Why I write (Repost)

(These will only be explanations about myself and why everything will happen slower. Also why I chose this story. If you just want to read the story you can basically skip this) :)

I'm German and had English since 5th grade, so I'm fairly decent with the English language if I can say so myself. So apart from spelling, punctuation and maybe a grammar mistake here and there it should be readable.

Now something concerning the story. I'm a big Starcraft and Star Wars Fan so I would love to write Stories about those Universes, the only Problem being that they are so vast and complex that I don't want to write Stuff that's wrong and just ends up breaking the Story/Universe-Immersion.

That's why I chose Pokémon. Everybody knows and loves the Universe and there's not many Laws and Aspects you have to look out for.

Worst Problem for the story will probably be that I'm a student and most of the time don't have much time on my hands. Moreover, I only played Pokemon Games in German, so I will have to google every single Pokemon Name and Attack - making my Time Problem only worse.

This will be my first story and the first one that I wrote since I was a small child so bear with me. :|

All advice is welcome if you have any good Ideas plot-wise I have no problem implementing them. I have a general idea where I want to good with the story but nothing for the long term. :D

The Novel-cover is temporary until I find something better, draw something better myself or some kind of Cover-Miracle happens.

What I really wish to see at least once, Is an Self/OC insert story that plays out in a time frame of at least a few decades instead of just a few years. What I also find important is for the MC to not always win and maybe even experience huge amounts of loss regardless of preparation and personal power.

You've been learning English since the 5th grade and are better at your second language then I am. I am 19 and been learning French since Kindergarden and I only cant to 12 and I only know 3 words being Bonjour (Hello) Aurevior (Bye) and Niege (Snow) I have even had my cousin tutor me and I still cant get it for the life of me :(

I learned spanish since,... like 9th Grade until 11th grade and only know like 3 sentences. But that's not as long as 14 years so I would agree with you on that, unless he really really wasn't into learning french :D :D :D
