Crimson Fangs and Mystical Azure

Opening her eyes, she looked around the room as her body sprawled out on the bed. "Sunlight..." She had only meant to take a small nap as a short break but it seems she had slept a lot longer than planned. Sitting up she stretched her body while a giant yawn escaped her throat. After stretching she walked up to her drawer as she looked for a new set of clothing to wear. Checking on her injuries she made sure everything was okay, as she put on a new set clothing. Once she was done she picked back up her book and sat down on her bed again as she got ready to study.

"Back to it I suppose."

Quietly she read through the pages without thinking much before a knock on her door interrupted her thoughts. Glancing at the door she stopped what she was doing as she went to answer it. Only a very few people ever came to visit her which meant it was probably important. "Who would want to talk to me at this hour." Wondering that she opened the door to see a familiar face she recognized. He still looked as childly handsome as ever but whenever she thought back to Xilo he looked a lot more normal now. Ignoring that slight insult to him she welcomed one of her few friends with a smile as she let him in.

"Hello, Arzan, it's been a little while since we've talked, I'm surprised you came so soon."

"Of course I would Sis! First second I got wind of your return. I had to talk with you, I've missed you quite a bit after all."

"Yes, yes I'm sure you have, Brother. Have you come to just catch up with me or is there something else?"

"I've come to catch up with you and tell you something about your mother's plans. It seems she's sending me and a lot of others to different areas soon."

Sitting down together she listened to her Brother's report as they caught up together. He was one of the few people that ever even bothered to give her the time of day in this place and she greatly appreciated that. "See...I'm not lonely." Fighting with herself in her head she smiled as time went on while doing her best to forget about that dream. She didn't know if it would happen again but she wouldn't let it scare her. Just like her Grandfather said, she wasn't weak and she was more prepared from now on if it happened again.

Walking through the streets Xilo's group made their way to a store to gather some supplies they needed for tomorrow. After quickly getting some food and other tools with what money they had just gained they left. Heading to the closest inn they could find there was something Xilo wanted to give Xelfia. "She needs a weapon as well." He hadn't realized it before but once Xelfia pointed it out to them after seeing Ravenous Xilo had realized his mistake. He had gotten Tearia to store all the weapons from the armoury and quickly forgotten about it. In there though he had found a weapon he thought would suit Xelfia quite well.

"I have a little gift for you once we can rest Xelfia..oh and Relia too now that I think about it."

"Oh a gift for me, what is it?"

"You'll see soon enough, no early surprises. Just be patient like Relia."

".....Nnnn."

Being shut down like that Xelfia slightly sulked as she grabbed a hold of Xilo's arm. Walking with her body pressed against hers she smiled as she saw his face turn slightly red while Tearia flinched at the sight. Relia just like her typical self stayed quiet as she watched over their mood. Seeing Xelfia trying to agitate her, Tearia's competitive spirit grew but she managed to keep it in control. She knew Xelfia was just trying to show her up and she wouldn't let it affect her more than it already did. Seeing her plan fail Xelfia shrugged her shoulders as she enjoyed the walk to the Inn.

Arriving at the building they quickly signed in and went to their room number without much problem besides a few questioning stares. Once inside XIlo looked at the two beds in there as he imagined what tonight would be like. "Something to worry about later." Sitting down on the bed he called Tearia over as he grabbed her necklace. Xelfia and Relia watched from the side as the two of them had their little conversation before a small flash of light appeared, taking them off guard. Once it was gone Xilo held three pieces of jewelry in his hands.

""Huh?""

Out of all the things Xelfia thought she would be given this was the last thing she expected. It was a set of golden bracelets that had small silver teeth sticking out of them with red jeweled eyes. Watching Xilo hand them to her she put one on each wrist slightly confused but touched. "A gift...from Xilo." Letting that thought sink into her mind she felt a little weak in the knees as she smiled. They matched her quite well, more than she had thought they might at first glance at least..

"And this is for you, Relia."

Looking down at Relia's swaying twin tails, Xilo handed her a piece of jewelry as well except this one was different from Xelfia's. This one was more similar to his own necklace he had but it was a choker instead that went around her neck. With a blue metal that surrounded her neck it was filled with a bunch of different coloured crystals. From red, white, purple, gold, black there were quite a bit of colours on it. Like all the elements of Astral Energy it shined in power and cuteness that suited her. Nodding in approval Xilo thought it looked quite good on her just like Xelfia's.

"...Thank..you."

Shyly looking down, Relia didn't know what else to say.

"Thank you as well Xilo."

"Don't thank me yet, not quite done. Insert some Astral Energy into them and see what happens."

A little confused by Xilo's words they still listened as they both grabbed onto them and inserted some power into them. In the next second they watched in shock as they transformed and expanded into completely different objects from their previous form. "Are these weapons?" Not quite caught up with what she was seeing, Xelfia stared down at a pair of fists that covered her hand that extended out with claws. Golden gloves that protected her fingers and the backside of her hand with two red jewels on it and silver claws that extended from each finger. It almost looked like a creature's open mouth was on each of her hands.

"A dragon?"

Looking at the scale pattern that was etched into the gold Xelfia remembered the golden Dragon she saw in her memories awhile ago. Still in shock she watched as a name etched itself into the glove in a blaze of fire. "Crimson Fangs." Reading out the name of her weapons Xelfia looked over to Relia. In her hands was a small staff that was much more simple in it's design. With a blue pole the size of her arm it was coloured in different jewels at the very top similar to the ones in its normal form with one jewel on top that constantly swapped colours. On the bottom part a small chain attached to her wrist stopping her from letting go along with a small silver grip made of fabric where her hand belonged. Above the grip a name came to life like flowing water as it wrote itself.

"Mystical Azure."

Smiling at the two of them, Xilo congratulated them both.

"Congrats you two, these are your new weapons from now on."

Little late today, sorry :c

Enjoy.
