Enormous Dharma Forms appeared outside of the city, each blooming like a Lotus flower. Azure and dark light flashed and Divine Beasts roared. Countless auspicious signs were seen. Marriages of great cities flickered; illusions of planets' rise and fall; an apparition of a black dragon swallowed the sky… Each display represented a powerful Dharma Array.

The Beihan Region's Royal city had eighteen Dharma Arrays and it was considered to be impenetrable. However, the City of Neverwind had hundreds of such arrays, each carefully crafted by elite array masters.
Any of those Dharma Arrays would spell trouble for a Golden Core Cultivator, much less when there were a hundred of them protecting the city.
However, Chen Fan was unfazed by this. Keeping an impassive face, Chen Fan was going to step into the City of Neverwind.
