Chapter 2.2: Punishment

"How come we raised a son like you! Your shaming us!"

"Freya let us go!"

'This family!' Jess thought.

Jess waited out.

'I guess a punishment would do.'

He doesn't mind about this family. A family from the Prideful Clan, Malzahar!

'Malzahar is a clan with a rare body. A body which is perfect for me! This body can stay in raging fire, boiling magma, and defend powerful attacks! This body is what I need the most! A perfect body that can definitely survive the Laws of Dao!' Jess thought while sitting.

Jess was inside the Clan mansion. The Malzahar Mansion! He sat there in the corner of the mansion.

The mansion looked like a Japanese shrine. On the inside there was a 4 tall foundations from each corner and full of essential stones which covered the whole mansion.

Note: Essential stones are stones from different types and kinds, colored in different hues.

"Jess Malzahar!" Someone called.

It was a deep voice.

"Immortal Grandfather!" A feminine voice called.

It was the Violet haired woman, Freya! The mother of Jess.

"Don't stop us Freya! This son of your's broke the Clan rules!" The Immortal Grandfather she says called.

"Freya, Immortal Grandfather is right! This son of ours has no right to defend! He must be punished!" The father of this child, Jess supported the Immortal Grandfather.

"Son..."

Freya muttered lowly. She can't do anything.

'My mother is just like her. But I'm not your son! I'm Yun Dao!'

Jess called out in his mind.

"Now Jess! Stand! You will be punished! You will be cast out from this clan! Those who break the rules will no longer be our clan member, humph! Be thankful that you are given a chance to live! You're lucky to have a mother, Freya! The daughter of Immediate Immortal Malzahar!"

'This!' Jess trembled.

Not because of his punishment, his casting out from the Clan, but to hear someone who is Immediate Immortal in the family is unbelievable!

The Immediate Immortal is the strongest stage in the Immortal Level.

'Cultivation in Immortal starts from Apprentice, Bodification, Particinition, Sacrimunous, Ascendimunous, Daolisc, Personalisc, and Immediate Immortal!' Jess thought as he looked at the gate.

"Jess, daughter of Freya Malzahar! I, the Immortal Grandfather of this Clan! You will be no longer be the Malzahar of this Clan! Face the gate! Go away!"

Jess slowly walked at the gate and looked back.

"You made a wrong choice Immortal Grandfather."

Jade replied while looking at the Immortal Grandfather.

Then he walked again without even looking at his mother and father.

'Because this is the only beginning of my Journey to Immortality!'
