Reborn as Kakarot in Dragonball

All of a sudden I awoke to darkness. I cant seem to remember how long I've been here or even how I got here to be honest, the last thing I can recall is falling asleep after I decided to rewatch the dragonball series. I wonder how long I've been here, it feels warm and I can hear a rhythmic beat, I'm to tired to think about anything so think I'll just go back to sleep.

I don't know what is happening but I suddenly found myself in this strange liquid and there are panicking voices all around me. I still don't know where I am but I was 'berthed' not to long ago and placed in this strange pod I'm underwater? but I can breathe, strange huh. I can't really do much so I guess I'll just sleep some more its boring in here anyway.

I'm awoken by a woman in a hurry and bringing me to a 'space pod' as they called it, everyone has tails so by now I kinda figured I've been reincarnated but I didnt get any wishes DAMNIT such a ripoff right? The woman carrying me is crying and is in a hurry. Im getting a bad feeling cuz this all is way to familiar for a dragonball fan like me and what she does next all but confirms my suspicions. She places me in the space pod in a hurry and says "I'm sorry I didn't get more time with you, Bardock says Frieza betrayed us so my only hope is to send you off world, live well I love you kakarot always and forever." Withe that I was sent barreling into space and some gas put me under. Next thing I know some alarms are going off and my pod come crashing down in the middle of nowhere. I finnally have time to thing and all I can say is, WELL SHIT here we go I guess.

The hatch on the pod opened by itself and it didnt take all that long before some old man came and took me out. I guess he is gohan people in dragonball sure dress weird, didnt matter much when it was a show but now that I'm living it its kinda hard not to notice. Anyway he take me from the pod and I start struggling and ask " Where am I? Who are you?"

"calm down there kiddo. Where did you come from? You gotta name?" time to make a decision do I stick with kakarot or let him name me goku? I dont really get to make up my mind before my vision starts to black out.
