He explored the towns library and any books he could find in his Clan even if they were useless. Years on years of doing such things eventually led him into stumbling across a book that would help push him towards the thing he wanted the most. An Icy Chill

Feeling a coldness that went right to her bones Tearia panicked as she looked down to see his hand clamped onto hers as he froze it into place trapping them both. She tried to struggle free but that didn't help at all as she stared at the block of ice while she felt more ice entering her body then she knew what to do with. "I let my guard down." As her body began to shiver almost uncontrollably she began to try and deal with it while the man laid limply against her barely moving at this point.

"Two can play at your little games."

"Hmph."

Ignoring his taunt she went back to dealing with the energy running rampant inside of her. If it wasn't so much at once she might have been able to just knock the man unconscious but she had no room to do so now. One little mistake or loss of concentration could mean a lot more than just losing the match. "So Vicious." Her energy never reached levels of permanent damage when she injected it into him instead her only goal was to temporarily paralyze him but the ice inside her was left uncontrolled free to cause as much carnage as it could and it just kept coming.

"He knows he'll be disqualified if I die right so why the hell is he doing this." But she couldn't read minds unfortunately so all she could do was speculate as she felt her blood freezing as her bones followed along with it. At this point she couldn't hold in her pain anymore as small gasps of anguish escaped her mouth here and there while her arm slowly became numb right after. Concentrating she forgot about her surroundings as she focused all the Astral Energy she could muster and brought it to her arm trying to at least halt the progress. "If I can stop it's progress I can at least stop it from taking my life but....." With this method she might have to give up her arm.

"If only I had Fire Energy this would be so much easier with the heat....wait." Keeping her Astral Energy there she quit trying to stop it as she turned towards their frozen joints as a thought came to mind but first she would need to destroy their connection to stop the flow of more energy. "If he's sending all his ice in to my arm it shouldn't be too hard to break the ice outside." With that thought in mind she made sure everything was okay with her arm as she raised her left hand and began to smack the chunk of ice stopping her from freeing herself and sure enough small cracks were being made.

"Good." Continuing her assault she punched and struggled as much as she needed to as the cracks slowly grew larger until eventually the sound of it cracking entered her ears as she flung herself backwards with the momentum. Hitting the ground her opponent hit the ground hard as she heard the sounds of shouts from the Referee's near her but she didn't care about all that as she focused on he arm again as she began to create Lightning inside of her, directing it to her arm as she controlled it the best she could. "Please..." Slowly she intertwined it with the ice and kept it there to keep it from causing more harm than good as it slowly began to melt the ice along with the help of her Astral Energy.

After a couple more minutes finally a long drawn out sigh escaped from her as she felt the numbness starting to fade as she finally looked up to see her opponent being dragged away unconscious as they announced her victory but she didn't care. For now she just wanted to get back to her Grandparents and make sure she was okay. Since the match was over now they could help her. "That was way to close." Recoiling in fear a little bit she got off the stage as she made her way back to her area. Eventually she started to climb up a set of steps as the sounds of their concerned voices entered her ears before she made it beside them presenting her arm.

"What happened out there?"

"You okay?"

"Grandmother can you look at this?"

With Tearia asking her question her Grandmother leaned forward and grabbed her arm as a rare trace of anger surfaced on her face after a couple seconds. "I guess it's not as good as I thought." Seeing that look she knew it might be a bit worse then she hoped but her Grandmother should be able to fix it after today.

"What's wrong dear?"

"It's her arm, It's not in good shape at the moment. Come take a look."

"alright.."

Stepping forward her Grandfather did the same before he recoiled back quickly.

"There's Ice Energy running rampant in there still while burnt marks are all over the inside while Lighting Energy's residue is still sparking here and there. What the hell happened?"

"Indeed her arm is in rough shape. What happened Tearia?"

With both her Grandparents staring at her she carefully explained what happened as best she could while her Grandmother did whatever she could at the moment to help.

""That punk.""

"It's okay I beat him. I just want to know if you can fix my arm Grandmother."

"I can but not at the moment and it'll take time unfortunately."

"I see."

A slightly awkward silence filled the air as tearia sat down while her arm gained a little more feelings back but the pain was still there. "Dammit....How am I supposed to fight like this?" Watching Tearia become depressed Eli turned to his wife and pleaded with his eyes for her to do something but he only got silence in return. But He didn't give up easily since he knew she should be able to something. Even if it was just helping her fight longer for today but a part of him knew that wasn't a smart idea. At this point Tearia she probably just give up but he was pretty confident she didn't want that nor did he.

Sorry for yesterday got a little to busy.
