Chapter 11 - You've Changed...?

[Luna POV]

"Mghh...!"

The time I had finally woke-up, I immediately rose into the bed and took a big stretch—instinctively yawning as I prepare myself for the day. The constriction of the muscles being released always felt so good that I can't help but moan in satisfaction.

As one of the Maids of the Crimsonheart's Family, us Maids must prepare and act in immediate purpose to take our master's strictly needs. Failing to do so will make punishment fall upon us; worst, it might even cause our very lives.

Today, I'm currently at my master, Sai Crimsonheart's room for personal reasons. My Master urged me to sleep in his room was for the purpose of keeping myself at full vigor—as we're actually secretly venturing the forest at midnight for the purpose of getting stronger... Is what my Master said.

My master also mentioned about the harsh life at the cabin, so I guess that's also one of his reasons of letting a Maid such as myself sleep here.

Master really became a different person... His old self will never let such things happen. Hence, he'll sure to hurt me if I ever did such related inconvenience.

It really weird... The current Master right now even gave me an item that can be considered as a national treasure. It makes me feel very complicated and sometimes ends up thinking if I might get punished for receiving something like this.

The day also became very fun and exciting for me. Ever since Master became different, unknown feelings started to swell up from me...

Instead of taking care of him, I'm the one being taken care off.

As a Maid, such new experience left me feeling complicated. Really... If only days like this goes on forever... That's what I really feel right now.

After both my body and mind had started to warm-up, I started checking the time. It's currently 8:00AM right now, it's the time where I need to wake Master up right now.

I went from the opposite side of the bed and lightly tap Master on his waist in order to wake him up.

"Master, it's morning. Please wake-up." I informed.

Master had move pertaining his awakening, although it seems like he still doesn't want yet as he muttered in denial. "Mghh... 5 Minutes..."

I persistently tried to wake him up by tapping on his waist again. This time, Master groaned irritably and covers himself with a pillow. Geez~ Master really is hard to wake-up isn't he...

It can't be helped; I know that I'm about to do something very rude, but I need you to wake-up Master. Else, I'll get punished by Master Emily instead...!

I removed his pillow that is covering his face a bit forcefully and slide the curtains of the window.

"Gahhhhh!!!" When the brightness of the morning sun irradiates master's face, he groaned in pain and cover his eyes—and fell over the bed as the flash of the sun rushes towards the still sensitive eyes of my master who had just woke-up.

"Good morning, Master" I greeted, putting both my hands at my front—straightly standing, your typical maid pose.

Master slowly rose into the ground, wiping his eyes. "You've really done it this time..."

He then immediately pulled me towards him, locking me in his tight embrace in order for me not to escape—and started tickling me to my armpit.

"Kyah?!" I was forced to moan caused by sudden stimulation.

"Gahaha! Bad girls must be punished." Master quipped, vigorously tickle me.

I tried my best to get away, but the overwhelming stimulation is making me feeble.

"Huff... Huff... Hn! P-please... Stop it... Maste— Nh...!"

Tears starting to appear at the edge of my eyes—as my breathing is starts to get heavy. I tried to beg master to stop but he still insists on tickling me.

The nonstop punishment went for a long while. After probably at least 5 Minutes and Master finally had come to a stop the moment he realized the poor state I'm in right now.

Without saying anything, Master gets me to rest on his chest in consideration. I who is still breathing heavily—accept master's consideration and lay my head into his shoulder, eyes teary and is drooling in exhaustion.

Surprisingly, Master is very clingy for some reason. To be honest, I can't help but feel we're very close right now.

"Are you okay?" Master gently asked.

"Huff... Huff... Y-yes..." I stuttered, trying to catch my breath still.

We stayed in this position for a while, selfishly indulging ourselves on the floor. Unfortunately, I still need to prepare for the morning—so when I feel I had regained my strength, I regrettably left master's embrace and slowly rose into the floor.

I still wanted to stay on master's warm and gentle hug, but it can't be helped... I started on the bed and is about to clean it first when—

"L-Luna?!" Master unexpectedly called me in a surprise tone.

"Yes?" I responded at once. "What is it, Master?"

When I shifted my glance at Master, he had a mixed expression split into surprised and bafflement and is looking at me eyes widened.

Is something on my face, I wonder? Well, Master tickled me to the verge of overly exhaustion so It's a given that my face was currently a mess right now.

"Is something wrong, Master?" I started to ask again.

"N-no... How do I say this... Did you gain some weight?" Master asked in pure bewilderment.

"Eh?" I was a bit surprise to master's sudden question. It would probably be offensive if not for the fact that I'm very malnourished right now. Moreover, Master probably had no bad intention on asking such question. "Master, what do you mean by that?"

"Ah!" Master probably realized his inconsiderate question. "I mean, you look healthy, and also... you've become very beautiful."

E-eh? Is Master complimenting me? N-no, he was surprised, does that mean he saw something changed in my body?

I curiously went into the mirror to check myself. And to my surprise, I—who was supposed to be a like a walking stick had turned into a healthy-looking adolescent.

Eh? What happened? Did I eat something that caused this sudden change in my body? Not only that but my skin who was obviously pale before had become rosy smooth and beautiful.

Though, my petite build didn't change much, there's clearly a large change happened to my body. I was overly shocked that I slowly looked at Master who was looking at me with similar expression.

