In the divine realm of Asgard, within the halls of the Third Prince.

"Another perfectly comfortable day," Victor mused, stretching on the balcony.

What could be more blissful in life than lounging around?

A year ago, he awoke on a glacier, rescued and brought to Asgard by a mysterious man. To his astonishment, Odin, the God King, revealed Victor to be his long-lost third prince, missing for millennia.

What an honor!

Despite this revelation, Victor had other plans. He had inadvertently acquired a unique "lying flat system" upon his awakening—an unconventional divine power enhancement system. This system awarded him divine power for completing mundane tasks related to lying down and relaxation.

This newfound ability shattered his once fervent ambition for martial prowess. After all, who wouldn't prefer lying comfortably over rigorous training?

Thus, Victor's reputation in Asgard had quickly morphed into that of the most slothful deity. Yet, Odin and Frigga, rather than reprimand him, worried for his well-being.

"Victor, are you awake?" Odin's voice echoed from outside.

"Father, come in if you must. I'm quite comfortable here," Victor replied lazily, reclining further into his seat.

Odin entered, casting a concerned gaze upon his son.

Alas, his poor third son—thousands of years frozen had sapped his will to live.

No, as a father, Odin vowed to lift Victor's spirits.

"Victor, you're up early today. That's progress," Odin said warmly, approaching his son.

His attitude toward Victor differed vastly from that toward Thor, partly due to Victor's circumstances and partly because Thor was the heir to Asgard's throne. Millennia ago, Odin had surely considered Victor as his successor, given his astonishing power even at a young age.

But now, Victor's decadence and abandonment of divine cultivation made him an unlikely heir.

"Hmm," Victor muttered dismissively, keeping his eyes closed.

"Oh Father! Please don't force me. I have no desire to train!" Victor's frustration echoed in his thoughts.

"My life's goal is simply to laze about!" he declared inwardly.

"Huh?" Odin's expression shifted.

What was happening? Was someone whispering?

He scanned the room, sensing no unusual energy fluctuations.

Strange. Could it be an illusion?

Regardless, Victor needed to begin his training.

"Victor, today is the day we practice together. Get up," Odin insisted gently, hoping cultivation would reignite Victor's drive.

"Father, you know my aptitude. I've barely mastered anything in a year. It's pointless," Victor replied inwardly, still unwilling to engage.

"Cultivation again? I'd rather fish until I'm old! Besides, your training methods are rubbish. You should teach Thor those techniques, not me," Victor continued to lament internally.

"Who dares!" Odin's voice boomed, his divine presence filling the room.

He heard that voice again!

Could it be surveillance from a higher civilization?

How else could they whisper directly into his mind?

"Father, what's wrong?" Victor asked, startled by Odin's sudden outburst.

"Victor, come. We must practice," Odin commanded, using his authority to compel Victor to join him.

"Father, I... I really can't," Victor protested weakly inwardly, but reluctantly rose from his seat.

"Looks like my sunbathing days are over," Victor lamented silently.

"My father, the tyrant, forcing me into training," he thought bitterly.

"But at least he doesn't know about my secret fishing spots," Victor consoled himself mentally.

With a sigh, Odin led Victor away, determined to instill discipline.

"Kids these days," Odin sighed, hearing Victor's muttered complaints in his thoughts.

All Victor seemed to care about was fishing!

No wonder his divine power had stagnated.

No, Odin resolved, he must guide Victor onto the right path.
