after I had woken up in the nurse's office that second time, I was met by a girl, she was cute, but she was young, so there wasn't a whole lot of looking, on my part anyway, she was staring at me as if her life depended on it.

"hi there."(girl) forced as her face went red and her head shot down, her actions weird but still within the realm of normal, so I ignored them as I hopped from the bed and made my way to the mirror, where I lifted my shirt to find the source of minor pain I had been feeling since I had gotten here, it was too small to notice when not busy, but now, I was curious.

"oh my!"(girl) spoke to herself softly as she looked at my body under my shirt, I had retained some of my pillar-ness, my body, while thin, remained sculpted.

but that wasn't what I was looking for, no, my eyes had caught the culprit of the dull ache, it was a wound, a wound of light, a medium size gash that was seeping shadow.

this must have been caused by that god who sent me here, it must also be why I don't have enough power to leave just yet, I'm too busy healing, my body is forcing this thing NOT to spread.

explains why I get tired a lot quicker.

my body itself has been compromised.

"woah, that looks serious!"(girl) exclaimed when she finally noticed the wound, hurriedly coming over as she gently inspected the glowing gash.

"don't fight with gods, they sure do leave annoying consequences."(Jake) I muttered to her as I moved away and pulled my shirt down, ending the topic of conversation before it could begin.

"what are you doing here?"(Jake) I asked, before she could follow up on my cryptic words.

"I was sent here by the headmaster to take you to the ranker dorms, where you'll meet the others, it's nice to meet you Jake, my name's Alleah."(Alleah) the girl said in a greeting tone as she extended a hand.

"lead the way then."(Jake) I replied as I shook her hand, her face reddening before she quickly removed her hand from mine and practically raced from the room after shouting, "follow me!"

so after an eyeroll, I did.

able to keep up easily with the cherry faced girl as she half sprinted through the halls, her pace allowing us to quickly reach where we were going, a very large, very lavish, gold detailed wood door.

a door I would casually push open, very quickly met with disapproving looks from a group of other teenagers, all of them activating a part of their power, an aura surrounding them.

"relax, I won't be here for long, you can drop the act, I'm not here to crush your pathetic little egos."(Granularr) I spat at them in disdain as their actions reminded me of something.

"you stole top spot!"(guy) responded, his ego very much already nearly shattered by my existence, *sigh*, these people, these narcissistic people.

"this is probably going to be an ongoing thing, isn't it? fuck it, how about this, all of you fight me, one at a time or all at once, I don't care, if I win you'll all shut the fuck up and leave me alone, if I lose then you can have your top spot, it means nothing to me anyway."(Jake) I told them after an exasperated sigh.

"no need."(girl) who appeared to be their leader spoke up as she stood from where she was seated, she was tall, six foot maybe, and she was covered in muscle and scars.

"I can tell from your aura alone, the one that you're heavily suppressing, you could kill us all in seconds, and you wouldn't even blink an eye or lose a moment of sleep."(girl) claimed, accurately.

"wha-!"(guy) the one most challenged by my being here interrupted, then WAS interrupted.

"has my sight ever been wrong?"(girl) asked firmly, her arms crossed, her gaze expectant.

"no."(guy) said sheepishly as he stood down, the air in the room lightening a bit as the hostility faded.

"tell me, how did you get so strong?"(girl) suddenly asked as she turned to me.

"survival, it was kill or be killed, and I didn't want to die."(Jake) I answered, which was more or less the truth, all of Granularr's and my abilities, came about from training and exploration in hopes of finding something to make staying alive a lot easier.

"then rumor is true, you're from another world."(girl) replied, the other students in the room stunned.

"yeah, sent here by a god I was fighting, now my home is left vulnerable as they continue invading, entitled bastards!"(Granularr) I barked, my anger spiking as my fists clenched tight, my thoughts on the gods who thought that they had the right to take a world that wasn't theirs all because of what they were.

I may have been an evil asshole, but these bastards were pissing me off!

"so gods do exist where you're from, interesting, and you fight them?"(girl) asked, now incredibly intrigued.

"they invaded, coming from other worlds that were dying, the useless bastards should have stayed and died, because once I get back, I'll make hell look like paradise."(Granularr) I promised as my aura flared unintentionally, all the students in the room, except for the girl, collapsing to their knees panting.

"sorry, got angry remembering, sorry about that."(jake) I apologized awkwardly as I released my aura, their faces one of shock as they looked at me, studying me.

"it's only natural, your home is under attack by those who have no right to it, use that anger when you return."(girl) assured me, not knowing just how far I would take her words when they came true.

"don't worry about that, I plan on it."(Jake) I told her as I turned and left the room, my destination?

the woods outside the window.

I wasn't staying here for an entire month.

I'm acting, NOW.
