"Eh...?" I was stunned for a moment, nonplussed of what I'm seeing right now.

Curious to the possibilities, I tried to touch the [Torch] Icon. Then suddenly—

"...."

Nothing's happening... Well, that's a bit anticlimactic... Is what I wanted to say but let's not be disappointed. I had a feeling it probably did something.

I started rummaging into my 『Magic Pouch』 and tried to search for something. I then took the Item who had a stick like figure out of the pouch.

"You're kidding... It's really here...!" I mused.

With a plan in mind, I rapidly spam the [Torch] Icon and made 9 more of it. Eventually, another crafting recipe appeared in my display.

It was the [Campfire].

When I clicked the [Campfire] icon, the 9 [Torch] in my pouch including the one I'm holding disappeared like a bubble.

With everything's happening, curiosity and excitement I'm currently feeling begins to overflow.

And without realizing, I was hysterically smiling.

Having the system of my favorite game turned into real life, I feel like I was the happiest person in the world at the current moment.

"Then... How about placing it..." I mused.

I tried to take out the [Campfire] which is dimensionally located in my pouch. But when I took it, a sphere-shaped object started to appear from my sight.

I was left baffled for a moment but realized something immediately.

I remotely aimed the sphere-shaped object in my vision and tried to consciously aim it to where I'm supposed to place the [Campfire].

After trying to place it on my desired location, the sphere-shaped object immediately turned into a [Campfire].

"Wha— Master?!" Luna whom I didn't notice was watching me for a while now voiced out a surprised sound. "W-what was that...?"

I ignored Luna and firmly focused to the [Campfire] I had placed. But...

"It doesn't have a fire..." I wryly said.

"So it seems..." Luna responded timidly.

I breath out a sigh and took out the 『Willow's Branch』 in my pouch and gave it to Luna. Luna who immediately realized my intention wryly aim the wand at the campfire and ignited it.

A brief moment of silence surrounds us before Luna started and asked me.

"...Shall we eat then, Master?"

"Yeah... let's do..."

I guess everything you often wanted to play out doesn't always comes what you wanted huh.

I put two logs near the [Campfire] and sat to one of them. Luna then followed after and started to eat our food while Luna started to teach me how to use magic.

The stunning scene of Luna teaching me magic near the campfire while being illuminated by the beautiful din blue light of the [Mana Pool] leaves a good impression to my mind. I will engrave it from my memory.

About eating our fill, we pleasantly rest ourselves—sitting on the log near the [Campfire] while watching the beautiful starry night. Engulfing ourselves into the tranquility of the Evening.

I also manage to learn how to use magic. Since the feeling of magic were still unknown to me, Luna tried to teach me by transferring her mana into me to feel it. After experiencing the feeling of mana, it didn't take me long to finally learn and able to use magic.

I was currently having some conversation with Luna until I realized something.

"Luna."

"Hm? What is it, Master?" Luna responded to my call.

"You haven't taken a shower since yesterday, right?" I remarked, without any intention of offending Luna.

"Wha—?!" Luna became flustered in embarrassment to my obviously insensitive question—But I had a reason on asking this.

"Luna, in the residence, the Maids didn't get the privileged to shower in a proper bath, right?" I added, voicing a serious tone.

Luna paused for a moment before answering. "W-well, yes... We we're not allowed to shower in the Mansion as we were not deserving of such thing, M-Master Emily said."

Luna is stammering a bit when she spoke, I can see that she is trying to move away from me flushed red feeling Embarrassed.

"Sorry for saying those things out of nowhere, Luna. The thing is... S-since were here and all..." I timidly stated, Stuttering as I'm also starting to feel embarrassed. I'm suddenly saying such outrageous thing so I can't help it!

"H-how about you clean yourself here... In the pool I mean..." I bashfully added.

"Eh?! M-master?!" Luna is starting to get overwhelmed. Her eyes are starting to spirally spin in too much embarrassment.

