33 Chapter 33 Fighting the High level Experts

Althea narrowed her eyes and started summoning her red spirit light.

"So you are both a Mage and a Beast Tamer!", said Walion Mori noticing the red spirit light that was manifesting on Althea's palm.

"You are only a low-level mage, even with the help of this mid-level metal-clawed wolf you won't be able to escape from my two high-level and one mid-level guard", Walion Mori said in an arrogant tone while watching Althea who was surrounded.

"It's too early to judge," said Althea as she sent out an attack towards the nearest guard.

Leaping up from the metal claw wolf, Althea executed a heaven-grade offensive technique while she commanded the wolf to attack the mid-level guard. Soon both the parties sprang into action.

Even though Althea was dealing with two high-level experts, she had not fallen into a disadvantageous position. With her rich combat experiences, Althea was able to dodge the attacks. She was nimble and agile like a slippery fish. Both the guards were angered to death.

"Do you only know how to dodge!" shouted one of the high-level practitioner.

"Is there something wrong with your brain! Two high-level practitioners are ganging up to bully a low-level mage if I don't dodge what do you expect me to do? Just stand still and take the blows!", said Althea as she tilted her head to avoid the incoming attack. A blue spirit light in the shape of a sharp spear whistled past her ears. 

On the other side, Hexan who was standing near Walion Mori observing the fight frowned. "Young Master, don't you think something is wrong!"

Walion Mori was no fool, he nodded his head, "Indeed, a low-level mage being able to exchange blows with two high-level practitioners is no joke. If I don't witness it myself, I wouldn't believe it if someone were to say it. What do you think about this mysterious lady?"

"Young Master, if I am not mistaken, this lady is hiding her true strength or there might be some secrets on her", said Hexan.

Althea was able to fight with these two high-level practitioners because she was using flame dragon energy. 

Meanwhile, the metal claw wolf was gaining an advantage over the mid-level practitioner. As the wolf's vicious claw was about to dig out the practitioner's heart, Hexan who was standing near Walion Mori suddenly made a move and in one breath, he was standing between the wolf and the mid-level practitioner blocking the wolf's claw. 

At the same time, Althea curled her lips behind the veil and said under her breath, "Thousand ghost shadows"

Soon, many clones surrounded the two high-level guards confusing them. No one could tell which one is real Althea. Using this opportunity, Althea sent out a deadly flame ball infused with flame dragon energy towards them. 

After sending out the attack, Althea executed her lightness technique leaving only the afterimages, and soon landed behind Walion Mori immediately taking him as a hostage. 

Everything happened within a few seconds that Walion Mori was unable to react. Hexan noticing that Althea had already taken Walion Mori in her hands couldn't help but narrow his brows as he suddenly came to realize something. All along, Althea was just waiting for him to move away from Walion Mori and when he went to help the guard from the wolf's claw, he created an opening for Althea.

Who could have expected that Althea had calculated everything from the start and that she will be able to break away from the restrains of two high-level practitioners? 

"You are seeking death", said Walion Mori gritting his teeth. He could feel the warm sensation on his neck from Althea's Palm. 

"You were the one who first started this", said Althea. 

Taking advantage of the distracted Hexan, the wolf shook Hexan off and went to stand beside Althea.

Hexan immediately regained his composure, "You are not allowed to harm my Young Master"

"Don't worry I will not harm him but if you guys make any rash moves, my hand might slip", said Althea.

"What do you want?", Hexan clenched his fist and asked.

As the captain of the guards, Hexan is responsible for Walion Mori's safety. Now looking at the pale face of Walion Mori he couldn't help but worry.

"I just wanted to peacefully go out of this forest but you guys came seeking trouble. Tell me what should I do if I wanted to leave this place safely?", said Althea fixing her gaze at Hexan.

The two high-level experts who were standing behind Hexan couldn't help but size up Althea. No matter what, they couldn't find the answer as to how Althea could injure them. Even though it was not severe, a low-level mage being able to achieve this feat is totally out of ordinary. So they cannot randomly make a move besides their Young Master in her hands.

"What is going on here?", Suddenly another group emerged from the woods.

Everyone turned to look at the newcomers. When Althea saw them her pupils constricted and her hands lightly trembled. Sensing the abnormality, Walion Mori took the advantage of it and grab Althea's hand. Using the green spirit light, Walion Mori hit Althea's chest with one hand and his other hand grab the veil on Althea's face and took it off.

It was too late for Althea to dodge. Blood trickled down from the corners of her mouth. Hexan immediately went to Walion Mori's side but the moment he saw Althea's face, he was shocked. Not only Hexan but Walion Mori and other guards gaped their mouths in shock.

"Althea!"

"How can it be you?", Walion Mori asked with his eyes wide open.

Althea didn't pay any attention to Walion Mori and his guards but her attention was on the group of newcomers. She clutched her chest and leaned on the metal claw wolf. With the other hand, she took out a reinvigorating pill and swallowed it. The earth-grade reinvigorating pill which she refined to accelerate the healing process of her spirit seed can heal both external and internal injuries.

"Althea! You are Althea!", asked the lady in golden dress as she took a step towards Althea without moving her gaze away

The Author has something to say: Guys... ah mmmm... I thought the male lead and Althea could meet in chapter 33. this was a big miscalculation on my part. I m sorry..

they will met on chapter 35. I am uploading 3 chapters today.. (/>.<)/ yay.... so anyway they gonna embrace each other in chapter 35..
