "Allow her to become a god's vessel? There has to be some other way."
"Maybe there is another way Zell." Obsi said. "You and I both know the gods are not to be trusted. Especially this one."
"Suit yourself." Soun said. "I only came here to help. If you choose to ignore my help, then that's on you. As for me I did my part." With that another flash of light occurred and he vanished.
"This is troublesome." Zell said. "The gods have a track record of lying, so the odds of anything he said being true is slim to none. Still, it is the only lead we have right now on how to fix the problem."
"What about Anna?" Obsi asked. "You seem to trust her more than most gods."