"N-no! I didn't mean it that way. The thing is, after this, we'll head back to the Mansion—and uhm... I want you to sleep in my room tonight!" I bashfully replied, also overwhelmed in embarrassment.

You might think I'm starting to take advantage of her but hold your horses, I don't have any inappropriate plan in mind—as there's actually a reason for this.

I plan for Luna to secretly sleep and rest in my room from now on as it's more comfortable than her bed in the cabin.

I recently found out that the Maids on the cabin sleep on a bed without a foam. A resting place without any appropriate attire will worsen a person's health physically. The Maid's environment is so bad that I'm starting to pity them.

There's a reason why they keep staying in this bastard's residence even with their lives on the line.

As for Luna's case, I wanted to have her the best environment as we'll keep doing this activity for a while. So a proper rest is very essential factor in Luna's case.

"Eh?! Y-you want to do it with me?!" Luna unexpectedly said which left me stunned for a moment.

"Ayo?! My girl Luna, I didn't mean it that way. I just want you to sleep comfortably since we'll things that's very tiresome. Also, from the cabin in which I recently found out."

Oops! I accidentally revealed one of my personalities. I hope she doesn't get weirded out after this.

"I-I see..." Luna timidly replied, seemingly convinced.

"Yeah," I replied to give her a piece of mind. "I won't look so you can clean yourself no problem."

"R-really...?" Luna skeptically responded, looking flustered.

"I promise!" I stand firmly and jokingly raised my hand that gestures a promise.

"Fufu~," Luna put her hands on her mouth and let out a cute laugh. "Even if you look at me, it's not like I can do anything about it, Master."

If that's an invitation? that's really a sad way to interpret it.

"But thank you Master," Luna beamed at me. "For being considerate even for a lowly Maid like me."

I guess that mindset has to be expected when you're looked down at the bottom. Such a depressing life the Maid's living in.

"Don't call yourself a lowly Maid, Luna." I protested. "There's no such thing as lowly human ever in this world."

"Master..." Luna was left shocked to my statement.

"Except my family of course," I interjected, jesting. "They're lower than anyone, straight down to hell. Hahaha!"

"Fufu~," Luna laughed, her mood finally lightens. "Master... what's with that... Haha!"

Yes, that's what I wanted to see. A genuine smile from Luna whom her life was taken away from her.

"You can go now Luna," I head back to the topic. "I'll turn this way, so you won't get embarrassed cleaning yourself."

"Yes. Then, if you'll excuse me..."

"I'll go over there," I pointed a finger at a large boulder near the pool. "Please call me if something happens."

And thus, I went behind the boulder just opposite of where Luna is currently cleaning herself. I can hear the splashing of water behind me which made my senses sensitive for some reason.

Waiting for Luna to finish, I started checking the items I currently have in my 『Magic Pouch』 to pass some time.

Surprisingly, it didn't take long before Luna calls me pertaining that she had finished cleaning herself. I expected that it would take longer but I guess she's probably just fast.

I put the items back into my pouch and went to Luna. But when she saw me, Luna's eyes widened after she took a glance at me.

"Wha—?!"

"Hm? What's wrong Luna?" I asked in concern.

"Master..." Luna displayed a conflicted expression. "T-there are words appearing in my vision."

"Huh?" I reacted in pure bewilderment. "What do you mean words in your vision? What do you see Luna?"

Luna paused for a while, trying to read the words. "Uhm... I can see some status... Master... 100HP... 20MP..."

"What?!" I can't help but be surprised to this phenomenon. What happened while she's taking a bath? Don't tell me... She can ⟨⟨Appraise⟩⟩ with only her eyes??

H-how?! Don't tell me...! Did she get it because she cleaned herself in the [Mana Pool]? Now that I've mentioned it, her both irises were glowing a little.

Ugh! There's so many things happening that I can't process it all. The first is the HUD and now Luna.

Haha! Everything is happening one after another and is making me feel excited for some reason. Is it the gamer instinct perhaps? This curiosity of mine is gradually growing.

