"In the Land of Dura, we cannot exert our full strength due to the restriction. Right now my strength is only one level above the divine level", Ethaan said.

Althea understood his meaning. Due to restrictions placed on the Land of Dura, the natives of the land of Dura can only cultivate up to the peak divine level. And if experts from other planes entered the land of Dura, their strength will be suppressed to only one level above divine level. 

Ethaan's strength was probably higher than that, but he didn't plan to expose it now. But right now Althea knew that no one can rival him in the land of Dura unless…. Unless he meets other experts from the land of Amyrstal.