After a brief moment, Master looked at me with a gentle look, smiling. "I knew it, you're beautiful if you've just gained weight."

"I-Is that a compliment, Master?" I bashfully asked.

"Yes, a genuine compliment." Master sincerely said.

My face flushed red when Master said those words to me. To be honest, it was the first time someone complimented genuinely. Though, I probably won't get used to it.

But well, it made me really happy and embarrassed at the same time. Fufu~ Master really knows how to tease me.

[Sai Crimsonheart POV]

The drastic transformation that happened to Luna in just a span of night left me overly shocked and bewildered.

Her pale skinny body had suddenly gained some muscles—turning it in a state of a beautiful feminine physique that every woman will seek envious of.

Her front also had gained... a bit. She's a small build so that's to be expected. Moreover, she's still beautiful in which I find her that way.

Her long black hair that's almost on her knee pit had also become straight and silky. Albeit currently in a mess right now, you can still see the difference between if you look at it carefully.

I have some assumption why her body drastically changed but I'm lacking in information.

"Luna, can you get us food for our breakfast? Let's go eat it outside. We'll do something after." I asked, then added. "Let's continue our conversation while we eat after."

"Yes!" Luna immediately responded and hastily left the room.

As for me, I also followed and left the room after Luna and went into the backyard. I then took something and went outside while Luna took our food in the kitchen for our breakfast.

I sat to our usual place, the Willow Tree and patiently wait for Luna to come. Although, it actually didn't take long until Luna—who's looking like a different person cheerfully approach me—her white robe flutters from the wind carrying a basket hanging in her left arm.

I always find Luna to be beautiful since the day I met her but man, what a sight to behold.

"Master, I'm back!" Luna merrily greeted and brought out the food. "Here's the breakfast."

We immediately started eating our fill as we continue our conversation earlier. Looks like our breakfast right now are breads and an omelette. Quite the simple food if I say so myself.

"Huu~ That was good." I mused, lightly caressing my stomach. The food was actually not enough, it was just my mannerism.

"Indeed Master," Luna agreed, then continued. "I don't know why but it's a hundred times more delicious when I eat it with Master."

"There's a saying that even the most basic food will taste the best when you ate it with someone." I quoted.

"Yes! That's what I feel, Hehe~"

Damn, even Luna's cute laugh was a killer. Unfortunately, it will be bad if my family saw the current Luna right now. It might cause a ruckus that can possibly ended up violently.

Well, I don't plan to let them do what they please. I any case, I'll do something if anything happens.

I deliberately rose into the ground, feeling satisfied while Luna cleans the container and utensils—putting them back through the basket.

I burped before I spoke. "Luna, since were done, we'll do some activity today."

"Yes, what is it, Master?" Luna asked while cleaning.

"We'll do a sparring today; I need to confirm something."

"If my theory is right, the reason Luna's unexpected change is probably...

"Let's go, Luna."

Someone might saw us if we spar near the Mansion, so we move and went through the forest. I remember there's a place with a flat area around the forest, so we'll use that spot for the sparring.

"Here." I hand Luna a [Wooden Sword] I took from the backyard earlier. We're not going to use a real weapon as I'm only testing Luna.

I actually planned on using just the back of our sword, but it might hurt us in the middle of sparring which might adjourn our activity tonight.

"Ready Luna?"

As for our first match, I told Luna to only defend or dodge any attack I gave her.

"Ready when you are, Master." Luna confidently responds.

"Well then..."

After a brief pause, I started the fight by closing the distance between myself and Luna. I performed a 3 light sweep attack at Luna but was impressively blocked by her sword precisely.

Next, I briskly gave Luna an oblique vertical slash. The vertical slash was successfully defended by Luna by adjusting her sword diagonally and stepped back to dodge the diagonal slash.

It was very quick, but I won't give her an opening.

When she stepped back, I swiftly rush at her to close our distance and pulled a thrust—aiming at her chest.

Luna—who anticipated my moves, spins herself the time my thrust was close to her with great footwork and parried the tip of my sword upward.

The hit was so strong the sword flew out of my hand. The fight ended with Luna's win. Even when handicapped, she managed to win to the point that I even dropped my sword.

"I did it Master!" Enthusiastically jumped—shouting her victory in a cheerful manner.

"Good work Luna, you've become so strong." I pat Luna's head as a praise to congratulate her from our sparring, spoiling her.

"Ehehe~" Luna heartily laugh in a cute manner.

Now, I finally know the reason and my assumption is correct.

Luna's body change in order to adjust itself to her strength. And the cause of it were probably the influence of the 『Mana Essence』 she consumed last night.

Looks like it's not the only the Mana those 『Mana Essence』 give to a person. If so, we can get extremely stronger than before. Just imagining it makes me overly excited.

Ahem~ Nevermind that, I guess I should focus on myself next since Luna's strength right now is above what a normal person can do.

"Luna, we'll continue our harvest tonight." I firmly stated.

We still have 3 days until my brother "Drake Crimsonheart" went home. That's why before that, I'm going to settle on my side before his next visit so that we can fight back in case something bad happens.

I had a hunch that something worse will happen the day he will visit here. Moreover, I plan on getting out of this Mansion, so I'll need to take care of him first.

"Luna, let's go."

Me and Luna then head back through the Mansion to prepare and patiently wait for tonight.
