The one with the Opening Ceremony 2

An hour before the arrival of Adam and the others

The SMART building is a lively place in the heart of the city of Manhattan tonight as famous and influential people from all corners of the world came to see the man behind such a wondrous building that put their luxurious and beautiful home and business buildings that they are proud of to shame.

James, the father of Adam and his wife, Stella alongside Jack and Judy could be seen greeting the guest and making sure they have everything they need as they waited for the man of the hour to arrive.

Judy: "what's taking them so long to arrive, especially Adam, he should be here by now"

Jack: "don't start now Judy, you know the host of the event have to appear late and not during when we are receiving guests, for all we know, he might be waiting to make a dynamic entrance"

Judy: "what entrance, I'm going to call Monica and ask what's holding them up"

Judy excused herself so that she could try to contact Monica.

Stella: "sometimes I wonder how you managed to hold up your marriage but then again, you are a Geller, you bastards always have a way"

Stella said as they laughed at that before they saw someone walking towards them.

A very tall man with a brown colored hair and blue eyes walked towards James, Jack and Stella.

"Hello, I'm Bill Gates, I have heard a lot about your son's brilliant ideas and how he managed to make it this far with the little support you gave him and when I found out that he was hosting such an event, and it is an open invitation, I said I have to come meet with such a brilliant mind and see if he is willingly to work together with me, but since I can't find him anywhere, I decided to come see you if he is not coming and maybe you can pass my message to him with my business card"

James knew Bill Gates, he is the second richest man in the world now after himself.

James: "don't worry, he will soon be here, you can meet up with him yourself"

Bill: "all right thanks, excuse me"

Bill said as he left the trio to meet up with the other influential people that attended the opening ceremony.

That's how James and Stella was approached by many people who wants to get in touch with Adam for over an hour until they saw Adam and his friends come in which made them sigh in relief.

Present Time

Rachel: "wow, this place is like another world of its own, you really outdid yourself on this one Adam"

Chandler: "hey, check it out, Jennifer Lopez in the flesh, over there, that's Janet Jackson, there are many celebrities here, this night is going to be fun"

Monica: "seeing all these people in one room is like a dream come true, I just want to go up to them and ask for an autograph"

Phoebe: "then go, what's stopping you? This night might be your only chance to ever see them again"

Ross: "come on Phoebe. Monica, don't listen to her, you have an image to maintain as the cousin to the host, you can't do anything to demean his image"

Adam: "you can do whatever you want, I don't care about my image, I can just make something else to improve my image, nothing to worry about, if you want to have fun, then do so, after all tonight is the night that you should have fun and not to be a looker"

Phoebe: "yay, come on Monica and Rachel, let's lose the beast within"

Phoebe dragged Monica and Rachel as they went to have their girls fun.

Adam, Joey, Chandler and Ross went to meet up with his parents and Ross's parents.

James: "there you are, what took you so long? Do you know how many of the guests had come to look for you? You should probably start making yourself know to them, they are potential business partners and you don't want to lose them"

Stella: "what's wrong with you James? All you could think of is business after not seeing your son for such a long time. Come here, my boy, also you Ross, where is Monica? and who are your friends?"

Adam: "hi mom, hi dad, hi uncle Jack and hi aunt Judy"

Adam greeted them and introduced Chandler and Joey to them which made Jack and Judy frown when they saw Chandler which didn't go unnoticed by Adam who knew the reason why.

Adam: "all right, I will go attend to the guest, you guys can go have fun yourselves, I will join you later, excuse me"

Adam left as he meet up with the guests and make some business deals, talk potential business ideas with other influential people, build connections with them and that's how the night came to an end.

The Next Day

[Sir, good morning, a new day is upon you, it is time to wake up and make the most out of this new day]

Adam slowly opened his eyes and looked around and found out that he was naked on a king size bed with three naked females on the same bed with him.

[Sir, you have an incoming call from secretary Jill]

Adam finally woke up and put on some clothes.

Adam: "connect me"

Jill: [boss, congratulations on a successful opening ceremony]

A female voice sounded in his room which turns out to be his secretary.

Adam: "too bad, you weren't here, I told you to drop everything and make sure to be here, but as an workaholic, you said no and decided to work on a day like that. Let's forget about that, so how is your current status?"

Jill: [boss, we have successfully acquired the rights to the characters Marvel sold out, but we are having trouble acquiring Marvel Entertainment as Stan Lee remains adamant on his refusal to sell his life's work, but DC Entertainment didn't give us any problem and we have now successfully acquired it, so what should I do with Stan Lee, boss?]

Adam sighed at the headache coming his way, he thought it would be easy to acquire the Marvel company, but it seems he will have to take matters into his own hands.

Adam: "don't worry about him, just schedule a meeting with him, I will do the talking myself, you can now go to that break I promised you"

Jill: [sure thing boss, I will do that right now]

Jill disconnected the call.

Adam then took a shower and told the SMART building system AI to let the females leave when they are up or if possible wake them as so as he goes to the bathroom.

After: (this is life)

Adam said in his heart as he remembered his past life where he had to struggle and go to work every waking second of the day and at the end of the day has nothing to show for it. But now, he is living the dream of many of his peer groups back at his home world.
