Chapter 27- Road Trip With Him 2

"Have fun, on your trip" she said with a wink towards me as she made her way towards the parking lot. It was quiet for some time after she left till Adrian said something again, "We will be taking my car. I had someone bring it over here, so it should be here anytime from now". The car arrived few minutes later with one of the company's driver in it, he parked right in front of us and handed over the keys to Adrian before walking in the other direction. "You are driving?" I asked

"Yeah" he replied, opening the passenger seat for me to get in.

I muttered a "Thank you" after getting in. He made sure I was comfortable before closing the door and walking over to the driver's seat. He got in and turned on the car before pulling on his seat belt, he gestured I should do the same with a slight nudge of his head.
