8 Important News For This Story

No, I'm not dropping the story.

But I will be putting this story on hiatus for now. Only for like a couple of months at most. 2-3 is probably the longest it will be on hiatus for.

I will give reasoning for this decision so people can understand.

I first started this story on basically a whim, when I was already writing the Spider-Man story. In my mind I thought it wouldn't be too hard to write a badass red-hood story alongside my already made Spidey story (What a naïve fool I was lol). A good badass Red Hood story too, not some lazy character writing or wish fulfillment story for the character.

The problem with trying to write a actual story with character development and decent story writing is that it takes a lot of thinking. I spend literal hours upon hours in the day just thinking of things to do for both stories. I'm always bored so my mind always wanders back to my own little fanfic stories.

I have to spend time doing research on characters to try to portray them correctly and also on how to make things unique in a story. If I'm being honest the Red Hood story is not entirely unique in the beginning, but I'm fine with that since things are really meant to take off when Jason returns to an entirely different Gotham.

Now let's get back to the main point since I got a little side tracked there for a moment.

The main reason for putting this story on hold is because I want to spend more time outlining this story for its future and current moments.

I hate having to half ass things so it's for the best that this story is put in my mental workshop to give it the love it deserves.

The outline for this story is decent, but I want to really have a cemented plan for it other than saying 'yeah this will happen this way when I write it'.

I'm a heavy procrastinator for sure, but when I do something eventually, I want to do it right or it won't leave me satisfied.

The other main reason is that I want to put focus into the Spider-Man story. Splitting my attention between these two and having to worry about updating both is really annoying to me.

Plus my Spider-Man story is outlined way more than this story is and I feel very confidant when writing it. I don't feel nearly as confident when writing this story.

So sorry for those really hoping for an update, but it will only be on hiatus for at most 3 months.

I only want what's best for my stories.

I will still respond to comments all the time though, so if there is anything needed to be asked just ask. Even suggestions that could be implemented would be cool too.
