Re: Write The Villain

[Currently under heavy editing] Death. What is death actually? Athan, a twenty-one year old genius, died in an accident. He got hit by a truck and was thrown few meters on the ground. "I couldn't even finish reading the novel..." He regrettably thought, holding onto his phone tightly not wanting to let go. In the screen, there were letters written in a sentence waiting to be read. However, he couldn't. In his last moment, he could only think of one thing. It was his wish to finish the remaining three chapters of the novel. "I guess I'll never find out the ending..." He closed his eyes and let his mind get drowned in darkness. He was dead. He was sure of it, but... "Eh...?" The moment he opened his eyes, he found himself in someone else's body. He stared at his hands in surprise and noticed that he was in a body of a newborn child that came out just a few moments ago. And worse, "So... Am I gonna die again?" He was reincarnated as a villain. ~~~ Hello guys, Author here, I just wanted to say that this is the first novel I've ever write, also my language is not full english. Athan... You F*ck! 1

[ Timer left : 00M : 04D : 16H : 50M : 06S ]

"When will Athan be arriving?"

"Hmm... He should have arrived here a few minutes ago, maybe something troubling happened that's why he's late."

Aries and Lillian was conversing to each other. A day had passed since after what happened yesterday, and the two girls unexpectedly became friends.

"Something happened while he was on his disguise and accidentally got found out..." Aries shivered at those thoughts in her head. She was so scared thinking about the possibility of this happening. And most of all, she was scared of angering Cossette and getting scold by her beloved, brother.

Seeing her like this, Lillian tried her best to calm her down.

"Let's wait for a few more minutes," Lillian turned her head towards Aries and spoke with a gentle smile, "Let's not worry too much about him. He can handle himself. If he's not here after 30 minutes, we can just go and visit him just in case to make sure that nothing bad had happened." Crossing her arms to her chest, she sighed deeply. This is the first time in a while now she felt this tired. She wanted Deus to finish quickly without causing any trouble. If something were to happen, like one of her brother finding out about what she was planning, she knew that the two of them won't let her go immediately without causing any uproar to their family.

"Why does it looks to me that you trust him that much...?" Removing her from thoughts, Aries spoke up, "Didn't the two of you first met each other during the time you were surveying around the academy to find some 'intruder'?"

Lillian blinked her eyes and tilted her head to the side. After processing her thoughts, she replied, "I don't really know the reason why either... it's like when I look at him, I just feel that something is off like... his mere appearance seems to draw my attention."

"Eh... Isn't that what they called love at first sight?"

To which, Lillian replied with a light head shake, "Love at first sight...? I think not. I wouldn't dare calling the emotions I feel 'love', actually. It just that I feel somehow comfortable when I first saw him... It felt like we've already met in the past, but I can't seem to remember when..."

Just when she finished saying her thoughts to Aries, the door opened up as Deus entered the room with a tired expression.

"Why are you late?" Lillian asked, her eyes wandering around to his mud covered body. It looks to her that Deus had just finished some tiresome experience.

"Apologies..." Deus sighed tiredly. It was because of this, Lillian gave him a more curious look. "The dumb prince from yesterday pestered me and won't leave me alone. I just got lucky that I was able to escape in that place after setting up some distraction."

"And... What about your clothes, young Master?" Asked Aries with a worried expression.

"Don't ask..." He replied coldly, not changing his indifferent expression.

"Yes."

Seeing her lower her head, Deus turned his attention back to Lillian. He said, "I couldn't find any better information except for the fact that your brother, Roche, will be participating for the tomorrow's event. As for your older brother, because of the annoying prince, I couldn't snuck into his room to investigate."

Hearing him say 'snuck in his room' lightly, her brows twitched. How could he even say that without changing an expression? Does he consider doing all these things normal?

As if he could read her thoughts, Deus spoke, "I don't normally do these things. If it wasn't for my sister, I wouldn't had agreed in this idea in the first place."

𝘐'𝘮 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯... He swore deeply in his heart.

