Sister

Waiting at the counter Levia looked at all of the weapons around her. "One heck of a place to bring a child." Usually caretakers brought children to parks to play or stores to buy candy for them. Here she was bringing a child to a place with sharp edges everywhere you looked. One wrong move and someone could easily be hurt here or even killed if you got unlucky. "We should leave quickly." Crossing her arms Levia tapped her chest as she waited for the man to return with her things. After a few minutes the man came back out holding a few bundles and dropped them in front of her.

"Here's your order miss, have a good day."

"Hmph."

Picking them up Levia walked away with Yanyan right beside her. Curious about all the things Levia was carrying, Yanyan spoke up. She had just went with Levia without really asking where they were going since she didn't care at first. After seeing that store though things had changed. "So many weapons..." A lot of them she had seen before as well when she was constantly being chased. It had caused her quite a scare when she had first seen it all. If it wasn't for Levia's presence there was a good chance she might have just run off in her panic. While she was good at fighting, she didn't really care too much for it.

"What's inside of all of those bags, Levia? More weapons like what was in the store?"

"Yeah, everyone needs some new ones and since we just got paid it's perfect. There's also some extras in here if they break and a few other things. Like tents or ways to fire if we're out overnight. It's Essentially all the things we need for a camping trip plus a little more. I noticed you got a little nervous there, not fond of other people?"

"Eh, there is that but weapons also bug me a bit as well."

"Good to know then, I'll keep it in mind for the future and avoid bringing you to places like that."

Levia talked like there was a future with them both together however she knew that wasn't true. "Soon..." Xilo kicked down a soldier as he made his way towards Lexia slowly. He had to make sure Landel didn't notice his attempts and try to stop him. Pushing another back Xilo kept his profile low while Xelfia and Felli followed behind him. Soldiers fell to the ground one by one yet none of them were dying. Everyone here was making sure not to kill anyone still. "Can't say the same for their side." Dodging a spear coming right for his heart, Xilo knew that Landel's soldiers were definitely trying to kill them.

Pushing the spear away Xilo smacked the soldier right in the head, knocking them out. Xelfia and Felli made sure to cover Xilo as best as possible while protecting themselves. "Got to get them." Lexia was in a losing battle and she needed their help as soon as possible. In this giant battlefield things were getting hectic and out of control even for Xilo. This was the largest battle that he had ever been a part of before. With so many people fighting all over, it was very hard to keep track of everything and everyone.

If someone were to get hurt Xilo was worried that he wouldn't even be able to notice it. "How many people might die here." If Landel's soldiers were going for lethal blows then that number might soar into the hundreds. All of the deaths would also fall onto his shoulders since he was the one he was the Co-Leader of everyone here. The more Xilo thought about it the more overwhelmed he felt as another soldier fell before him. "Worry about it later." If he wanted to run a Clan of his very own these were the types of things he would have to think about in the future. No matter how badly he wanted to ignore or run away from it, he knew he couldn't."

"We're almost there, just a bit further. Once we get close to Landel make sure you attack him with everything you have while he's distracted. This will be our best chance to take him out. If we don't then it will be extremely hard to deal with him."

"Got it."

They all knew what was on the line as they got closer. So many people's lives and freedom were counting on them. Tearia kept making sure everyone that was set free was safe as she regained her energy. "Looks like everyone's fine for now." Thankfully not too much damage had happened to them since they had been captured. The most she had to do was stabilise all of them and make sure they weren't being attacked. "I got enough rest while knocked out." A lightning bolt escaped from her hand and zapped a soldier that was coming for her. She didn't have much energy however it was enough to defend the people here.

"Since only a few stray soldiers are coming my way, it's pretty easy."

If more were to focus on her though then she would be in a dire situation.

"You got this Xilo."

She just had to hope that Xilo could end this all fast. Then she could bring everyone back and ensure their safety. "Damn Landel." She could still feel the collar around her neck even though it was no longer there. She was careless and had gotten attacked because of it. "Still so weak, would my sister have done better?" The image of her sister floated past her mind as another soldier feel before her. Even though it had been so long her sister hadn't faded from her mind. "I miss you." If she was here then maybe this wouldn't have happened, she could have done so much more than Tearia ever could.

"...."

That was no longer possible, it was only her now.

Enjoy.
