Hi, Yet here- So, this is a fantasy story but there are also sci-fi elements. There's a harem but Mc's not particularly into romance. This story is basically a culmination of the things I find interesting and hopefully, you guys will find it interesting too (It'll keep on evolving into different coherent stories as the volumes pile up). This'll also be my largest planned novel yet, so let's see how that turns out. I'll try to keep the updates regular and will release bonus chapters if I can. In return, I expect votes. Oh yeah, I do have a server. https://discord.gg/vnnbHCJ4Sn Thank you for reading; I wish you a good day.

The Great Gracicus Festival (Finale)

The great gracicus festival (The festival part of the festival) was underway.

With three certificates, Mihael was deemed a god. He just needed the ministry's permission and he could be called one, have his own land all that.

However, before that, he had to sit and watch the festival before his very eyes.

Sigh. "How long do I have to stay here again?" Which he didn't particularly like.

The sky was littered with stars-

But the academy was also pretty starry, in its own right.

Stalls, stands, decorations, moving carts with different massive inflatable statues passing through-

Yup-

A grand festival-

And at the center of it all, Mihael sat in a throne, dressed in golden yellow, on top of a podium.

The color of piss- according to him.

"Just till the headmistress delivers her speech-" Sarveisa said, who happened to be standing to his left.

Rose was on the right.

Neither high angel left the boy.

One for friendship-

The other, for various reasons.

A small crowd had gathered before the podium. Full of parents and students, and even the god candidates.

All awaiting one presence, the headmistress, and the goddess overseeing the academy.

Even Mihael's parents were in the crowd, shedding tears of joy.

This evening, when Sarveisa went to get them- they couldn't believe it-

Who'd have thought their child would already ascend to godhood?

"It's about damn time-" Mihael said, to no one in particular.

Two women took stage.

And stood just in front of Mihael.

The headmistress.

And Endroma, the goddess of darkness.

"Now then-" The headmistress started off- "We're gathered here today-"

She continued her speech.

Meanwhile, Mihael stared far away, towards one particular direction. "There's an army of fallen heading this way-" He mumbled to his left.

"Which way?"

"East-"

Sarveisa squinted. "I see them."

She walked ahead, went closer to Endroma, and whispered stuff.

Endroma looked back, smiled, and then disappeared.

"And that is why, it brings me great pleasure to announce that Mihael Zable has successfully fulfilled the Academy graduation standards and would graduate with full grades and thus be a potential god until the certification process. I wish and hope with all my heart- may he achieve great success- and make us all proud!"

Some claps followed by a mild cheer.

"Should we-" Rose mumbled. "Do anything about the fallen?"

"Unnecessary. Though inferior, Endroma is still one of the oldest and strongest gods of her era," Mihael said. "She should be fine."

"Well, at least you have some faith in me." Endroma sighed, reappearing.

To the crowd though, it was as though she'd never left.

After all, she did leave behind an illusion.

Mihael didn't bother responding.

"I can go now, right?" He was however getting fairly impatient.

"You can. But- you'll have to give your graduation speech now," Arnine smiled, looking back.

"No one told me that-" He mumbled.

"Well, you liked these kinds of surprise, if I recall correctly-" One particular god appeared, as lightning streaked.

Xorax.

Mihael ignored him, warping next to the headmistress, floating. "Angels, and gods-" Mihael spoke in a very, very normal tone. Yet, his words carried over to everyone as though he was shouting at the top of his lungs. "To me, you're all bugs, but even bugs could kill if they unite!"

"The hell is he going on about?" Rose whispered.

"I've no idea," Sarveisa mumbled back.

"However, at the same time, Unity is not the answer to everything. In life, one must conquer one's own destiny and by one's own hands. Carve a new path for yourselves, for you are what you are, and no matter what- you will be you." He turned back, floating back to Sarveisa- "We're going home," he said.

"Yeah. Let's go-"

And both of them disappeared.

Two other lesser from the crowd disappeared too but no one was paying attention.

"What the hell was that about?" Xorax wondered.

The crowd shared the same mentality.

"His words felt like wisdom but also… kind of empty," Endroma commented.

"Anyway-" The headmistress spoke anew. "That is all for tonight. Eat, drink, party, and have fun for tonight's the night of grand celebration!!!"

Meanwhile one particular high angel sighed… "But why didn't he take me too…" She sniffled but- "Oh well." She could always just binge on the crab cakes anyway…

The very thought, gave the crab hidden in her locks, a shiver he didn't think he could muster.

"Oh, Mihael!!"

His mother hugged him, not letting go.

Derke stood there, kind of confused, not knowing what to do.

While Sarveisa sat on a chair, poured herself some coffee enjoying herself one sip at a time.

They were not back home but rather at Sarveisa's apartment.

"Now all we need is to bribe the ministry and get you a seat," She said.

"Bribe?" Mihael wondered.

"Yes, that's how it works."

He smiled. "Oh, we'll see about that."

Sarveisa snickered. "Had a feeling you'd say that."
