Starboy Azure
The story follows Okoro, a kindhearted and outgoing boy who ends up joining an insurgent group called Azurite. Azurite's goal is to stop Nixidia, who is the sinister megacorporation that runs the country of Kandona. For many years, Nixidia has kept secrets from the people of Kandona City, including the existence of Kani. They have maintained a perfect image and have ruled over the city with absolute authority.
Kani is the life force energy that resides in the planet and its residents across the world. Some humans may inherit techniques that separate them from normal humans, and they are labeled "Kani users."
Unlike other places in the world, Kani is less known in Kandona City, due to Nixidia trying to hide it from the public view. They believe it's for the best, but have wrongly oppressed Kani users in the process. The corporation has done things such as kidnapping, murdering, brainwashing, and experimenting on Kani users before turning them into soldiers, they've even gone far enough to target young children who inherited techniques.
Azurite has made it their mission to overthrow this corporation, bringing peace and freedom to the Kani users who have been oppressed for all of these years. They've worked hard to build a group of promising fighters, who all have someone they wish to protect, and will do whatever it takes to achieve that. Okoro, whose origin is unknown but intentions are clear, is seen as a beacon of hope for the team, and he hopes to contribute to saving the city alongside them.
