Reincarnated As a Cat-Kin?! [BL]

IMPORTANT NOTICE!! This novel has been moved under the title {Reincarnated As A Cat-Kin [BL]} (Same thing but without the ?!) due to lots of reshaping of the plot. Same characters and everything but it starts differently and I made the leveling system less complicated because I finally realized how unnecessarily complicated I made it. Thank you for your time reading this novel and I deeply apologize for any inconvenience. Much love, BlueberryMuffins

It had been two weeks since the brothers had given Ava her mask and she hadn't taken it off at all except to bathe.

She even wore it while she slept.

At first the teachers had tried sending her to the Headmaster when Ava refused to take it off, but Ava was sent back only minutes after she left and the teachers were met with a phone call before Ava even returned to the classroom.

After that, all the teachers tried their best to ignore the girl's mask, pleasantly surprised that she would speak every now and then.

Though her words were far and few between, it was a great improvement to having her brothers act as a translator for everything.

At this point Aiden had to improve the array on their bodies, using a new ink containing a higher amount of mana.

He also decided to draw an illusion array on them, the ink covered them from the wedges of their jawline to just above their chest, covering their left shoulder and dipping behind their ear.

Aiden had come to the sudden realization that an illusion array would be necessary because of a certain someone- Issac.

For some reason the boy just kept popping up. He was never alone; always live-streaming everything.

Finding it quite inconvenient at times, he decided that it would be best to keep an illusion on when he wasn't at school, that way the boy wouldn't know it was him.

It would also be beneficial for any emergencies. Though they were not to be underestimated, they were still 5 years old. Though Aiden himself had been cultivating his mana in the cradle, his siblings had to wait until they were four and a half before he was able to trust they knew how to do it well enough without hurting themselves.

Ava and Alex were still in the lower stages of the second stage while Aiden was in the middle stages of the sixth level.

In the first 10 stages of mana refinement/blood refinement your main goal is to absorb the bloodlines that take up less then 0.5% of your bloodline.

Typically this amounts to 20% in total and hence, after 10% of your total bloodline has been 'eaten' by your other, bigger bloodlines, then you can be said to have finished the first 10 stages.

This means that Ava and Alex had refined roughly 2% while Aiden had refined about 6.5%.

Levels 1 through 10 were the same for everybody, and hence your level of power depended on how far into each level you were. Power difference relied on techniques that one has mastered.

And if Aiden lacked one thing, it would never be techniques.

Naturally all his hosts were different. They were often times different species, as well. While one host might cultivate techniques by absorbing the blood essence of others, another host might be a holy priest who had taken a vow to never kill.

Naturally, their techniques were very different.

After so long, Aiden had accumulated a massive number of techniques.

After all, if a host joined a sect, Aiden would store all techniques in the sect's library into his database.

He made sure to teach his siblings powerful techniques that were compatible to them.

Unfortunately, his best techniques required a massively large amount of qi.

Hence, he would have to wait until the later stages of they wanted to learn any of the best things in his arsenal.

That's not to say he had nothing but worthless techniques that they could use.

On the contrary, he had hundreds thousands of techniques this world had never even knew existed.

Naturally, as five years olds, their comprehension was limited.

When a child is born, a mana stone is imbedded into their forehead. Within 3 years, the mana stone will gradually disintegrate and by the time it's gone, one will have learned not only how to speak the language, but how to read it.

This means as long as he translated his techniques into their native language, Neterian, then they would be able to read it.

Ava had a special affinity to thoughts. Ava had been able to read thoughts since the day she was born but it was only a year ago that she gained the ability to manipulate people's thoughts with her voice.

At this current stage it was hard for her to control it. Often, when her emotions get the best of her, her control over the power slips and she uses it unconsciously.

This is why the brothers worked together with Gaia to squire the materials for and make the mask.

At the same time, Aiden gifted Ava a variety of voice-related techniques in hopes of helping her control her ability. Unfortunately, though she had mastered three techniques of lower quality, there has been no change in control.

Alec on the other hand has an affinity with ghosts and fire. It's easier to communicate with spirits, ghosts, ghouls and other beings on the spectrum for him then it is from others.

It was probably from their dad's side of the lineage.

Because if this, Alex revived a multitude of techniques that increased the intensity of his flames, the mana it took to communicate with spirits and his favorite of all- a book on how to contract fire spirits.

Last but not least, out of all three of the triplets, Aiden had an abnormally high affinity to karma- meaning good luck and bad luck.

As of now, Aiden can sense the amount of karma, both good and bad, of an individual.

This is why he practiced skills that would allow him to view the karma with more ease and with less mana.

Though his ability was pretty unhelpful for now, it has massive future potential.

Strictly speaking all three of them had the same skills and abilities it is just all three of them were born with something that made them unique and would help them to shape their paths for the future.

Paths all three of them were very excited to take. Mostly.

Hello there! So sorry about the late updates but I’ve been busy with two things:

1. Making an official power scale! In the review section of this novel you can find a visual and explanation for the unique system. I hope you like it!

2. Future events- I need to figure out exactly what the first mini arc will be. I have the main plot all fleshed out but need to get the ball rolling. If you have any suggestions or ideas on plot points you might want them please let me know! It means a lot to me!