"Luna calm down," I took out the 『Magic Appraiser』 and gave it to Luna. "Do you see something similar to this? Try to use the Magnifying Glass and aim it at me. There should still be a stat like letters appearing through the lens."

When Luna aimed the lens to me just like I told her, Luna's eyes widened. "Yes Master! It's the same from what I'm seeing."

"Hm," I put my hands on my chin. "Fascinating..."

Looks like my assumption was right, Luna really did get an ⟨⟨Appraisal⟩⟩ skill. Though, that's the part I'm currently surprise.

There was never an implementation regarding that skill in the game. Although in the game, you can already appraise anything just by aiming your cursor at the object or living things you want to assess.

Considering all the information I manage to collect in this situation, and if my theory is right...

I went into the [Mana Pool] whom Luna was cleaning herself just a while ago.

"M-Master?" Luna tilts her head when she saw me approach the [Mana Pool].

"Luna bathwater" I unconsciously voiced out my intrusive thoughts.

"Wha—?!" Luna suddenly became flustered in response to my comment. "W-what are you suddenly saying, Master!"

I crouch, ignoring the flustered Luna and dipped my head through the Luna Bat— [Mana Pool] while Luna is talking to me. I'm sorry Luna, I can't help it.

After a while, I took my head out of the [Mana Pool]. "Gahh!!"

After taking a breath, I look at Luna and tried to imagine appraising her.

『DEX: 35』

『Endurance: 150』

So my theory is proven right huh—that you can get the ⟨⟨Appraisal⟩⟩ skill by dipping your eyes on a [Mana Pool].

So, does that mean that the 『Magic Appraiser』 is now useless? But well, I won't throw it as it may prove useful later.

Also, setting those things aside, there are more things I've noticed...

"You're kidding..." I was left stiffly frozen to what I just saw when I took a glance at Luna's status. What surprise me, Is the fact that Luna's status increased.

Eh? Is Luna really that strong? 150? How?! I don't remember Luna having that much tremendous stats. Since when...?

"Luna," I called Luna and immediately explain the properties of the skill. "The fact that you can see my stats right now is called ⟨⟨Appraisal⟩⟩ skill. I confirmed it by doing some experiment like you seeing the same words in the magnifying glass and me dipping myself into the pool thus also getting the same skill, are you still following?"

"Yes," Luna affirmatively responded. "I can't really believe it. But with this, I can be more helpful to Master..."

"Haha, thank you, Luna. I like your enthusiasm but it's not the only one of the surprising things you've got."

"Yes?" Luna tilted her head in bewilderment.

"Aside from you getting an ⟨⟨Appraisal⟩⟩ skill," I paused for a brief moment, then continued. "The thing is... Right now, you're currently 5 times stronger than me."

"Ehhh?!" Luna's jaw dropped in sudden information.

That's a normal reaction. Even I was left surprise to such situation. Imagine getting stronger in just a span of hour. Even I wouldn't believe it.

"Ain't that good? With this, we can farm items faster." I curtly replied.

"Is that so... Hehe," Luna let out a cheerful laugh. "I hope I can be more useful to you, Master."

"Well, since we're done here, we should head back to the Mansion. There's so many things happening that I don't know where to start."

"Y-yes!"

And thus, we head back through the Mansion while giving Luna some basic knowledge regarding the ⟨⟨Appraisal⟩⟩ and other plans I have in mind.

We got engulfed to our fun conversation that we didn't notice that we got back into the Mansion right away.

Trying not to get caught, we carefully sneaked into the Mention and went into my room. Compared to yesterday, we didn't feel exhausted—probably because it only took us a few hours.

I decided to take a shower while I had Luna sleep first to make things less awkward. After I finished my shower, I went beside Luna and fell asleep after.

"Goodnight, Luna" I mumbled as my consciousness started to fade away.

That night, pain swell from every part of Luna's body while she's asleep.

"...Ng... Ghh...!"

As if, her body is forcefully changing itself. The pain was so harsh that Luna had no choice but just no groan in pain.

It took at least an hour until the pain went away, and Luna then went to her peaceful sleep.