After a few minutes, Deus finished telling Lillian about the things that he found out. He told her about what event will Roche be participating, things that he's planning to do like bribing some people to beat up his opponents, and many other things.

But... He still kept one thing hidden.

"Oh, right... I have to go now." Deus turned around towards the door as he picked up Athan's first katana and [Pocket Ring], quickly wearing it to his ring finger.

"Let's talk about what happened yesterday, Aries."

When Lillian heard what Deus said, she looked at the two, confused. She didn't ask him anything, but merely turned her head towards Aries with a questioning look.

"...Hm?"

Deus was about to put Athan's first katana before he got [Devourer] inside the [Pocket Ring] when he remembers what Athan had said to him.

Three hours zipped by...

"So, you want to participate?" Asked the Principal, as she looked at me with a bored expression. Her chin resting on her palm with her arm on the table. She look like she already expected him to ask her about this.

"Yes." Dues replied, straightening his back.

Seeing his determined look, she somehow felt suspicious about it. She sighed deeply and said, "If you want to participate, why didn't you just ask one of your professor? He was the one handling these things for me." The principal then proceeds to pick up the folder on the table after she said this.

"One of my professor?"

"Yes..."

As soon as she gave him a reply, the door unexpectedly opened up.

"Miss principal, did you call out fo-!?"

A man in his late-thirties, with a long scar on his right eyes that reached up until his cheeks, spoke up as he entered the room. It was then, this man and Deus stared at each other straight.

"Why the fu-I mean, why is he here?" The professor who entered the room gave Deus an annoyed expression.

"Oh, you're right on timing!"

"Hmm?"

"I would like you to write Athan's name on the list of the students participating in the events that will be held tomorrow." Said the principal, placing the folder she picked up earlier back to the table.

The professor who heard this was dumbfounded for a second, as if trying to figure out what the actual fuck she meant in his mind. By the time he was finished forming a sentence inside his thoughts, he spoke up.

"The list is already full. There's no place for a student like him." He glanced at Deus sharply with a cold expression. It was clear that he had no plans of adding him whatsoever.

"Don't worry, we can just snuck him in one of the list."

"But, principal... If we do that, the other students who couldn't participate will cause an uproar to the whole school."

While remaining with her smile, the principal replied, "I'm the one who made rules on this place. If some students were to disobey my orders, I can just expell him whenever i want."

"Isn't that what they call favoritism!!?"

When the professor heard her reply, he couldn't help but use the wall as support to not drop on his knees.

Deus who was seeing all of this on the other hands, and although his face didn't show any expression, there was no doubt that he was so shocked that he remained completely silent.

𝘚𝘩𝘪𝘵... 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘈𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵...

"You won't be accepting any bribe from students, will you, professor?" Deus laughed dryly, forcing to keep up with his usual sarcastic expression. Right now, he wished to strangle Athan more than he wants to strangle Yuuya for going in the bad side at this guy... How can he even give Roche a real trauma if he can't even face him head on...? Using other people? No, he wants to do it himself!

With a stiff expression, the professor tried his hardest to contain his anger in front of the principal. "If you're thinking of me being like that kind of person, then you are wrong, Mr. Lohengramm."

Forcing a smile, he continued, "I won't be tarnishing my honor as one of the Aspirant Academy's professor for doing something childish. And also, just because you are one of my old friend's child would I let you say something like that."

When Deus heard this, his expression changed slightly.

"Are you--?"

"I'll be seeing you at class tomorrow. Be sure to not be late, or else, you'll know the consequences..."

Before he could even finish his sentence, the professor cut him off and spoke. When he was done talking, he turned his back to the lad and walked out of the room, leaving Deus speechless.

--𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯'𝘴 𝘧𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘵...? He wanted to ask the professor this question, but he couldn't since he left him before he could even finish. So, he turned his head slowly towards the principal's direction, giving her a questioning look as if he wanted her to answer.

Crossing her arms, she closed her eyes and nodded with a smile.

"Yup. He sure is."
