There was a saying back in 2044. Would a person change when their life was endangered? Would they throw away everything, from their identity, status, and lastly their dignity? What will result in this kind of situation, will they be reduced to a savage, or will they adapt to their situation? Looks like im about to find the results once I've concluded my final hunt within this hell of a forest

Day 30

Scouring the camp in hopes of finding a useful item to prepare for his battle with his abnormal foe. He searches every house that reeks of such an obnoxious odor, that even someone like him couldn't tolerate. Hours passed and he wasn't able to find not a single tool that he could've used, till his eyes notice a hidden door. Deep within the ground that he entered without a single care of his life, the things he found were able to bring a smile to his face

When his preparations were finally completed and he took everything that he was to bring in his match against the troll. He found himself in the middle of a rainy day, even the weather was dreadful that perfectly matched such a horrific day. Walking the forest in the oath that he took when he first arrived at this forest, at the peak of a hill where the ginormous black figure stands tall. And a mountain of bones that originated from both his race and the monsters that dwell upon this land. At his front was the figure of the troll that changes to a monstrous shape that overshadowed its previous form

"Hey, uglyyyyyy!!!" Rei shouted at the troll that was towering compared to his small body which was comparable to a mere ant. It was crouching on the ground having its stomach filled to its core by the corpses of its prey. He got its attention once he shot an arrow that entered the mouth of its target that left such an atrocious taste. Once the non-diluted poison was swallowed without it even flinching even though it was a direct hit

"Graaaaaah!!!" Enraged by such an unpleasant taste it growled at his spit that was loud enough to knock down the trees. And yet he stands there covering his ears until it stopped and he immediately rushes to its legs. Landing a deep and poisonous cut to the leg of his foe, he quickly jumps when he was quickly alerted by his senses. Even though he was in such a vulnerable state, he launched himself onto its back making it harder for an attack to arrive at his position. His body perfectly landed and quickly as he could he entered a stance that released a powerful attack

"Pretty feisty as ever, don't worry I have a score to settle with you this isn't going to be the end. Basic dagger arts, Cross cut... Tch, what a tenacious bastard," He was near the back of the troll where he opened such a deep cut that would've killed a monster. Yet the one he was facing wasn't that vulnerable to an attack that he performed, slowly the wounds were being healed. And finally, his opponent grabbed ahold of its weapon and quickly made its way to his position while performing a powerful swing

He quickly jumps off the ground which was shattered by a single swing, making him enter a vulnerable state in the middle of the air. When its mallet was about to strike his body, it got redirected once a huge hole was created in the feet of the troll. This lessens the force and effect of the swing making it easier for him to block with his shield, which only knocked him to the ground without receiving any fatal injuries

"Phew, for a moment there, I thought it was a goner you change over the past few weeks what the hell happened to you?" He joked about his situation which lessens his tension and made his condition even better than before. The equipment he obtained from the goblin camp was a few scrolls, along with a short sword that his wielding on his right. And the shield he purchased in the shop, he manages to block one of the first attacks that would've ended his life

The speed of its attack was unreal and he couldn't even discern such a thing with his own eyes. Making him rely on his senses to dodge the swings that went beyond the scope of its stats, instead of parrying the attacks he ran back to the forest. Making his opponent follow him in quick succession, their areas were filled with trees that made it harder for the troll to freely move its ginormous body. He uses this terrain as his secondary plan to hide his body in the trees after his plan to drench his body in the blood of the corpses he preserve was useless due to the rainy weather

'Now for the next step,'

The rains were making it harder for the troll to sense the smell of its prey or hear due to the constant fall of the rain. Yet the troll's situation was just about to get worse as time passes through the forest when it wasn't paying attention. Rei threw a smoke bomb he acquired from the shop, spreading throughout the entirety of their battlefield. He pulls out his boa and arrow to strike from a safer distance, targeting every part of its body in hopes of the poison taking its effect. Which was followed by a fast-paced attack that struck the left leg before the figure disappeared into the smoke

"Basic dagger arts, Combo strike," Finally, the worth of the trees has been revealed, its purpose wasn't to restrain the movements of the troll. Rather it was a means of boosting his attack once he leaped from one tree he launched himself and strike another deep cut to his enemy. Continuing the process over and over again until all of it was broken down by a single stomp on the ground. That was powerful enough to disperse the smoke and reveal his location, he was about to reach for the shield that he placed within his bag

Using the back of his arms he blocked the swing of its mallet, knocking him to a dozen trees that were stacked against each other. Normally he's body would've broken down if he didn't appoint his unused stats points into his body, he noticed that the troll has entered a different state. He can only imagine one thing that could've been the answer and that was the trait he notices when he appraised this abomination

[System: The Troll's regeneration has reached its limit, the trait called [Berserker] jas taken its effect upon the wielder. Granting a 20 stat increase on both Attack and Speed, after entering its lowest health. You can feel the overwhelming bloodlust being directly pointed at your existence]

Standing up from his pitiful state, he placed back his dislocated arm that writhed in pain, after experiencing such an overwhelming sensation that could've made him lose consciousness. Puking a portion of his blood his arms were shaking yet his eyes remained unwavering, grabbing his weapons and taking a deep breath of fresh air. He applied every single augmentation he acquired from sharp sense and temporarily placed it to danger sense

Which is Danger sense, the application has been applied the user is undergoing a peculiar phenomenon. Your sense of danger will be sent to your brain before it could reach an unavoidable range. He entered a state that he hasn't reached in his whole time of wielding his skill, it was unbelievable, he could see it. An image that shows the outcome that hasn't been concluded, the stroke of its muscles, the power it carries. He could see it before it would come in contact with his body, and the first thing that came into his mind was to dodge. Followed by a cut to its chest, he could see every move before it concluded, using this unusual state that he entered into. He didn't waste a single breath and continued what he was trying to accomplish and that is to end the life of that troll

[System: Fury of the red wolves has been activated, the following stat will be increased in a short period of time. Attack, Speed, which will grant the user 10 fleeting stats on the mentioned stats. Along with the increase in stats, Fury has been activated which causes bonus damage to a wounded prey. If the user is currently hunting, these skills and start increase is temporary]

With all of his strength left he tried to get back up his hands and feet felt like they were breaking his ribs were screaming and his left arm was severely swollen when he got back up he saw the troll in front of him holding its mallet high to swing it down to Rei before it could even do so

"Finally," With a stroke of luck that finally came to light once he was unfortunate on every day of his first month. His luck burst forth at his most requested time, his poison stopped the final blow which would've ended his life. Also granting him the needed time to swing his blade and sever the head of his foe

Berserk - When you're health dropped to a certain percentage you'll gain double the stat on Heath Attack Defense

Evasion - You can activate this anytime making your body lighter faster and more flexible giving you the ability to even dodge an attack that's much faster than your speed

Inexhaustible body - Grants you the power to move freely in a state where your stamina is depleted and grants you bonus attack and speed]

'Well, it's been a long journey until now I'm gonna miss this place my bag can't take everything so I decided to leave the stuff I gathered in this cave. I made a lot of signs in every part of the forest even the spot where I woke up when I first came here. The goblins bag only has 10 spaces the only thing I could bring is the goblin sword, goblin knife, Sea serpents poison sac, and sea serpents scale I made some spare space so I can put some new items I'll get aside from that,'
