Samuel and the Villagers! (1)

Samuel stood in front of Link's home, the place was eerily quiet, with only sounds of crying coming from within, they seemed to be in distress and Samuel recognized who it was coming from.

"Rena and Lisa, that's definitely them" Samuel thought, trying to get a better look.

As he was getting closer, he heard something.

"Will you shut the f*ck up" A voice yelled from inside the house, it belonged to neither Link nor Rao.

Samuel frowned "Is that Peter?"

As he tiptoed closer, sneakily taking a peek through the window, his eyes went wide and stumbled back, falling over, his heart beating fast.

When Samuel tried to look in, he found Peter crouching, looking right at him, his eyes completely black.

"Samuel, Samuel. You should have minded your own business" Said Peter as he stood in front of the window looking out.

"HELP" Samuel screamed, trying to get the attention of the patrolling guards. He didn't know what was happening or what the hell Peter was, but all he could think about were Anny and her two daughters. He needed to figure out a way to get them out of there.

"How annoying" Peter muttered.

Samuel stood up, running Mana through his body, summoning all the elements he could use.

In the next second, bright particles covered him, and slowly vanished inside his body. His skin seemed stronger, his eyes flickering in a dim light as he stared at Peter.

"Not bad brat" Peter said, walking over to the door.

As he opened the door, 4 men ran over, wearing simple armor with red ribbons tied on their arms.

"Samuel, did you scream for help?" One of the men spoke.

"We have a Monster in the village, go and warn the others" Samuel spoke, still looking at Peter as he stepped outside.

"Monster? What are you on about?" The man spoke, following the direction Samuel was looking. Seeing Peter he lifted his arm, something akin to a greeting. But as he got a better look, the smile on his face dropped.

Peter looked odd to him, his eyes were black, his neck and arms were covered by a black ink like substance and his teeth were protruding out of his mouth, similar to a wolf or a dog, sharp as a knife.

Before the man could say anything, Peter appeared in front of him in a blink of an eye, the man opened his eyes as wide as possible, his face contorting to an expression of pain. Blood formed in the corners of his mouth.

Samuel was stunned. He couldn't even see Peter move, and the next thing he knew, the guard next to him was killed, as Peter's arm protruded from his back, holding something.. It was his heart.

The other Guards, seeing this tried to attack, unsheathing their swords and running over.

Slash

The Guard in the lead held his neck, dropping his sword and falling to his knees.

It all happened too quickly, before Samuel could react 3 Guards were killed, with the third one having his stomach slashed, his guts and blood falling before he did.

As the fourth Guard was about to be decapitated, Samuel finally moved, grabbing a sword from the ground and countering the attack, standing between Peter and the Guard.

"Run, warn the others" Samuel whispered.

Without hesitating the Guard ran away, heading towards the village.

"Samuel, why all the fuss, just let me kill him and we'll get this over with quickly" Peter spoke, but his voice was a bit hoarse.

Samuel glared at him, and looked at the floor. Seeing the bodies of the Men he knew and greeted everyday. Rage swelled inside of him.

Without saying a word, he rushed towards Peter. His speed was impressive, having practiced for a while now, he became decent at controlling the Mana flow and the Element of Air.

Peter smiled, dodging the downward slash that Samuel performed and aiming a punch at his stomach.

With a quick reaction, Samuel lifted his knee, trying to use it as a guard, and with the Earth Element boost he was confident.

But to his surprise, it did nothing, the punch landed on his leg, pushing and slamming it to his body before sending him flying back.

After rolling for a bit he jumped back up, his leg was sore.

"Monster! There's a Monster in the village" The guard screamed as he ran, catching the attention of the people on his way.

Slowly, they started to panic.

Rao, Eddy, Sal, Gail, Ranold, Robart and some other villagers ran out of the tavern after hearing the commotion.

"Hey Yold, what happened?" As Rao spotted the Guard, he called for him.

"Monster, there's a Monster" He yelled back "Tino, Lopo and Veny are dead, that thing killed them in a second."

"What? When did this happen" He asked.

"Now, it was Peter, he's not human, he had claws and his eyes are completely black. He's too strong"

"What?" All who heard the man muttered.

"I don't know what's happening either, but i saw it happen with my own eyes, Peter is not human, he's been deceiving us"

"Where is he?"

"Samuel is fighting with him, in front of your house Rao"

As the man finished his sentence, the group ran in the direction of Rao's home.

Samuel tried his best, but all he could do was defend.

Peter was fast, and kept attacking all the vital spots. Samuel was unable to do anything else, fearing one would slip and end his life.

Samuel was at a disadvantage, he kept being smacked around and thrown all over the place, unable to retaliate.

Anny, Lisa and Rena snuck out of the back door, ran around the house and escaped. As they were heading towards the village, they met Rao and the rest running over.

"Thank god you're ok" Rao was happy. He hugged his family and said "Where's Link, is he ok?"

"Link is not home, he hasn't returned yet" Anny continued "It's Peter, he wants Link, he kept saying that he took something from him and wants it back"

"What did he take?"

"I'm not sure, but Peter doesn't seem human, Samuel is fighting him by himself and isn't doing well, please hurry and kill that bastard"

After making sure his family was escorted back to the village safely, Rao and the rest ran.

SMASH!

"Those fucking rats" Peter yelled, throwing Samuel through the wall.

After seeing them gone, Samuel sighed in relief. If anything happened to Link's mother and sisters, he wouldn't know how to face him later.

Samuel stood up, seeing Peter looking around, sniffing the air and trying to go after them. Samuel frowned, he kicked the ground, a huge chunk was lifted up in the air taking the shape of a spike and striking Peter in the back.

"Ugh, you f*cking RATS" Peter yelled, enraged by Samuel's sneak attack. As he ran over to him, Samuel turned around and ran out of the house.

"Samuel" Someone yelled to him from his right. Looking over, he saw The group with his father running to him.

Wosh!

A fist came at Samuel. He got distracted for a second and failed to dodge in time.

BAM

Being unable to do anything but block with his sword and arms, he held them up, receiving the mighty punch.

As it hit the sword, it failed to whistand it, breaking. But the punch did not stop, moving and hitting him in the chest, sending him flying towards the group.

Peter stood at the foot of a huge hole in the wall of the house, his face annoyed.

"Peter you bastard" Rao yelled.

"After all we've done for you" Robart yelled, grabbing a sword from the ground.

"Oh shut up" Peter said, annoyance obvious in his voice.

I had exams at first and needed to focus and study, but then i got sick, and i've tested positive for covid.

I might upload for a bit then stop, but i don't know.
