2 Beginning

"Parker."
Hearing those words coming from their mouths, I was in utter shock. Quite literally as I passed out afterward. It might've been due to the fatigue of the baby or just how much information I was processing all at once.

Currently, I was laying in my crib while looking at the ceiling like all babies do.
'HOLY SHIT. I'M PETER PARKER. THE PETER PARKER.'
I was also being a huge fanboy right now. Before you question why I think I am THE Peter Parker, that is because of what I heard on television this morning.
*Flashback to a couple of hours ago*
"There you have it, folks. Tony Stark has officially taken over Stark Industries on his 21st Birthday, 6 years after Howard Starks's death. He said, and I quote, 'I am about to make a pretty bold statement so I'd like for this to be embedded into your heads. I will do what my father never could. I WILL change the world, whether it be a minuscule or gargantuan change. It WILL be me that does it. I don't care who you are, you can push the nail into the hedge but I WILL be the one to drive it in. Finally, I WILL be the savior of this pitiful world. They say patience is a virtue but honestly, I am the virtue'...."
[A/N]: I made this entire quote up. I'm not really good with it so do be lenient with me. Btw Tony Stark should've been 38 in Iron Man 1 however, he will instead be 33 instead to fit the timeline in this AU. Just wanted to make this statement for those people that whine about everything. Also, The Daily Bugle is kind of just a cameo that will appear every now and then.

That might be a little too quick to jump to conclusions however, I have every right to do so. I was killed by an accident, went to some dark realm, then reborn into a world with new parents, and a new name. It's pretty similar to those stupid fanfictions I used to read, I wonder how those degenerates would think if they knew about my situation. Anyways, not to get sidetracked, if this truly is the Marvel Universe, then which one am I in?
By that I mean, which universe am I in? There are multiple, by that I mean thousands, millions, and so on. There are universes where Peter isn't even Spider-man, where Peter dies, and where Peter is a girl. Thankfully, my Lil brother made it with me so that last one can be scratched off the list.
I guess we will only find out. If I was completely honest, I would like to be in the Earth-199999 Universe or more commonly known MCU Universe. It isn't the weakest but it is by far not the strongest. There are many reasons for me wanting this but the main one is that I know this Universe the best. I have watched all the movies like 3 times... well, except Incredible Hulk and Thor 1 & 2. They get only one rewatch...
[A/N:] Sorry, I cannot do Universe 616. For one it is too much to do for my skills. I am just starting writing and I seriously don't think I can handle that Universe to its best potential. Also, Incredible Hulk and Thor 1 & 2 is so bad, every time I try rewatching, I end up stopping and go straight to another movie lol.
Well no matter what universe it is, I still have the exact same goal. Becoming stronger. You cannot survive in almost any Marvel Universe or fiction in general without some sort of strength. And that ladies and gentlemen is exactly what I am trying to accomplish.
However... I cannot do much. As a toddler, it is extremely difficult to gather information when the only sources are my parent's conversations and the television. To gather physical strength, well it is almost impossible as it is. I don't know who got the idea that you can get stronger early by walking as a toddler a few days after being reborn. Sure you have the experience of a lifetime, quite literally, but you still have new and soft muscles that barely have any strength to hold. Every time I try to stand and walk, it looks like I'm about to shit myself because I don't even move, I just make a constipated face.
Instead of worrying about stuff I can't even do currently, I decided to think about what I should do in the future. If this is following the original MCU timeline then this should be 2001, however, I can't really believe that since Tony had just taken over the company, and if I recall correctly, he should be 21 at this time. I guess I just have to wait and find out. If this is some other Universe then I am pretty much fucked, I don't know much of other Universes apart from the MCU and 616 as they're the most popular. Therefore, I am literally praying that I ended up in one of those.

I have discovered multiple things during this past long month.
Babies are actually good learners both physically and mentally. Most babies would probably forget about everything and just live their first few years as mindless beings however, I remember everything. Whether it be what I see on TV or what I read on random stuff. This might have something to do with Peter Parker being a literal genius because I don't think I had this good of memory in my past life. Apart from the Photographic memory situation, I have finally improved my walking skills! Well not really, I can barely crawl, I have to try really really hard, but it is still something and any little progress is beneficial!
Another thing I have found out is that the year is 1997, which means I'm not in the original MCU... in that universe, Peter Parker should be born in 2001 yet here I am. I am led to believe that I am in an alternate timeline of the MCU. Mostly due to how much news keeps popping out about the famous and respected Captain America, Playboy Tony Stark, and most importantly Oscorp Industries. What does that mean? Well, pretty much I am in either the Original or Amazing Spider-man universe also. This is also where I will supposedly get my spider powers.
There is a slim chance that I might be in the MCU Spider-man timeline but it is still slim as they never explicitly explained how he got his powers and his origins are pretty much unknown, which kinda sucks but can't really complain now.
My final and most exciting discovery is that I do have superpowers and a pretty OP one at that. Technomancy, or what I presume it to be. Every time I walk even remotely close to any sort of technology, A connection is made with it that makes me feel only stronger. Not only that, once our connection is made, it felt like said technology was part of my body as a limb, meaning I can control it, CONTROL IT. Which can lead to so many possibilities in the future, especially since I was already planning on focusing most of my time on technology for the improvement of my strength. However it has not been confirmed yet, further testing is needed.
Apart from all the discoveries, I have finally made a rough draft of my plan already. All the obvious stuff is there, Study martial arts, work out, and learn all sorts of topics(Biology, Technology, Engineering, etc). The more unique stuff is how to find important characters in the story and try befriending them and if not possible then just acquainting them is fine.
At first, I wasn't sure, whether I wanted to be involved with those other heroes for the sake of my sanity since once I go in, there is no going back. After a while, I decided to do so but not as Spider-Man, as Peter Parker.
Now if you're asking whether I will be Spider-Man or not... HELL YEAH. Maybe not the same Spider-Man as the movies but I will still be taking the Mantle and using my powers for 'good'. However, I won't be like the original righteous and justice-obsessed Spider-Man since... that just isn't me. I don't think I can be that type of person in the first place. If you asked me whether I would save a couple of hundred people or save myself then I'd probably choose myself. I can't help it... I'm just selfish like everybody else. Most people don't even think about how thousands are dying with every breath they take so why should I?
The only reason Peter even became Spider-Man is because of the death of his Uncle Ben. However, I don't and never will have the same connection as them. That is why there will be almost nothing that can force me to become a true hero. Even now, I know my parents are most likely going to die, but I cannot say I truly care for them as much as my original parents. To me, they're just fictional characters that I met a realistic version of. Still, I care for them despite only knowing them for a month, but asking me to worship and love them to the extreme is completely out of the question.
I'm not some evil moron but I am sure not some goody-two-shoes, I can't be either no matter how hard I try. So I decided to do my best as an... Anti-Hero! Cringe I know but it fits my style, not so good and not so evil. That way it satisfies my conscience about being a hero without all the justice bullshit.

Back to my plan, I will try to get a part-time job or internship at Stark or Oscorp Industries. Either one would work, to be honest.
Even though I have a pretty roughed-up draft of a plan, it still works as I know the important parts. As long as I do even 50% of what I think I can do then it will be completely fine. Now comes the hard part, of actually doing said plan.... welp I'm still newborn so apart from secretly reading and crawling, I don't have much to do. Sucking my mum's breast is the most human interaction I have, so I can't even socialize with others to find out more about this world.
For the boring years to come, I will have to work hard and be the best possible version of myself in order to become even stronger in the future. Whether it be the stupid walking or breaking Thanos's jaw, I need to get stronger....
