Reincarnated As a Cat-Kin?! [BL]

IMPORTANT NOTICE!! This novel has been moved under the title {Reincarnated As A Cat-Kin [BL]} (Same thing but without the ?!) due to lots of reshaping of the plot. Same characters and everything but it starts differently and I made the leveling system less complicated because I finally realized how unnecessarily complicated I made it. Thank you for your time reading this novel and I deeply apologize for any inconvenience. Much love, BlueberryMuffins

Swimming?

At some point Aiden had gotten used to the boy's presence.

His bright blonde hair and pink-red eyes followed him around seemingly endlessly.

He was always there, and so was his smile.

He smiled so much it nearly made Aiden sick. How did Issac keep it up for so long? How did he forever remain happy.

Walking out of the classroom of second grade, the triplets waited for the boy as they had ever since he had asked them to wait for him one time last year.

It didn't take long for the boy to come running to them, waving and smiling. Of course, he had his camera with him.

Issac was famous. Very famous for a child, at least.

Coming from a long line of big shots in the entertainment industry, he had been in front of a camera since the day he was born.

The school had even granted him permission to record or stream his day within the school buildings.

Of course, during lectures or other things specified by the teachers themselves, he could not stream. He could record but anything important about the content of the lesson or the structure in which it was taught would have to be muted or cut out completely.

At this point Issac was streaming.

All they did was walk home together, but Aiden had found himself looking forward to the end of the school day, though he would never admit it aloud.

Though Issac was annoying and persistent, it was these qualities that allowed him to slowly wiggle his way into Aiden's heart.

"Aiden, I bet you'll never guess what happened today!" Issac said with a smile.

Aiden look at the boy, his expression remained unchanged but both Ava and Alex could feel his satisfaction. "Your teacher fell and broke her arm."

"Ah?" Issac paused for a moment, "What? No, of course not!"

"Pity."

"Did you say something?" Issac asked innocently.

"No." Aiden replied dryly.

"Well anyways, we were playing a game when David tripped and fell. He landed face first and a crayon went up his nose!!" The boy jumped around animatedly. "It was crazy! All the girls were screaming and crying and the boys were running around and yelling! Except for Claire. Claire was laughing…"

Aiden watched as Issac tilted his head the side, picturing Claire and her evil cackling.

"Anyways, Ms. Feltzerson can over and tried to pull the crayon out but David was scared and ran away, right smack into a wall."

His eyes suddenly became wider and he began showing that David's face looked like with his own.

"David was crying, so he couldn't see. When he ran into the wall the crayon went deeper into his nose. You could only see this much of the crayon," Issac carefully measured out the air between his fingers.

"Then Ms. Feltzerson tried to take the crayon out again. She was able to get it out because David couldn't fight her thanks to the fact that he was unconscious. But then he started bleeding and he was sent to the hospital."

He suddenly looked hesitant, "Aiden, did the crayon poke his brains out? Will David survive?"

Aiden was speechless.

Looking at his siblings, they shrugged their shoulders at him. They didn't know either.

Aiden turned back to Issac, "he'll probably be fine."

Issac nodded slowly, lost in though.

After a few moments Aiden suddenly asked "what color was the crayon, by the way?"

Issac was confused but still answered "blue. Why? Does it matter?"

"No." Aiden replied casually.

"Then why'd you ask?" Issac asked.

"Just wanted to be able to picture it in my head properly."

"Riiiiight…" Issac replied, eyes wide as he slowly moved his vision to his right where he was met with the view of the luxurious green lawns of Celestial Academy.

"What do you guys want to do today?" Alex asked.

"How about we go swimming!" Issac enthusiastically replied.

The triplets collectively groaned. "I don't wannaaa" Alex wined.

Neither Ava nor Aiden said anything but while the mana around Ava seemed to cave in on itself in reluctance, it seems to have gotten stiffer near Aiden. Like a car with it's back hunched and fur on end, hissing at you.

Issac grinned, running ahead of them before turning around and walking backwards. "Please? You guys already picked once this week and I haven't yet! Isn't it my turn?" He pouted.

Once again, the triplets expressed them selves simultaneously with a large heaving sight, "fine."

"Yay!" Issac hushed and skipped around them in excitement.

Swimming was one of his greatest joys in life. The action came to him like second nature. He was probably better at swimming then he was at walking to be honest.

It took them about 20 minutes of walking to get to the public pool.

The whole time Issac was talking to them.

Not a single second was filled with silence for even when he stopped talking it would be to either take a big gulp of air so he could continue or he would be humming and skipping around.

The camera Issac was using had been upgraded last year. It now hovered around him and he could control it with his wrist watch. It somehow was always able to find the best angle to capture everything.

Running up to the counter, the kids were quickly given the tickets despite their age after Aiden waved a card at them that Gaia had given them, taking care not to let the camera see exactly what was written on it.

All that it was able to pick up was it's golden hue as well as a black stipe going horizontally across the surface.

The group walked to the locker rooms, choosing the family lockers rather than the gender-appropriate ones because Aiden didn't trust the people within the locker rooms to leave Ava alone.

Issac turned to the camera, "we have to go change so I won't be able to bring you guys in. We'll be right back!" Waving, the boy reached over and turned it off.

Despite the lack of thousands of eyes once the camera was off, Issac's smile did not change. Issac didn't smile for the camera. He never had to. Why? Because he was always smiling. There was never a need for him to pretend.

"Well, are you guys ready for the best time of your lives?!?" He asked excitedly.

Again, the triplets groaned.

"Here we go…" Alex muttered under his breath.

Please expect 2-4 chapters a week. Thank your for your time, I hope you enjoyed today’s chapter! Leave me some comments if you have any mini-arcs you want to see happen and I will make sure to incorporate them into the novel somewhere!
