"Hey is that Anna Coleman?"
"Yeah. Gosh! She really is just like the rumors just said! Using her wealth to get near people like Coach Jackson!"
"Can she not be more shameful?!"
The girls on the sidelines were staring like daggers at Anna and Anna could feel their murderous stares at her. Right now, Anna is starting to curse Zen deep inside her this time it is Zen's fault. Anna knows that she should be grateful that Zen saved them a seat but Zen should have known that there are a lot of girls will curse Anna verbally or not for sitting near the famous coach of their school. 'Can he be more considerate?'
"Why am I the only one being hated by those wild cats?" Anna said while pouting at Nathalia. Anna felt that it's so unfair that she's the only being stared at with murderous looks.
"What do you mean?" Natalie acting like she didn't get what Anna means.
"Tsk! Don't play coy with me! You know what I mean!" Anna is not the only who's going to sit near the famous coach of the varsity team. She's with Nathalia for God sake! Why is she the only one suffering from those murderous stares?
Nathalia just laugh. She can't help but tease Anna. For her teasing Anna is fun and it's cute to see her pouty face once in a while. Of course, she didn't like the fact that those girls are planting a murderous glare at Anna. She will definitely have a talk with Zen and the others if they're gonna invite her and Anna to watch their game. She will tell them that they should save a seat for them in a spot that the girls in the sidelines wouldn't even notice.
When both Anna and Nathalia sat down, Coach Jackson look at both of them at the corner of his eyes. He studied their every action especially Anna's. The aura that he felt in Anna was entirely different from Aaron; Aaron's aura was cold and aloof when he took a glance at someone he will give them a stare, a warning that you should know your place and do not get near him without any permission from him while on the other hand, his twin sister is a complete opposite of him. Anna at one glance she looks like a friendly person that you can easily get along with without any pressure. But there are also some similarities between the twins, the twins have put their guards up and block everyone that they can't trust. Seeing them both in front of him reminded him of that very same person, their father.
Their father who's his senior in basketball back then; to think that his senior's son has just recently joined his team in basketball and above all, he is the coach of his son! For him, this feels like an honor that he will be the one coaching his senior's son but he knows that he shouldn't be biased with Aaron just because Aaron is the son of his senior. Aaron may be his senior's son but that doesn't mean that Aaron has the same skill as his senior he has to see it all to himself to judge it and this game that is about to happen is going to prove everything.
"Let's start!" Jackson announces and all the girls in the sideline screamed on the top of their lungs.
"Geez! If this is what I'm going to experience just to see my brother's game, then, I am not going to see any of his game. These girls' screams are too much for my ears." Anna said in an annoyed tone. but of course, Anna lied because no matter what she will always support her brother's every game it doesn't matter if the girls scream on the top of their lung because when the actual game comes she will be the only one who will be cheering for her brother the loudest. If she has to compete with these girls when it comes to cheering for her brother, then, so be it! She will take them head-on.
Nathalia just chuckled when she heard Anna say that and of course, the Anna that she knew so far is not like that because she saw how Anna deeply cares for her brother and she also saw how Aaron deeply care for Anna too. Sometimes when she saw the siblings' sweet moments she felt a fit of slight jealousy in her heart because she always have wanted to have a sibling but her in her mother's condition can't let her have a sibling to be blessed with. Maybe that's why her father spoils her too much since she's the only child and Nathalia doesn't mind it though, it's just that she really felt jealous seeing Anna and Aaron so sweet together.
"Stop complaining. Look at your brother he has the same expression as you now!" Nathalia said to Anna while pointing at Aaron who's having an annoyed face.
When Nathalia pointed at Aaron, Anna quickly glanced at her brother. Like her, Aaron also doesn't like the noise that those girls in the sidelines are making. They both don't like crowds and noisy places like this it only makes them want to go home where it's quiet and stay with each other's presence the whole day and annoy each other.
On the court, Josh, Zen, and the other two players are on the same team as Aaron. Zen notices the annoyance in Aaron's face and asks him, "What's wrong you look so annoyed?"
"Tsk! Who wouldn't be? Those flies are so noisy." The way Aaron describe the girls on the sideline as flies is not very nice if other people hear it especially the girls they will feel offended but for Aaron, it's a normal word to describe those girls in the sidelines.
"That's a bit harsh." Zen just chuckled at the way Aaron describe those girls and he felt slight pity for them because one the team players they're cheering for is only treating like a fly.
