13 Young

The inside of the home was completely dark to the point where one won't be able to see the floor they are stepping on. Towards the deepest part of the mansion there were multiple screams heard one after the other.

Amidst the screams one hears creaking floor boards, that have been worn down throughout the ages. In the darkness there was a bright ball of light that was able to illuminate the the seemingly endless home. The light passed through room after room and didn't stop until it came in front of a two way staircase leading to the second floor.

The screams were coming from a curled up body at the bottom of the staircase to the right. There was a rabbit that hopped towards the body in brimming with curiosity and excitement.

The first thing Lishe did once she was close enough from the body, was nudge it from the side. With that nudge the screams that came from the body came to a halt.

After a few seconds the body finally turned around facing the glowing fairy and the two rabbits all staring at it. Turns out the the screams were coming from a young boy that seemed to be about ten years in age. Lishe looked at the young boys short silky blond hair and large brown doey eyes.

How could a kid scream for such a long period of time?he's even bleeding from his nose and...Nevermind not my problem. She hopped back to her brother ready to leave. She found it difficult to accept that there wasn't a single haunting in this largely ambiguous house and was slightly disappointed with seeing a normal child instead.

Suddenly, Lishe felt her paws weren't touching the ground and even Spot was in the air with her. She struggled but ultimately found her brother and herself were held tightly in the young boys arms.

"System!" Lishe called out in her head loudly. She still had to get to the pure magic the system mentioned earlier and she wasn't going to let a little kid stop her! But every time she tried to free herself from the childs grip, it fail.

Fortunately, she had a second solution which was to ask the system for help.

*Ding*" Host, system suggests you reffer to system by its name."

With gritted teeth she gave what the parasite what it wanted in order to get what she needed. "Pa-ra-si...Do you have a way of getting this kid to take me to the pure magical pool?"

"Host can choose to sither speak with the kid or use mind control to be easily taken to the pure magic." The systems voice raised a higher octave when it mentioned mind control causing Lishe to immediately discard the second option.

"How do I talk to the kid?"

The system was greatly disappointed that she didn't choose the second option but continued to answer her. "This system will use a direct link to both of your minds allowing the two of you to communicate with one another."
