Recon Mission

The sound of the P51 engine echoed throughout the small tunnel, both me and A2 were at least driving 40mph in this small metro structure.

Both me and her have been driving for a total of seven minutes, we easily covered about a mile.

Of course both our pods followed us as the they began reporting upon earlier orders I gave them upon traversing the tunnel.

Upon hearing those words, I wasted not time as I began to send a recorded voice message to 9s with pod.

"This is the Emperor Saber speaking, please notice that this message is only for operator 9s ears, so if you don't have level 3 clearance you won't be able to hear the recorded voice message, and any attempt to access any information from this unit will result in automatic self-destruction and instant termination of the person trying to access delicate information from this unit, with that said you been warned."

"Oi 9s upon entering this tunnel I fly pass these weird and mysterious neon green rocks, strangely I could recognize information on the spot thanks to my ability, but this rocks has something blocking my vision, so I send a sample of the material found within the tunnel, after you finish setting things up, run some tests on these for me ok."

With those words said Pod-096 left with haste, meanwhile I began to speak with A2.

"A2 please speed up the pace we to reach Felt quickly."

The sound of A2 speeding up the motor cycle could be heard as the powerful engines of the P51 could be heard echoing through out the ancient tunnel.

Right away I grab on to her waist to avoid falling off, we were now hitting a speed off 100mph.

We reach the same door Leona open up earlier, the secrete passage of course, a d upon reaching I un-summon the P51 and start walking up the stairs.

And upon reaching the store, everything was the same, right away I close it by pulling the book back in place.

The store shake slightly once more a the secrete passage began to close up.

"Good with that said let's gear up."

--20 minutes later--

It's been 20 minutes since me and A2 arrived back to the surface, from since then we were preparing for war.

I was dress in bio Mechanical suit that increase my physical strength drastically, thankfully I was filled to the brim with true mana.

So I can freely create this advance technology, and since my body is transforming this plain old mana in the atmosphere true mana I could create things that would require a tremendous amount of energy with ease.

And after I place to nano armor a series of notification came before me.

The suit itself began to glow blue in the corners, as the a mask suddenly appear on my head, and a HUD now appear before my eyes.

Meanwhile A2 was putting her suit on which fit us both skin tight, of course she finish first, at this point and time she was sharpening her blade to cut through her enemy.

Of she was also fixing and tuning our gun and weaponry as well.

"Master saber should we go over the plan for operation Sirius."

"Yes the mission is a rescue mission, the target is princess Felt, save her at all cost and capture the threat for interrogation."

"Yes remember you will be the sniper, have my back at all times, even in the blinds spot if you can bypass them that is."

"Good now we shall do the plan as agreed on, you will go fist and ten minutes later I will followed, keep track of my every movement an once the target has been found don't loose him/her/it out of your sight."

From there I watch as A2 exist the shop doors fully geared as all her weapon was in 2 Viola case, of course these were highly advance snipers that can easily peirce layers of steels, and travel across 20 miles in less than a second with ease.

The sound of the bell signaling a customer coming or leaving went off and A2 disappear in the crowd.

Meanwhile I remained in the store as I watch the mantle Leona gave me as it look like the mantle British royal use to wear, of course our pantheon symbol was on it.

I then began to replace it on me once more, relishing this new acquired selective invisibility it offered against fire.

And when I place it on me I began to levitate of the ground, and suddenly I got the urge to move, and it would seem I can move this things with my mind.

"Haha! this thing is like every child and man dream who wouldn't want to fly, wahoo! this is fun, I'm entertained."

I began to move as I levitate 2 feet off the ground, moving in every direction.

"With this I can get a better view on the ground."

"Of course this is a reckon mission."

With that said I fix Excalibur on my waste and activate my mask on the suite which cover my face instantly.

But just as I was about to leave a certain all too familiar robotic voice called out to me as it phase through a certain book shelf.

[Pod 096: I have returned, all sample has been safely delivered to unit number 9s, I also delivered the message to him like you ordered]

"That's good Pod you may return to A2 side."

[Report. You have a message from 9s]

"Really. you may play it."

[Notice a passcode has been set by operator 9s, the hint is the name of the maid automata]

"I see that's a smart move, the passcode is C2."

[Entry has been recognize now playing recorded message]

[~~ cough! cough! agh... sorry about that Saber the god damn second hardware exploded, but it's an easy fix, "My god 9s the place on fire" shoosh C2 do you want to get caught...agh... sorry about that C2 is just malfunctioning nothing I can't fix, but apart from that I received the sample, I will expect them later tonight before calling it a day to complete an update in my system, with that said I will get this baby up in about an hour]

I watched as Pod-096 fade through the wall of the shops as he returns to A2.

Meanwhile I ponder to myself before leaving.

"So the computer exploded tsk... what the hell are the even doing?"

"Sigh take your time I guess I got more serious as to worry about."

With said I began activate stealth mode as I suddenly disappear from the world as if some magic was in play, but it was more scientific than that.

You see the suite was bending the light around me making me completely invisible, with this I was impossible to see.

The sound of the shop bell rang once more, signaling my leave from the store.

My personal Pod also entered stealth mode as he use his gps to track me down, the same could be said for A2 as she began to track me down.

I walk towards a window edge and began climbing on of the high building, from there I began running roof to roof heading towards Felt.

"3000 meters remaining I almost there."

I began to run at a really fast pace but just when I was more than half way I began to hear Pod speak and feel the mana in the atmosphere went down by large amount."

"What the hell is this the mana in the air suddenly disappear."

Those were the last words I heard from Pod-069 before he fell and crash into the ground, shaking and smoking.

I instantly stop in my tracks as I began to move towards my pod and start questioning the situation that has occurred.

"What the hell is going on?"

Those were the last word I heard as I jump the building but at the same time my eyes fall upon a man with red eyes who was casually walking the street he seem to be a knight.

His hair was bright red, he had clear skin, very tall and wore the same knight outfit of Lugnica, for a moment by instinct I look at his basic introduction.

And in pure and absolute shock my eye widen behind my visor and mask, so much so, I forgot to breathe, time slow down for me and I watch as slowly turn around to meet my face.

Although invisible I got the strange feeling he saw me, his blistering blue eye filled with hope and justice, met with my glimmering god snake like eye filled with mischief and wickedness.

My heart stop for moment as his basic introduction Can only be described as one thing.

A monster.
